WESTLAKE RV RESORT RULES
1. Checkout Time: 11:00 am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 9:00 am ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS.
2 . Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces.
3. S peed Limit: 5 mph. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians and children.
4 . Q uiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am . Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property.
5. Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located Dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER!
6. Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days.
7. DO NOT move picnic tables or benches!

8. Washing RVs and Personal Vehicles is PROHIBITED on Westlake Property.
9. Your Space: Please keep clean. No clutter or debris permitted.
10. NO CONSTRUCTION OF DECKS OR STAIRS IS ALLOWED.
11. M aximum occupancy per site: 8 persons.
POOL RULES & POLICIES
These rules and policies apply to the entire pool area, which includes the pool, pool deck, spa and immediate surroundings enclosed within the pool fence.
• The pool is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. No one is permitted within the pool area at any other time.
• Diving in the pool is not permitted.
• No animals are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.
• Pool yard gates may not be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
• No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise which disturbs the guests is allowed in the pool area.
• The bathing load is 82 persons. Do not enter the pool if this maximum load is all ready met.
• The pool may be used only by Westlake RV Resort guests and their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by a Westlake RV Resort guest.
LAKE RULES & POLICIES
1. WARNING! THE LAKE IS DEEP ENOUGH THAT A PERSON CAN DROWN. NO LIFEGUARD OR SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED.
2. No boats or floating devices are allowed on the lake.
3. No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake.
4. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parental, guardian or custodian supervision.
5. ONLY CATCH & RELEASE FISHING IS PERMITTED.
• THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PERSONS USING THE POOL FACILITIES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENT OR INJURY. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST NOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
• All persons must shower before entering the pool.
• Management is not responsible for articles which are lost, damaged or stolen.
• Parents, guardians or custodians of a person under the age of 16 years are totally responsible for compliance with these policies by those persons who are within the pool area. These policies apply to Westlake RV Resort guests and their visitors.
• Violating these policies will entitle the owner to terminate the Westlake RV Resort guest’s right of occupancy. The management reserves the right to restrict the use of pool facilities.
PET RULES
• Pets must be kept on a leash.
• Pets are not allowed in buildings.
• You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet.
DOG RUN RULES:
• Do not leave pets unattended outside.
• $20 FEE for not picking up after your pet.
1. Pets are not allowed to use areas outside of Dog Runs.

2. Pet owner is required to clean up behind pets.
3. Do not leave pets in Dog Runs unattended.
