Rules
RENTAL: Rental is based on occupancy of two persons only. At least one person in the unit must be 55 years of age.
RESERVATION INFORMATION: Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you plan to stay longer than you have registered for, please notify office prior to 10:00 am on the morning of check-out.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: All RVs in the Resort are subject to approval by the management regarding type of construction, the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and compatibility with other RVs in the Resort. Vehicles that do not have sewer connections, i.e. tents, tenttrailers, pop-ups or pick-up truck campers, vans, etc., are not acceptable. It is recommended that you use a 60 degree sewer connector from the RV line to the Resort’s sewer inlet.
PARKING: Each site has been provided with adequate space for at least one automotive vehicle in addition to the RV. Residents & guests must park extra vehicles in designated parking areas when space is not available on resident site. See office for designated spaces. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE STREET.
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS: Vehicular traffic & golf carts shall obey the 10 mile-per-hour speed limit. Pedestrians have the right-of-way.
CONDUCT: Please remember the proximity of your neighbors; blaring radios, TV sets, wind chimes, & other loud noises can be very upsetting to other people. Creating a nuisance, disorderly conduct, vulgarity, or intoxication will not be tolerated. Residents violating rules of conduct will be asked to leave.
WILD ANIMALS: DO NOT FEED the wild animals or birds. Coyotes & Javelina are often seen in the area & should be treated as wild animals.
PET OWNERS: Limit of 2 pets. All pets must be registered at the office. Pets must be kept on a leash & under control at all times. Walk pets in the designated pet areas only & clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed to run free, must be attended at all times, and not left tied outside. Management maintains the right to refuse any animal it deems dangerous or a threat to our Guests. Aggressive or uncontrolled pets will not be allowed to remain in the Resort.
TRESPASSING: DO NOT trespass on any other open space. DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK THROUGH SPACES. Use the street/ open areas. DO NOT pick citrus fruit without permission.
