PORTAL RV RESORT RULES AND REGULATIONS

RV site choice may be locked for a fee at time of booking. For unlocked sites, we do not guarantee site number, only site type. Please occupy your site only and do not move without checking with the front desk first. Do not park in unoccupied sites, as they could have an incoming reservation.

1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Arrival & Departure Information for RV Sites and Cabin Rentals

• RV Site Check-In Time: 1:00p.m.

• RV Site Check-Out Time: 11:00a.m.

• Vacation Home Rental Check-In Time: 3:00p.m.

• Vacation Home Rental Check-Out Time: 10:00a.m.

2. CANCELLATIONS: Portal RV Resort Cancellation Policy: We require a Two Week notice of cancellation. There is a $25.00 processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made two weeks or less will be charged a one-night stay. NO CANCELLATIONS permitted for reservations made during major holidays, special events (jeep safari, car show, rallies, etc.) or large group bookings of three or more RV sites. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge for the entire reservation period.

3. PETS: Pets are permitted if kept quiet and leashed at all times, and not left unattended. Pets are not allowed in any buildings nor in or around the pool area. Clean up after your pet immediately (bags provided). Pet pens are not permitted at your RV site. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate eviction with no refund. NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK AT ANY TIME. List of aggressive breeds not allowed, including a mix of these breeds: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff.

4. DOG PARK: There are 2 dog parks for your enjoyments. Please be sure to pickup after your pet. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and possible cleanup fees.

5. ALCOHOL: No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. No glass containers in the pool area.

6. PICNIC TABLES: Please do not move picnic tables from one site to another. Please do not place grills on tables. Damage to tables will result in a replacement fee.

7. SECURITY: Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft. The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around the resort.

8. RV RULES: No washing of cars or RVs is allowed within the Property. No maintenance work on any vehicles on any lots. See front desk for designated area. Doughnut Gasket with 90-degree angle/elbows must be used on all sewer hookups as well as a pressure reducing valve on your water connection.

9. PREMIUM SITES/OWNERSHIP SECTION (SOUTH SIDE): Open for rent to: Class A 10 years or newer, 5th Wheel 5 years or newer, and Super C (approved by management).

10. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

11. POOL RULES: There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an adult in attendance. Pool hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. No children under 16 years permitted in the hot tub. Complete rules are posted at the pool.

12. BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY: Our bathrooms are cleaned frequently during the day and night. They are closed in rotation for heavy scrubbing for one hour each day. South Side bathrooms are reserved for South Side’s guests only.

13. GARBAGE: We do not have site pick up. Please place your garbage in the dumpster convenient to your site.

14. VEHICLES: No more than three vehicles (cargo trailers included) are allowed on a site at any time. Please do not park on the grass or vacant sites. No on-street parking at any time. Limited, paid storage may be available at time of booking or by contacting the office.
