To help ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Resort and fellow guests during your stay, we ask you to please keep in mind the following rules and regulations:
• No unsupervised children under the age of 18 in the pool, fitness center and playground areas.
• No unsupervised children under 15 riding bicycles throughout the campground.
• No bicycles, skateboards, roller skates in walkways or concrete areas surrounding the clubhouse.
• No food permitted within the pool. Food is only allowed in the seating areas within the gates of the pool and under the breezeway. Guests are responsible for clean up and disposal of food.
• No glass permitted anywhere in the clubhouse, pool area, or walkway areas.
• Use of our pool and other resort amenities is only for registered guests listed on your initial reservation unless you’ve purchased a visitor day pass. We are not open to the public.
• No burning of trash or household garbage in fire pits. Firewood only please. (No pallets, 2x4s or any other wood construction materials permitted.) Please extinguish any campfires completely before leaving your site or retiring for the evening.
• No Fireworks, sparklers, bottle rockets or any other form of explosive devices permitted on the property.
• Trash/Trash bags are required to be thrown out immediately in the dumpsters provided. Trash cannot be left outside of campers to sit overnight or for long periods of time.
• Golf carts, cars, motorcycles and electric bikes are required to follow the posted speed limit within the resort.
• Golf carts on site must have proof of liability insurance.
• For the safety of all guests, anyone operating a golf cart or electric bike must be at least 16 years of age. If the operator is under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during the operation of any motorized or electric vehicle, including golf carts, electric bikes, or similar ride-on devices.
• No Skirting or decking
• No one is permitted in retention ponds. No type of watercraft permitted in water. Please be respectful of our wildlife.
• All on-site bathhouse doors are to be closed after every use.
• Unauthorized guests are not permitted to enter into the employee area of the resort.
• Nothing is permitted to be hung on trees or resort fencing (no lights, clothes lines, decor, etc.)
Parking Policy
• All guests and visitors of Oceans RV Resort who park campers, RVs, trailers, and personal vehicles on-site do so at their own risk. Oceans RV Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur to vehicles, RVs, or their contents while parked on the property.
Parking Rules & Guidelines
• Vehicles and trailers are NOT allowed to park on the grass at any time.
• Overflow parking is for operational vehicles only.
• Trailers must be parked within the gravel space of your assigned site. If your trailer does not fit entirely within the gravel, it must be moved to an available storage space.
• Trailer storage is available at a rate of $25 per day. Failure to follow parking guidelines may result in the vehicle or trailer being towed at the owner’s expense. By parking on-site, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Park at Your Own Risk Policy, including the release of liability for any damage or incident involving thirdparty vendors.
Oceans RV Resort - Gate Access Code Policy
To ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our property, please review and adhere to the following gate access policy: The gate keypad is touchscreen. Please make sure you are carefully entering your code and pressing the correct numbers as provided to you during check-in. If you are experiencing issues with your gate access code, bypassing the gate or attempting to force entry is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the gate, landscaping, or surrounding property as a result of improper access attempts. If your code is not working, do not attempt to drive around the gate. Please pull safely to the side and either visit the front desk for assistance, or call us at 910-778-2839 and a team member will gladly help you gain entry.
Resort Bar - (Located in Clubhouse) Must be 21 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages in our clubhouse or on the pool premises. Outside liquor is not permitted in clubhouse or on pool premises.
Pet Policy
A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per RV site. For guests staying in pet-friendly cottages, a maximum of two (2) pets is also permitted per reservation, where applicable. All pets must be on leashes, and no petsn may be tied or tethered outside on your campsite alone. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and dispose of any waste products in pet stations available throughout the resort grounds. Failure to clean up pet waste within a reserved site or within resort common areas will result in a $150 pet fee added to your balance due.
Visitor Policy
Any visitor of an Oceans RV registered guest is not permitted on site or amenities without purchasing a $12 day pass wristband and providing an ID. For a child over 12 years old, the price is $8. Day passes are valid from 8am-Sunset daily. Visitor passes are available depending on daily occupancy limits. Visitor passes must be purchased in the office & visitors MUST sign in during business hours. No overnight visitors are allowed.
