Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
CHECK-OUT TIME 12 noon: If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the office before noon.
DUMPSTERS: are located by the main gate and at the middle and rear bathhouses. Please leave your site as clean or cleaner than when you arrived. Recycle bins for aluminum cans and clear plastic bottles are located next to dumpsters. Paper recycle bin is located next to the middle Dog Run.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Laundry room is open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Clotheslines and/or hanging clothing from your RV is not permitted.
RESTROOMS: Also available with key. See map in middle of this booklet for locations. Restrooms are closed, one at a time, for cleaning once a day. Please use other restrooms while closed for cleaning.
PETS: NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. No more than three dogs per site allowed. They must be leashed at all times when outside and never left unattended. Fencing allowed only with management approval. Please pick up after your pet and deposit waste in trash receptacles. Excessive barking is not permitted.
VISITORS: Your visitors must check-in with office or security. Please do not give out gate code. You are responsible for the actions of your visitors. Please make sure they know the rules.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud music or noises. Be respectful of your neighbors at all times.
POOL & CLUBHOUSE HOURS: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Pool will be closed during bad weather. Absolutely no glass allowed in the pool area.
UTILITIES: Sewer connections must be airtight using either an elbow or donut. Hose must be elevated off the ground and sloped to provide positive drainage using products like the “Slunky.” RV service water needs to be connected to water service without provided brass backflow preventer. TV Cable is not available. Local TV can be tuned in on digital-ready TVs via your RV antenna. Major network listings available on page 3.
Wi-Fi: Connect to our free Wi-Fi by selecting network named “Destiny guest WiFi” and enter password “DestinyRV” when prompted.
SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH: Excessive speed will not be tolerated at any time. Park only on your site or in overflow parking. Empty sites are not parking spaces and must be available for rental at all times.
NO GAZEBOS, EZ-UPS OR TENTS ALLOWED: Patio rooms professionally made for RVs are allowed, but not for sleeping areas. Please keep your site clean and clear of clutter.
FRUIT: In season January through March, is for everyone to enjoy. Pick only what you can eat. Respect occupants of the sites where you wish to pick (some have boxes of ripe fruit available).
BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS & ROLLERBLADES: Must be ridden on streets and not sidewalks. Headlights must be used after dark. Quads, mopeds and other gas-powered toys are not to be ridden for recreational use in the park.
MAIL: Outgoing and Incoming mail service is available in front office. Mail dropped off before 10 AM will go out that day. For incoming mail, have it addressed to:

FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Management reserves the right to evict anyone at any time for violation of rules and regulations.

Goodyear has access to two of the largest County parks in the United States. Estrella Mountain Park located in Goodyear and White Tank Park just is northwest of the city. There are almost 60 miles of trails for hikers, mountain bikers and horseback riding. These parks have over 75 square miles of desert and mountain landscapes. Stargazing, native culture and archeology, local plants and animals and guided hikes are available.
