WELCOME TO PATTEN POND. PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO REVIEW OUR POLICIES. For Emergencies with your site, a list is posted on all buildings with the onsite staff locations. Check-in after 1 pm. Check-out by 11 am. Rentals Check-in after 4 pm. Car Tags must be displayed at all times. Site fees All sites & Rentals fees are based on 2 adults and 2 children. Extra fees for additional guest. MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE PER SITE. Refunds No refunds for: • Holiday weekend stay cancellations • Early departures • No shows • Special promotions • Inclement weather Vehicles Only one RV, vehicle, or tent is allowed per site. You may arrange for additional cars (at a daily rate) by visiting the office. Two cars max. Do not park vehicle in any other open site. It may be reserved for a late arrival. Site changes Changes are based on availability and staff discretion. Do not walk through others’ or vacant sites. Site requests We can’t guarantee specific sites, but we give preference based on length of stay and the date a reservation is placed. Smoking All common areas in our resorts are smoke-free. No exceptions. Smoking only allowed in privately owned units. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Respect for your neighboring campers is expected at all times. Speed limit is 5 mph and is strictly enforced. Vehicle washing Washing and repairing RVs or vehicles is not allowed. Violators may be asked to leave. Any violation of shore line regulation will be reported to the authority and may result in fines at the customer expense. Trash Garbage and trash containers are readily available throughout the resort. Please use them. Place all trash inside the container. Do not burn trash in the fire pits. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not dispose of them in the fire ring, on the grounds or in the grills. Swimming Swim at your own risk – we have no lifeguards on duty. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using our swimming facilities. Visitors Visitors are welcome, but they must register and pay the guest fee at the office. Pets Dogs and cats are welcome – on a leash and supervised at all times. Cleaning up after your pet and consideration for your neighbors are expected, or you may be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed in any building, including Rentals. Keep pets OFF the Waterfront Area. Outside Clotheslines are not permitted.

Activities All activities are subject to change without notice. Please check at the office for the current schedule. 17. Trees Our trees are precious. Please do not climb, cut or damage any trees. 18. Restrooms should not be used for washing dishes or clothes. Children should be supervised when using the restroom. 19. Laundry Facilities are limited; we are not responsible for clothing or other items left unattended or damaged. 20. Open Fires are prohibited except in specially built fire pits. Please no glass, cans or garbage in fire pits. Barbecues in approved charcoal containers or hibachis are permitted on the ground only. The local fire Marshall may determine that conditions are too dry for open fires. Removal of fire rings from other sites is prohibited. 21. Firearms & Fireworks are prohibited. Possession or use will result in immediate ejection from the park. 22. Motorcycles and Mopeds are permitted to enter and leave the campground only. During quiet hours these must be walked to sites. Operator must have a valid operator license and be of legal age – this applies to golf cart drivers as well. All are required to be insured. Additional restrictions may apply. Check with office for details. 23. Water Faucet Maine Health Code requires a back flow valve on water spigot. Do not Remove. Do not connect a water line permanently to your sewer connection. 24. Dumping Station is for all gray, black & portable tank water. Strict environmental regulations do not permit the dumping of gray or black water other than at the dump station or sites with sewer hookups. Disposing of gray/black water in any other ways is cause for immediate eviction without refund. 25. Honeywagon Service must be signed up and paid for by 10 am for same-day service. Any request after 10 am will be pumped the next day. 26. Boats are not to be tied up to the campground dock. The docks are strictly for loading and unloading purposes only. Boats are to be kept off beach area and secured. All watercraft are to be washed and free of any plant debris prior to launching. 27. Parents/Guardians will be held financially responsible for damages caused by any unsupervised child. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be held responsible for injuries, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. The management reserves the right to evict from the park without refund anyone not following the policies.
