All vehicles and personal property MUST be stored within the boundaries of the site Management reserves the right to refuse Resort admission to any individual or vehicle
REGISTRATION
• Check-In: 1 pm
• Check-Out: 11 am
A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.
• Quiet Hours 10 pm to 8 am
• Do not walk through empty sites.

• Every day, 9 am to 5 pm Wi-Fi

PARKING
• If your additional vehicle does not fit within the lines of your site, please park in the designated community parking areas located on the map.
• Do not park your vehicle in an empty site.
LAUNDRY
• Laundry Rooms are open 24/7.
• Download the CSC Mobile app to use machines. Additional instructions are posted within the Laundry Rooms.
TRASH
• Refer to the map for recycling and trash center locations throughout the Resort.
• Green dumpsters are for all non-recyclable household trash. Dumping non-household trash is subject to a $300 fine.
• Blue bins are for recycling cans, plastic, and cardboardNO PLASTIC BAGS IN RECYCLING.
SEWER
• The California Coastal Commission requires a 90-degree sewer connection.
MINI GOLF & GAME ROOM
• Mini Golf is open from dawn till dusk. Equipment available for checkout at the Welcome Center, 9 am to 5 pm.
• Enjoy the Game Room 9 am to 10 pm.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
BEACH
• For beach access, exit the property and travel northbound one block towards Oceanside Boulevard. Make a left on Oceanside Boulevard and travel four blocks to Lifeguard Tower 9.
POOL AND SPA
• Pool and Spa open from 9 am to 10 pm.
• Use pool and hot tub at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool and spa area.
• Glass containers and food are prohibited within the gated Pool and Spa area! Picnic area is located by grill station.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Please observe the 5-mph speed limit in the Resort. We love our guests too much to see anyone get hurt.
• Only one RV is allowed per site.
• All vehicles in the Resort must be licensed.
• Vehicle washing and vehicle repairs are prohibited.
• Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
• Use of mopeds, ATVs, and golf carts is prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited within 25’ of all buildings.
• The use of generators is prohibited.
• We are not responsible for damages due to power outages or surges.
• No refunds are given for early departure.
• Sorry, no camping tents within RV sites.
• Flags, “For Sale” signs and, signs that display the confederate flag, politicians, political candidates, contain vulgarity, or profanity are prohibited. Violators of this policy will be asked to remove their flag/sign, if they refuse to do so, will be asked to vacate the Resort.
• Open space is limited; skateboards, roller skates, and scooters can be used within your site or on the asphalt.
• Campfires are allowed in a self-contained fire pit with a lid.
