The Do’s of Happy Camping Please help us make everyone’s visit enjoyable by following these rules:

The speed limit is always 5 MPH – STRICTLY ENFORCED – in ALL areas of the campground. Obey ALL traffic signs & do not cut through sites. Escort is provided to your site upon check in. This is a courtesy provided by management to assist you to your assigned site. Management nor Ownership accept any responsibility for any damages caused by obstacles that cannot be seen by our escort providing his assistance to you. Only you know the parameters of your RV and tow vehicle and you should understand how your vehicles respond. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult ALWAYS. Parents are responsible for the safety & actions of their children. Please do not allow children to visit other campers’ sites without their or your consent. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to operate any type of motorized vehicle in the park without a licensed adult; including golf carts, ATVs, motor bikes, and scooters. Children under the age of 16 must be wearing a helmet & have adequate lighting when riding a bike. Pool Area Guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No food, glass containers, pets, or cleaning products allowed in area. There are no lifeguards on duty; all persons swim at their own risk. Pets are permitted (no more than 2 per cabin) but must be on a leash at ALL times (unless in the pet park). It is your responsibility to supervise and “scoop the poop” in ALL areas. Doggie bags are provided throughout the park. Pets are not permitted to be left outside unattended. No aggressive behavior will be tolerated. Proof of vaccinations to be made available upon request. Service animals are not considered pets, but still must abide the “scoop the poop” rule. Your site must be maintained & kept clean throughout your stay with us; including cigarette butts, litter, pet feces, and other trash. Garbage cans are located throughout the park for your convenience. Please tie all trash in a plastic bag if leaving out for A.M. pick up. Please do not leave trash out overnight, so wildlife is not enticed to stick around. Camp fires must ALWAYS be contained in the designated fire ring and supervised, STATE LAW. Do not move fire rings or picnic tables off any site or drive through unoccupied sites. 2

Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. Camping courtesy is in effect 24 hours a day. No loud music or obscene language will be tolerated. Please do not change your assigned site. Our site fee includes one (1) vehicle and one (1) RV or tent, with two (2) adults and one (1) child. Additional vehicles, trailers, and people must register in the office ($). Only 2 cars allowed per site. Please only park on your assigned site allowing a minimum 5-foot clearance from driveways. If you require additional parking, please let us know in the office. We do not allow washing of any type of vehicle in the park. Washing of windshields is permitted. Any loud music or obscene language will not be tolerated. Bicycles, skateboards, etc. are not permitted in the playground, pool area, putt-putt area, on sidewalks, or in front of the office. Motorcycles, motor bikes, ATVs, dirt bikes, motor scooters are permitted as transportation in or out of the park and are not allowed to be ridden inside the campground. Septic System We are on our own septic systems, so please be kind to our lines and tanks. Do not flush or dump any types of wipes, grease, antibiotics, or bleach into any drain or sewer lines. Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day per management discretion. A release form must be signed in the office to be given access. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted. Laundry Clothes lines are not permitted in the campground. Be courteous and do not leave laundry unattended for any length of time. Management is not responsible for loss or damages in the laundry facilities. Management reserves the right of entry onto any site for maintenance, inspection, and protection of the park at any reasonable or necessary time. Please report any mechanical failures or anything that needs attention to any of our yellow shirt staff members. Management is not responsible for personal injury or property loss. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and the right to evict patrons for infractions of our rules/ regulations.
