RULES AND BEST PRACTICES • All units must be secured with a cylinder disc lock that must be purchased through Verde Ranch Self Storage • Flatbed carts are provided for your convenience and should be returned to their storage location after use • When entering and exiting the facility, do not follow anyone in or out of the gate and do not allow anyone to follow you in. All tenants must input their code to enter and exit the facility. This is for everyone’s security. • Do not give out your Gate Code to anyone who is not a listed contact on your account. • Anytime a tenant is occupying their unit, the door must be kept open • Tenants are responsible for ensuring their unit(s) are secured • Items you CAN store include (but are not limited to): furniture, appliances, electronics, clothes, business inventory, sporting equipment. • Items you CANNOT store include (but are not limited to): food, drugs, vehicles not in working order, anything that’s flammable or combustible (i.e., gas, propane tanks, car batteries) • Climate-controlled units are typically maintained at temperatures between 55 and 80 degrees.
