
GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
Please carefully review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.
• Quiet Hours — 10 pm to 7 am.
• Visitors must register. Rates are based on the number of people in your party. There is an extra charge per person per night on site.
• Campsite must be kept clean and orderly at all times.
• Children must be supervised at all times and children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the store, restrooms and playground. Children under 18 must be in site and under parental supervision by 10 pm.
• Smoking — NO smoking on the playgrounds, basketball courts, pool areas, buildings, cabins or miniature golf course. Cigarette butts are to be properly disposed of, not left on the ground.
• Trash is to be bagged and placed in Dumpsters only.
• Pets — must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Bags are available in the K-9 park. Pets are not to be left unattended in RVs or sites.
• Sewer Connection must not leak.
• Notify management if your RV will be unoccupied more than 24 hours.
• Illegal or nuisance activity will not be tolerated.
• Bicycles are to observe all rules and are to be ridden on roadways only.
• Parking — Park only in your assigned site. Do NOT encroach on any roadway.
• Vehicles are limited to one RV and one car or truck per site.
• KOA employees are not allowed to work on guests’ RVs.
• Alcohol may only be consumed within RV site.

• Fires are to be only in fire rings and must be extinguished BEFORE 11:30 pm.
• Camper Sink between the office building restrooms is only for dishwashing.
• No washing of vehicles, RVs or bicycles at anytime.
• Don’t park on the grass.
• The following activities are NOT allowed in the park:
» Wood gathering, tree cutting or climbing
» ABSOLUTELY NO RV or car construction or repairs (e.g., oil change, remodeling, etc.)
» Outside storage of trash, garbage cans, refrigerators, freezers or sheds
» Tarps or canopies over cars or RVs
» Stakes, posts or digging in the ground
» Items that are permanent structures (e.g., decks, fencing, steps/stairs)
» Barbecues on tables
» Firearms, fireworks or slingshots in the park
» Alcohol outside your site
POOL RULES
• Children under 14 must have adult supervision.
• Swimsuits are required; no street clothes.
• Swim diapers are required on all babies.
» Subletting or dual use
» Oversized propane tanks (over 7 gallons)
» Driving or walking through unoccupied sites
» Mats, carpets, etc., on grass
» Soliciting or yard sales
» Chemicals containing formaldehyde
» Loud music, noise or generators at any time
» For Sale signs
» Motorbike riding, except for entering or leaving the campground
» No electrical vehicle charging allowed anywhere in the park
• No diving, horseplay, pets, glass or alcohol is permitted.
• Use the pool at your own risk. NO lifeguard is on duty.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle not meeting RVIA codes or our standards.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to or evict anyone violating any rule.
• Guests assume all risk of use. We are not responsible for any loss or injury due to, but not limited to, fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, negligence or other acts of nature.
