FRISCO WOODS CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS
We want everyone to enjoy their stay so please follow our park rules:
• Check in for RV/Tent sites is 12pm and Cabins 3:00pm - Check out for ALL sites is 12pm Noon ****Making reservations means you agree to your site being photographed.***
• Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. Please be courteous to your neighbors!
• Pets are welcome with a fee and are required to be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are NOT allowed in the bathhouses or pool area. You are expected to clean up after your pet. There will be a site cleaning fee of $50 if we have to clean up your site.
• Ground Fires are strictly prohibited. Charcoal fires in grills, gas grills, camp stoves or fire containers only. All fires MUST be elevated off the ground, including solo stoves.
• Trash - we do not provide trash pick up. Please place all garbage in bags and dispose in one of the four dumpsters around the park.
• Bicycles, scooters, and skate boards must have lights if they are in use after dark. We are not responsible for injuries.
• Golf carts must be parked by 10:00 PM (ZERO TOLERANCE ON THIS!) NO ONE under the age of 16 allowed to drive golf cart. You will be banned and no future reservations allowed!
• Pool hours are from 9am to dusk. No exceptions. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool users must follow all posted pool rules. Children must have an adult with them at the pool.
• Discharge of fireworks or firearms is not permitted.
• Plants, trees, and wildlife are all part of a
preservation effort here at Frisco Woods Campground. They are to be enjoyed and not destroyed or damaged during your stay.
• The facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of our guests. All persons using these facilities do so at their own risk. Management is not responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal property due to weather conditions, fire, theft, Acts of God or vandalism.
• Deposits and rates for the next year are not guaranteed as it takes time for the software to update rates. Rates are confirmed at check in after confirming people, cars, pets, etc.
• There will be a $10 fee for moving sites after check in due to preference. Fee will be applied every time you choose to change sites. If you downgrade your site by moving, you DO NOT get a refund. For example, you move from sound front to an electric and water site you will pay the original fee for the downgraded site.
• Any changes to reservation (other than extending the dates) must be made 7 days prior to check in.
• No site can be guaranteed, as unpredictable situations do occur. We can guarantee a specific layout such as 30/50 amp FHU, etc!
• Previously transferred deposits can NOT be refunded. Once the transfer of funds is complete it is no longer connected to a credit card so canceling after transfers mean you forfeit transferred deposit.
NEW CHECK IN OPTION: EXPRESS CHECK IN WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL; STAFF WILL CALL AND DISCUSS DETAILS WITH YOU!
Cabin Rentals: For our customers that reserved cabins: you must provide your own bed linens. The cabins are equipped with lights, electrical outlets, AC, a charcoal grill and picnic table outside. Bathhouses and restrooms are conveniently located throughout the campground. Cabins do not have heat.
Cancellation Policy: We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy. Cancellations prior to 7 days before the arrival date will receive a refund (less 10% service fee) to the credit card used for reservation. Cancellations after 7 days forfeit the deposit. As of 5/30/23 There are no courtesy change of dates! The cancellation policy stands!
Refunds: No cash or credit refunds will be given for campers who wish to check out prior to their pre-paid registered check-out date.
Deposits are based on current year rates! Discounts do not apply to deposits and will be applied at check in after verification!
NOTICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. By accepting this reservation, You agree that if you are hurt or your property is damaged during your stay and participation in any activity, then you may be found by a court of law to have waived your right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released on the basis of any claim for negligence.
