







• Founded by Earl Perry in 2009, Coastal Georgia RV Resort is a family owned business, with three generations working to ensure you receive the finest RVing experience possible.
• Office Hours are 9am to 5pm seven days a week.
• We are closed New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (3pm), and Christmas Day.
• Early check-in is 1pm. Check-out is 11am. No late check-outs, please. If you need to extend your stay, please notify the front office by 10am if at all possible.
• We reserve the right to change your site prior to your arrival.
• All fees are payable in advance, due upon arrival, and subject to a 2.75% credit card transaction fee.
• If you check in after office hours and have a balance on your account, please contact the front desk between 9-11am the next morning.
• We are not responsible for early departures necessitated by weather, illness, work schedules, personal emergencies, or other situations affecting our guests.
• Once paid, fees are not refunded for early departure for any reason.
OUR COMMUNITY
• Speed limit in the park is 5 mph. This includes golf carts and e-bikes as well.
• Please no smoking in any building including the Pavilion.
• Please respect your neighbors by honoring posted quiet hours from 10pm -7am
• We ask that all visitors register at the front office.
• We do not allow any subleasing or short-term rental of any RVs on our property (AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.). Anyone found in violation of this rule will be subject to immediate eviction without refund and possible legal action.
• Our guests under the age of 12 are their parents/guardians responsibility and are to be attended to at all times.
• Each site is provided with a picnic table. Please do not move it or try to exchange it with a table from another site. If you do need to move it to make room for a slide out, please return it to its original spot upon departure.
• We do not allow tents, tarps, canopies, or awnings that are not connected to your RV. We also ask that you not put rugs on the grass.
• Personal fire pits are allowed as long as they do not sit directly on the ground and are kept on the concrete portions of your site.
• We offer three separate 24-hour laundry facilities with washers and dryers. Because of this amenity, we do not allow clotheslines at your site. Please inform the front desk of any inoperable machine or coin-op failure. Management is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or accidents.
• For the comfort and consideration of other guests, please do not operate any generators in the park.
• Our pool is open year-round to our registered guests, however it is not heated. Pool hours are 10am-9pm. No lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. Please no glass containers. Additional rules are posted at the pool.
• While we are very proud of our lake and boardwalk, we must insist on NO swimming. You are welcome to go fishing (bass only are catch and release), but please DO NOT FEED THE ALLIGATORS. Anyone found violating this rule will be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Management is not responsible for accidents.
• Regardless of your length of stay, we ask that you keep your site clean & tidy.
• We are pleased to offer daily trash pickup at all sites. Simply place your tied bagged trash at the curb in front of your site by 10 AM to be picked up. No furniture or appliance disposal, please. If you do take your own trash to the dumpster, please make sure it does not cause the dumpster lid to stay open.
• In regards to parking, your site is designated to accommodate one RV and one vehicle. Any additional vehicles should be parked in designated areas at the front of the park. Please do not park in unoccupied sites. Do not park, drive, or put rugs on grass.
• If your tow or follow vehicle is electric or hybrid, please obtain permission from the front desk before charging it at your site. An additional fee may apply.
• For your convenience, we have propane available at $4.25 per gallon. It is available weekdays between 9:30am-4pm, subject to availability of qualified staff. Call the office to make arrangements.
• Yes, you can wash your vehicles at your site! Just remember to use the separate pipe (not the one connected to the service pedestal) for your wash water.
• We are definitely “pet people,” but we know not everyone is. With that in mind, please abide by the following guidelines:
• While in the public areas of the park, all pets must be kept on a leash 6 ft. or shorter
• PLEASE clean up after your pet! There are sanitation stations placed throughout the property. If any of them need attention, please let the front desk know.
• If you leave your site without cleaning up after your pet, we reserve the right to charge a housekeeping fee in extreme cases.
• Pets are not to be left unattended outdoors on any leash, chain, pen, or fence.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our pavilion, conference center, or our pool area.
• While we do not have any breed restrictions, we do reserve the right to refuse any animal or owner we deem dangerous or a threat to our patrons. Anyone found violating these rules may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Management is not responsible for accidents Management assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for neither the actions or safety of guests, nor for lost or stolen property. We reserve the right to add to or change these rules, and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
The breaker switch will need to be pushed fully to the off position before switching it back on. You will find the breakers on the pedestal under the lip above the outlets. If it continues to flip and you are using a surge protector, remove the protector & try again. If it still continues to flip, please call the office (or the emergency number between 5pm-9am) for additional guidance.
