Part 1.
An overview of the Steps to Success.
Serenova's Steps to Success Career Plan is our pay and compensation structure that rewards your efforts in sales and team building. It sets clear milestones and opportunities for growth, helping you align your work with your personal and financial aspirations.
You can earn in two powerful ways:
As a Wellness Coach: By sharing Serenova’s products, supporting your customers, and achieving personal sales goals.
As a Serenova Leader: By building and mentoring a team of passionate individuals who share your vision.
The plan is designed to fit your lifestyle, giving you the freedom to decide how far you want to take it. Whether your aim is to earn part-time income, achieve financial independence, or empower others to thrive, it all starts with understanding your "why." With the right focus and determination, this plan will support you every step of the way, helping you grow at your own pace while achieving life in balance.
2. Terminology explained.
Before we delve into how the career plan works, it’s important to first explain some of the key terminology you’ll encounter. Understanding these terms will give you the clarity and confidence to navigate the plan effectively and make the most of the opportunities available to you.
PSQ (Personal Sales Qualifier): Your total personal sales within a given period, used to determine eligibility for certain bonuses and ranks.
Net sales: The total sales volume after returns or adjustments.
Commission: The percentage of earnings based on your personal or team sales.
Minimum requirements: The specific criteria you and your team must meet to progress through the career pan levels.
Generation (G1, G2, G3): Refers to levels of your team structure, starting with G1 as your direct recruits, G2 as the recruits of your G1 team, and G3 as the next level down.
Active: A team member who has met the minimum sales requirement of £100 in a given period.
Team actives: The number of team members actively selling within your team who meet the £100 sales requirement.
Team sales/Group sales: The combined sales volume of your team.
G1-3 New: Newly recruited members in your first three generations.
Title: Your current rank or position within the career
Part 3.
How the plan works.
The career plan works by rewarding both personal sales and team performance. As you progress through the levels, you’ll unlock higher commissions and bonuses.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
Coach levels: Earn based on your personal sales volume (PSQ).
Leader levels: Earn additional income by mentoring and supporting a team of coaches.
Your progression depends on meeting specific sales targets and team-building goals. The plan is flexible, allowing you to focus on what works best for you and your business.
3-Generation active requirement: In the Steps to Success Leader Plan, an Active Coach or Leader is someone who meets activity requirements within Generations 1, 2, or 3. Similarly, Team sales or Group sales include contributions from all Active Coaches or Leaders within these generations, counting toward your leadership qualifications and earnings
Net sales: The total sales volume after returns or adjustments. Net sales are used to calculate commissions, meaning VAT is deducted before commission is paid. For example, if a customer pays £66.90 for a subscription box, 20% VAT is removed, leaving £52.80. Commission is earned on this remaining amount.
Wealth warning: Success requires effort, skill, and time. Earnings are not guaranteed, and individual results will vary. It’s illegal to make false income claims or promise guaranteed earnings. Participants should set realistic expectations, understanding that expenses may be incurred.
Further information: For detailed procedures and policies, please refer to the Serenova Procedures and Policies document.
Best of two bonus: Serenova's Career Plan ensures Wellness Coaches always receive the best percentage rate for their sales. If your sales are lower in the current month than the previous one, you’ll still receive the higher rate achieved last month. For example, if you earned a 22% commission rate as a Shooting Star last month but drop to Shining Star sales this month, you’ll still receive 22% on this month’s sales. This bonus guarantees consistency and rewards your previous success
Fast start bonus (G1–G3 new bonus) : Every time you recruit a new Wellness Coach; you’ll receive an additional bonus on their sales for their first four months. This bonus is designed to encourage you to fully support your new recruits, helping them maximise sales and start strong. When new Wellness Coaches achieve great sales early on, they’re more likely to stay motivated and thrive. This bonus not only rewards your efforts but also helps build a strong and successful team for the future
Keep an eye out for additional ad-hoc incentives designed to reward and recognise exceptional achievements, celebrating your efforts and contributions.
As a Wellness Coach, your earnings are based on your personal sales.
For example, if you achieve the Guiding Star title with £1000 in personal net sales, you will earn 24% commission on your net sales.
£1000 x 0.24 =£240 commission
The more you sell, the more you earn, and as your rank increases, so does your commission percentage.
As a wellness Leader, you earn commission on both your personal sales and leadership bonuses based on your team’s performance.
Here’s an example of how your earnings could look at Senior Leader:
Personal Sales: £1,000 (24% commission = £240)
G1 Team Sales: 7 team members with a total of £4,000 in sales
Bonus: 7% leadership bonus on G1 sales = £280
G2 Team Sales: 5 team members, with a total of £3,000 in sales
Bonus: 2% leadership bonus on G2 sales = £60
Total Earnings Breakdown:
Personal Commission: £240
G1 Leadership Bonus: £280
G2 Leadership Bonus: £60
Total Earnings: £580
Getting paid as Wellness Coach. Getting paid as a Serenova Leader.
As a Serenova Wellness Coach, you earn commission through your personal shopping link or autoassignments from Serenova.co.uk. Orders ship directly, and commissions are paid monthly via the Business Hub.
As a Serenova Leader, you earn commission on your sales and your team’s sales. New coaches who join via your URL or location assignments count towards your Leader Commission, tracked and paid monthly.
Part 4.
Tips to maximising your earnings.
Sales are the foundation of your Serenova business, whether you are working independently as a Wellness Coach or aiming to progress as a Serenova Leader. The more you sell, the more commission you earn, and as you move up the ranks, your earning potential increases.
Set and track personal sales goals to stay motivated.
Use social media and networking to attract customers.
Build trust with excellent service and product knowledge.
Support your team with training and selling strategies. Recognise and reward top performers.
Share successful techniques to boost team earnings.
Higher ranks mean greater bonuses and team commissions.
A Shooting Star Coach earning 22% commission on £500 in net sales, makes £110.
The same coach is also a Team Leader with 7 active G1 coaches, each selling £500 net sales, earns 6% on G1 net sales, makes £210.
Part 5.
Achieving success: What to expect.
While the career plan sets minimum requirements, real success often means exceeding them. Not every coach will be active each month, and sales will vary. For example, a Team Leader needs £4,000 in team sales. With six members selling £500 each, they meet this. If only four are active, they fall short. A larger, engaged team ensures stability.
To consistently meet leadership targets, it's essential to continually recruit and nurture new coaches. A successful leader keeps their team engaged by providing training, recognition, and motivation
3. Keeping your team engaged
Use incentives, training, and regular check-ins to keep coaches active. Recruit consistently to replace inactive members.
4.
Patience pays off Building a business takes time, but every effort adds to growth.
5. Strong relationships matter
Build meaningful connections with customers and your team for long-term success.
6. Celebrate progress
Recognise every milestone, no matter how small, as part of your journey to success.
Serenova's career plan is designed to empower you to achieve your goals while maintaining life in balance.
Use this guide as your roadmap and lean on the tools, resources, and support available to you. Whether you’re focused on sales, team building, or both, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.
"Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out."
