En cuanto a Santa María Polo Club, desde el Ayuntamiento mantenemos el compromiso de colaboración con una empresa implicada en el futuro del municipio y cuyos proyectos servirán para generar mayor riqueza económica en toda la zona así como abundantes puestos de trabajo. Pero la razón de ser de este anuario son los torneos que a lo largo del año se disputan en estas magníficas canchas. Todo un espectáculo que llega a reunir durante los meses de julio y agosto a buena cantidad de público, habiéndose convertido en una verdadera
Once again it is time for me to address the readers of this Santa María Polo yearbook, to pass on the greetings of the people of San Roque, a city I invite you to get to know for its historical, culinary and scenic riches. You can combine the enjoyment of your favorite sport with a number of attractions that are sure to be a pleasant surprise. As for the Santa Maria Polo Club, the City Council remains committed to working with a company involved in the future of the municipality and whose projects serve to generate greater economic wealth throughout the area, as well as provide an abundance of jobs. But the reason for this yearbook is to celebrate the tournaments held throughout the year on these magnificent fields. It is quite a show that comes during the months of July and August for the good amount

Esta experiencia, tan enriquecedora para todos, sirve también para dar a conocer al municipio fuera de nuestro ámbito más cercano, algo muy necesario para una economía en la que el turismo es un elemento esencial. of the public, and has become a real social date for the Campo de Gibraltar and the Costa del Sol. San Roque also takes into account the excitement generated by these tournaments, not only due to the prestigious riders that come to our country, but also for the large numbers of people working to tend to the horses and athletes. This experience, which is enriching for all, also serves to inform the municipality of what is outside of our nearest scope; this is particularly necessary for an economy in which tourism is essential. Polo Manager Desde Santa Maria Polo Club quiero darles la bienvenida a otro fantástico año de polo en el que podremos disfrutar de los mejores jugadores de este deporte. Aprovecho esta oportunidad para agradecer a todos los equipos que participaron en el 2012, como así también a todos los espectadores que se acercan cada fin de semana para disfrutar de un día de polo.
Contamos con el apoyo y la participación de muchos de los equipos de primer nivel mundial, como Las Monjitas, Ellerston, Ayala, Dos Lunas, HB, Scapa y algunos equipos nuevos de Inglaterra. Por otro lado también equipos como La Indiana o El Rosario, que normalmente jugaban en el Mediano handicap darán el salto al Alto hándicap esta temporada.
Como en años anteriores la temporada comienza con los torneos de Primavera de Mediano hándicap; el Memorial José Ignacio Domecq durante los días de Semana Santa y a continuación el Memorial Conde de Guaqui, este año contaremos con equipos de Inglaterra, Irlanda y los ya conocidos de esta temporada como Santa Quiteria, Ayala y Bayswater London Gin.
Esperamos contar para el 42 Torneo Internacional Land Rover de Polo de Verano con la presencia de uno o dos equipos de Dubai, con la participación del considerado mejor jugador del mundo, Adolfo Cambiaso, que ha estado ausente de las canchas de Sotogrande durante unos años, y así podremos volver a disfrutar de todo su talento.
La gran novedad para este año la tenemos en el Alto hándicap de la temporada de Verano, que pasa de un nivel de 20 goles de hándicap a 22 goles, de esta manera el Torneo se posiciona en el mismo nivel que los torneos más prestigiosos de Europa, como la Queens Cup o la Copa de Oro de Inglaterra.
Por ultimo quiero desearles un gran año, verlos durante esta temporada y que disfruten del mejor nivel de polo de Europa durante el 42 Torneo Internacional Land Rover de Polo de Verano en Santa María Polo Club. Un abrazo, Santiago Torreguitar

The Santa Maria Polo Club would like to welcome you to another fantastic year of polo, in which we will continue to enjoy the performances of the best players in the world. I will take this opportunity to thank all of the teams that participated in 2012, as well as all the spectators who came every weekend to enjoy their share of polo.

As in previous years, the season begins with the spring medium-goal tournaments: first the José Ignacio Domecq Memorial tournament during Holy Week, followed by the Conde de Guaqui Memorial tournament. This year we will have teams from England and Ireland, as well as the familiar faces of Santa Quiteria, Ayala and Bayswater London Gin. This year’s big news is that for the high-goal tournament of the summer season, we are increasing the handicap from 20 goals to 22 goals so that the tournament will be amongst the most prestigious in Europe at this level, such as the Queens Cup and the Gold Cup in England.
We have the support and participation of many of the world’s top teams, including Las Monjitas, Ellerston, Ayala, Dos Lunas, HB, Scapa, and some new teams from England. Moreover, teams such as La Indiana and El Rosario, who normally play at the medium-goal level, will go up to high-goal this season. We also look forward to the 42nd Land Rover International Summer Polo Tournament featuring one or two teams from Dubai, and the world’s best polo player, Adolfo Cambiaso, who has been absent from the Sotogrande fields for a few years. We look forward to enjoying his talent once again. Finally, I would like to wish you a great year. Estimados amigos, El 2012 ha sido un año muy satisfactorio tanto en lo deportivo como en lo social. Quisiera felicitar también a los ganadores de los principales torneos de la temporada pasada; Lechuzas Caracas ganador de la Copa de Oro del Alto Hándicap y como finalista el equipo de Dos Lunas – Hublot, así como también al ganador de la Copa de Plata del mismo nivel, Ayala. Felicitar también al ganador de la Copa de Oro de Mediano Hándicap, Marqués de Riscal, y al equipo de Silex, ganador de la Copa de Oro del Bajo Hándicap, así como al resto de ganadores de torneos de la pasada temporada. Como es habitual, la primera de las citas importantes del año es la Temporada de Primavera, con los torneos de Semana Santa internacionalmente reconocidos, compuestos por la XXXIV edición del Memorial José Ignacio Domecq y la XI Memorial Conde de Guaqui.

Temporada de Verano, con la 42 Edición del Torneo Internacional Land Rover de Polo. Que como gran novedad hemos incrementado su hándicap de competición a 22 goles. Un objetivo pendiente desde nuestro Club, hecho ya realidad en esta edición, y en la que esperamos un número importante de equipos. Con este incremento del hándicap, uno de los torneos más relevantes del calendario internacional de polo, se convierte en el máximo exponente del polo en Europa junto con los torneos The Queens Cup y The Gold Cup que se disputan en Inglaterra Para finalizar dar una especial bienvenida a Land Rover, nuestro nuevo Patrocinador Principal, agradeciéndole su apuesta por el polo. Agradecer a todos los patrocinadores y colaboradores de esta 42 Edición, que con su apoyo realizan una gran labor para potenciar este deporte del Polo. Aprovecho también para reconocer y dar las gracias a todos aquellos Socios y Clientes que muestran su apoyo a nuestro Club. Destacar que de entre nuestros objetivos de esta temporada, uno de los más importantes es potenciar el área Socios y en ello estamos trabajando muy intensamente para dotarlos de más y mejores prestaciones.

With this, we will give way to the Summer Season, with the 42nd Land Rover International Tournament of Polo. It is such exciting news that we have increased the competition to 22-goal; an outstanding goal of our club has now become a reality, and we expect a large number of interested teams. With the increased handicap, one of the most important tournaments on the international polo calendar will become the epitome of European polo, along with the Queen’s Cup and the Gold Cup that are played in England. Finally, I would like to give a special welcome to Land Rover, our new sponsor, thanking them for their commitment to polo. Thank you to all the sponsors and supporters of this 42nd edition, whose support has gone a long way in promoting the sport of polo.
I would also like to congratulate the winners of major tournaments last season: the winner of the High-Goal Gold Cup, Luchuzas Caracas, and finalist Dos Lunas – Hublot, as well as the winner of the Silver Cup at the same level, Ayala. I. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL 1. Santa María Polo Club (en adelante “SMPC” o “el Club”), ubicado en San Roque, es un Organizador de actividades relacionadas con el polo, propiedad de la Compañía GLENTON ESPAÑA, S.A. (en adelante “la Compañía”), sociedad española con domicilio en Madrid, en la calle José Abascal, nº 44 – 2º Izda., e inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de esa capital al Tomo 4.918, Folio 133, Hoja nº M-80.465, con C.I.F. nº A 78.389.608.

2. Las oficinas de SMPC se encuentran situadas en la dirección “Finca Los Pinos”, Ctra. A-7, salida 133.,11312-Sotogrande, San Roque. (Cádiz), apartado de Correos nº 7. A esta dirección deberá remitirse toda la correspondencia relativa a SMPC. Cualquier traslado de estas oficinas será convenientemente notificado a los señores socios/usuarios.

3. Santa María Polo Club está constituida con el objetivo de organizar actividades hípico-deportivas en general, y relacionadas con el Polo en particular, poniendo a disposición de sus socios/usuarios las instalaciones y servicios que estime necesarios a tal fin. 4. La Compañía propietaria designará un equipo directivo. Actualmente desempeñan estos cargos: Presidente: Ramón Mora-Figueroa Mora-Figueroa. Vicepresidente: Luis Estrada Fernández-Hontoria. Vicepresidente: Joaquín Blanco Fernández. Director General: Juan Luis Gil Ríos Adjunto a la Presidencia: Tomás Fernández Llorente Polo Manager: Santiago Torreguitar.
5. La Compañía designará los distintos comités, así como los miembros que los componen, que para el presente año son: COMITÉ DE COMPORTAMIENTO Y COMPETICIÓN Presidente: Luis Estrada Fernández-Hontoria Secretario: José Luis Portilla Vocal: Juan Luis Gil Vocal: Santiago Torreguitar Vocal: Rafael Reina Martín No obstante, la Compañía se reserva el derecho a nombrar comités específicos para cada uno de los Torneos que organice. 6. Las presentes Normas del SMPC están compuestas por las Normas de Régimen Interior, y la Normativa Deportiva, en unión de los Anexos. Estas Normas estarán vigentes desde su publicación en el anuario hasta la nueva publicación en el anuario del año siguiente, sin perjuicio de lo cual la Compañía podrá modificar, revocar, sustituir o completar las normas cuando lo considere necesario y/o conveniente para el mejor funcionamiento del Club, dándole en tal caso la publicidad necesaria. Las presentes Normas se entenderán prorrogadas para el próximo ejercicio hasta la fecha en que sean sustituidas por las que se dicten para ese año. 7. Además de las presentes Normas, el Club se reserva el derecho a establecer normativa específica, de cualquier orden, para cada uno de los Torneos que organice, tendiendo en tal caso las presentes carácter supletorio con respecto a las nuevas.

II. NORMAS DE RÉGIMEN INTERIOR
- Regular las relaciones del Club con sus socios y usuarios, en el día a día de las actividades del Club, teniendo en cuenta que el espíritu que las anima es el de mantener la buena educación y el respeto a los demás dentro del tono de cordialidad y buen ambiente que intenta regir en el Club. - Establecer las normas de utilización de sus servicios e instalaciones que presta a los socios y usuarios, y la fijación de los precios de las mismas - Regular los distintos comités. SOCIOS/USUARIOS 9. Se definen como tales a todas aquellas personas que, previa solicitud, o designación en su caso por el Club, y cumpliendo los requisitos que le sean exigibles según las presentes normas, sean consideradas como tales por el Club. 10. Cualquier persona, residente o no en España, puede ser socio/usuario de SMPC, para lo cual (salvo los socios de Incentivo y los Honoríficos) deberá presentar la correspondiente solicitud de admisión en impreso facilitado por el Club. (Anexo 1). No se tramitará la solicitud a ninguna persona que no tenga debidamente cumplimentada y firmada dicha ficha en todos sus apartados. Sin perjuicio de lo cual SMPC se reserva el derecho de facturar y cobrar a toda aquella persona que haya hecho uso de las instalaciones o servicios del Club sin haber tramitado la solicitud de socio usuario o sin haberla conseguido efectivamente 11. La cualidad de socio/usuario se adquiere cuando, una vez presentada la solicitud de admisión (Anexo 1) firmada por el solicitante, esta sea firmada en conformidad por la Compañía, que en cualquier caso se reserva el derecho de admisión A partir de la admisión por parte de la Compañía adquiere los derechos y obligaciones de socio/usuario. Además, el Club podrá, cuando lo considere necesario, cursar invitaciones o designar socios honoríficos o de incentivo en los términos o condiciones que libremente establezca. 12. La cualidad de socio/usuario se pierde por la decisión del Club, basada en el incumplimiento de las Normas del mismo, o por cualquier comportamiento o actitud que a juicio del Club vaya en contra del espíritu o fines que animan el SMPC. Se perderá igualmente, por la pérdida de cualquiera de las condiciones que llevaron a nombrarlo socio/usuario. 13. Se establecen además a continuación, y sin carácter limitativo, algunas razones para dar de baja a un socio/usuario: - Acumulación de deuda de antigüedad superior a dos meses fecha/factura será causa suficiente para la pérdida de la condición de socio.
- La apertura de procedimiento por cualquier delito o falta. - El incumplimiento de las normas recogidas en el Reglamento de Comportamiento del Club. - La propuesta en tal sentido, motivada, del Comité de Comportamiento y Competición, dentro del ejercicio de sus competencias. 14 . La cualidad de socio/usuario podrá igualmente quedar suspendida, con los efectos que el Club determine, cuando concurran en el socio o usuario de manera provisional, preventiva o presunta, cualquiera de los supuestos que darían lugar a la baja del mismo, y mientras duren dichas condiciones. 15 . El socio/usuario podrá renunciar a su condición de tal en cualquier momento. No obstante, su renuncia no supondrá la devolución de las cuotas ya abonadas. Deberá abonar además la cuota social a la que se hubiera comprometido en su solicitud y los costes o gastos en que hubiera incurrido TIPOS DE SOCIOS/USUARIOS 16. Se distinguen los siguientes tipos de socios/usuarios: MEROS USUARIOS: Quienes utilizan las instalaciones del Club, sin ser socios, aceptando las reglas y previo abono de las tarifas correspondientes. Cualquier referencia a sólo esta categoría en las normas del club vendrá indicada expresamente bajo la denominación de “usuarios”. SOCIOS: Se entienden como tales a los usuarios que deseen y sean admitidos como tales por el Club, previa solicitud debidamente cumplimentada y firmada según el formulario facilitado por el Club (Anexo I). Abonarán las cuotas correspondientes a cada categoría de socio, teniendo derecho a las tarifas especiales de precios que se fijen por el Club para los socios. Cualquier referencia a sólo esta categoría en las normas del club vendrá indicada expresamente bajo la denominación de “socios”. Estos socios podrán ser a su vez: a) Socios jugadores: 1.- Socios jugadores temporales: Temporales de Primavera: aquellos que previo pago de la cuota establecida serán considerados como tales por solicitarlo así para la Temporada Primavera: Desde el 1 de Enero al 30 de Junio del presente año. Temporales de Invierno: aquellos que previo pago de la cuota establecida serán considerados como tales por solicitarlo así para la Temporada Invierno: Desde el 16 de Septiembre al 31 de Diciembre del presente año.

8. El objeto de las presentes normas es:
- La declaración de concurso o preconcurso del socio/usuario o de la mercantil a la que haya solicitado le sean expedidas las facturas, o la concurrencia sobre los mismos de cualquiera de los supuestos por los que la legislación específica concursal presuma una situación de insolvencia generalizada.

2.- Socios jugadores anuales: aquellos que previa solicitud sean admitidos como tales, desde el momento de la admisión hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año. La cualidad de socio en este caso se hace extensiva a los hijos menores de 14 años, excepto en la temporada de verano (meses de Julio y Agosto). 3.- Socios jugadores juveniles: aquellos que previa solicitud sean considerados como tales por tener menos de18 años durante el presente año. Serán considerados tales desde su admisión hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año. b)Socios no jugadores: aquellos que, sin practicar el deporte del polo, serán considerados como tales por solicitarlo así, pudiendo utilizar los distintos servicios e instalaciones del Club previstos para esta categoría previo pago de la cantidad establecida. c) Socios Corporativos / Corporate Members: Se entienden como tales como a las entidades (empresas, sociedades, etc…) que, sin ser jugador,, tiene derecho a las ventajas del Socio No Jugador. d) Socios de taqueo: aquellos que previa solicitud y pago de la cuota establecida podrán utilizar las canchas de taqueo tanto para taquear como para recibir clases de polo. La cuota será diferente según la edad (mayores o menores de 18 años). e) Socios de Incentivo: aquellos que por decisión del Club sean considerados como socios sin necesidad de realizar el pago de la cuota de socio y según las condiciones que se fijen en cada momento que se podrán variar a criterio del Club. Siempre se les exigirá que sean modelo de comportamiento. En caso contrario pasarán a ser socios o usuarios abonando las cuotas o tarifas correspondientes. En ningún caso podrá ser considerado Socio de Incentivo ninguna persona que tenga deuda contraída con el Club, cualquiera que sea su importe.

f) Socios Honoríficos: aquellos que por decisión del Club y por su importancia para el Polo, para San Roque, Andalucía o para el deporte del polo en España, se les nombre Socios Honoríficos con todas las condiciones que se fijen en cada momento.

17. Derechos de los usuarios. Los usuarios podrán: a) Utilizar todos los servicios e instalaciones, conforme a las tarifas y normas establecidas. *Ver Anexo de “Prestaciones de los Usuarios” en el Anuario. b) Hacer propuestas y recomendaciones por escrito a la Dirección para la mejora del servicio prestado por el Club, siempre que estén al día en sus cuotas y pagos. c) Además de lo anterior, los socios tienen derecho a ser puntualmente informados de todas las actividades organizadas por el Club con la suficiente antelación. 18. Obligaciones de los Usuarios.
a) Todos los usuarios, excepto los no jugadores, deberán estar en posesión de la licencia federativa expedida por la Federación Andaluza o Española de Polo. Esta podrá ser tramitada en las oficinas del Club a petición del socio/ usuario, siendo de aplicación para este caso lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de las normas. b) Todos los usuarios deberán utilizar las instalaciones de acuerdo con la naturaleza de las mismas oyendo y respetando las reglas, instrucciones, consejos e indicaciones del equipo directivo o del polo manager para la adecuada conservación y mantenimiento de las mismas. c) Deberán así mismo guardar en todo momento la deportividad propia del Polo con el resto de los socios y participantes en Torneos, Prácticas, Taqueos y otras actividades hípicas y deportivas en general. Se destaca especialmente la obligatoriedad de someterse al Reglamento de comportamiento del Club y a las posibles sanciones que puedan acordarse por las faltas a dicho Reglamento. d) Se prohíbe expresamente el uso de cualesquiera de las canchas para taqueo si no es con autorización expresa y escrita de la oficina de Polo, autorización que podrá ser requerida en cualquier momento por el personal del Club. El Club se reserva el derecho a sancionar mediante sus-pensión temporal o definitiva de sus servicios a cualquier usuario que contravenga la anterior disposición. e) Todos los usuarios, socios o no, deberán abonar a cuenta las tarifas establecidas por el Club para cada servicio antes de comenzar a utilizarlo. A tal fin se elaborará por los responsables del Club un estadillo con los datos facilitados por el usuario, en el que se reflejará el importe estimado del mismo según las tarifas del Club y el resto de los datos facilitados por el usuario. Este documento será firmado por el usuario solicitante del servicio. La firma de dicho documento implicará la aceptación del importe reflejado en el mismo. Una vez finalizado el servicio, el Club procederá a la regularización de la deuda abonando o cargando (en su caso) la diferencia con respecto a la facturación definitiva. f) Reservas para Torneos: Todos los usuarios deberán abonar previamente las reservas de plaza para los Torneos. Si una vez abonada la reserva de plaza para un Torneo por cualquier motivo ajeno a la voluntad del Club el Equipo no participa en el mismo, o también por circunstancias ajenas al Club dicho Torneo no llega a celebrarse, el solicitante no tendrá derecho a reclamar el pago que en concepto de Reserva de Equipo haya efectuado. g) Los socios anuales deberán abonar la cuota anual establecida en el apartado de Tarifas en el plazo máximo de dos meses desde la solicitud. En cuanto al resto de las modalidades de socios, deberán abonar la cuota, también establecida en dicho apartado, con anterioridad a la prestación del servicio a la que le faculte su condición de socio. (Estos precios serán incrementados en el IVA correspondiente al momento de la facturación).

i) Los socios comunicarán a la oficina de Polo los traslados de domicilio o cambios de teléfono, e-mail, etc. a fin de que ésta pueda informarles puntualmente de todas las actividades organizadas por el Club. 19. El Club no admitirá la inscripción como jugador en ningún Torneo, Práctica o Taqueo a quien no acredite su alta como federado o no esté al corriente de pago de su cuota federativa. Ningún usuario podrá utilizar las instalaciones del Club sin firmar el documento del Anexo 1. 20. Según acuerdos establecidos con el Club de Polo Santa María (entidad deportiva andaluza inscrita en el registro de entidades deportivas con el nº 8001), y el Club de Polo La Querencia (entidad deportiva andaluza inscrita en el registro de entidades deportivas con el nº 7956), cualquier petición de tramitación de licencia (o comunicación de haberla ya tramitado) por esos clubes deportivos, será comunicada a los mismos a los efectos de admisión en dichos clubes como socios deportivos. 21. La Compañía se encargará de resolver las cuestiones y conflictos internos, sociales y deportivos, que puedan surgir entre los usuarios o entre cualquiera de ellos y el Club. Para la resolución de dichas cuestiones y conflictos, durante la celebración de Torneos y Prácticas, la Compañía designará cada año un Comité de Competición y de Comportamiento de los socios y usuarios. 22. No se podrá realizar ninguna actividad publicitaria, promocional o de relaciones públicas, imagen o comunicación referida a una firma o marca comercial dentro de las Instalaciones del Club. En caso de que un equipo venga patrocinado por alguna Empresa o firma comercial, la presencia publicitaria de dicha marca se limitará a la indumentaria de los jugadores que participen en el Torneo, y en cualquier caso deberá ser previamente conocida y aceptada por el Club. 23. La adquisición de la cualidad de usuario y la utilización de las instalaciones y servicios del club supone la aceptación incondicional de las presentes normas de régimen interior y
SERVICIOS E INSTALACIONES 24. La Compañía fijará en el Anuario una tabla de tarifas en la que se establecerán los importes de las diferentes cuotas y tarifas que regirán para los distintos tipos de usuarios, así como el depósito o inscripción necesarios para la reserva de plaza en los Torneos. Como regla general, ningún socio/ usuario con deuda acumulada con más de dos meses fecha/ factura de antigüedad podrá participar en las actividades organizadas en SMPC, ni tener caballos en sus instalaciones. El pago de los fee de Torneos y de la utilización de cuadras y suministros se realizará mediante ingresos a cuenta previos a la utilización del servicio. En cualquier caso, SMPC se reserva el derecho de exigir el pago a cuenta por adelantado de la prestación de cualquier otro servicio a aquellos usuarios que considere oportunos. La tabla de tarifas estará sujeta a modificaciones por parte de la Compañía cuando lo considere necesario y/o conveniente, incluso aunque hayan sido publicadas en el Anuario. 25. Uno de los servicios que el Club ofrece es el de alquiler de cuadras, para el cual será necesaria la entrega a cuenta por prestación de servicios a las que se refieren estas normas, por el importe que venga determinado en las tarifas del Club. Este servicio se rige por las condiciones de alquiler de cuadras (Anexo 4), cuya firma significará la aceptación de las condiciones descritas en el mismo referidas al precio de alquiler de boxes y suministros. 26. El usuario, socio o no, propietario de caballos que tenga empleados que presten sus servicios dentro de las instalaciones del Club, vendrá obligado a detallar previamente los nombres y funciones del personal a su cargo en el espacio destinado al efecto en el apartado Sexto del Anexo 4, en el que deberán firmar cada una de las personas que se detallen. No obstante, el personal que trabaje a su cargo deberá cumplimentar así mismo los Anexos 2 ó 3 según su caso (Anexo 3 para cuidadores de caballos y Anexo 2 para el resto de personal que utilice o tenga en algún modo contacto con sus caballos). Así mismo deberá informar a la Oficina de Cuadras del teléfono o dirección de los cuidadores de sus caballos, así como del veterinario con el que desee atender a sus caballos en caso de una urgencia. En su defecto, serán atendidos por los Veterinarios que desarrollen su actividad habitualmente en el Club. Todos los usuarios, propietarios de caballos o no, serán en cualquier caso responsables de la conducta y seguridad de sus empleados e invitados no jugadores, los cuales deberán firmar el documento de admisión (Anexo 2). Además, no permitirán el manejo y monta de caballos a personas sin la suficiente preparación y experiencia y asumiendo, en todo caso, las responsabilidades que puedan derivarse de los accidentes que se produzcan por, o en que se vean involucrados sus caballos. Asimismo serán responsables del respeto por parte de sus empleados e invitados de las normas y directrices establecidas por el Club para la utilización de caballos, instalaciones, servicios, etc.

De acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 7/2012 de 29 de octubre, no se aceptarán pagos en efectivo por importe superior a 2.500 Euros en el caso de residentes en España y 15.000 Euros en el caso de que el pagador sea una persona física que justifique que no tiene su domicilio fiscal en España y no actúe en calidad de empresario o profesional. De producirse algún pago en efectivo contraviniendo esta norma, el Club procederá a informar a la Administración en los términos establecidos en la referida ley.

h) La modalidad de forma de pago se hará constar expresamente en el apartado destinado al efecto en el ANEXO 1: documento de admisión de socio/usuario al SMPC. Glenton España, S.A. facturará al socio-cliente los gastos ocasionados por los impagos o devoluciones de giros bancarios, domiciliaciones, etc. que se produzcan con motivo de la devolución del cobro de cualquier factura.

27. Los propietarios de caballos que tengan empleados encargados del cuidado y mantenimiento de estos durante su estancia en el Club, serán responsables del cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones socio-laborales establecidas legal y reglamentariamente, para con dichos empleados. 28. El Club no se hace responsable, en ningún caso, de los objetos y material que el usuario tenga en las instalaciones. 29. Durante los torneos y prácticas no podrá permanecer en los palenques ninguna persona que no sea jugador o cuidador de caballos. Se prohíbe expresamente la presencia de menores de edad en los palenques. Asimismo, se prohíbe terminantemente la presencia de perros sueltos en los palenques. 30. Asimismo, el Club no se responsabiliza de los posibles accidentes que puedan sufrir los caballos en las instalaciones del club, ni de los daños que estos puedan ocasionar. En el caso de accidente, desde el Club se pondrá el caballo a disposición del usuario en una zona habilitada a tal efecto. En el supuesto de que el usuario precise el transporte del animal a otro emplazamiento, lo deberá solicitar por escrito al Club, rellenando el estadillo confeccionado al efecto, y abonando las tarifas correspondientes indicadas en el mismo. 31. Todos los usuarios participantes en Torneos, Prácticas y otras actividades organizadas por el Club tendrán todos sus caballos al día en las vacunaciones y demás requisitos sanitarios establecidos por la Administración Estatal, Autonómica o Municipal. La Dirección del Club podrá exigir la acreditación documental de estos extremos cuando lo considere necesario (Anexo 5: normas de uso de las cuadras). En el momento de la llegada de los caballos a las Cuadras del SMPC, deberán dejar copia de la documentación de los
caballos (libro de vacunaciones, pasaporte, LIC y/o tarjeta sanitaria) en las Oficinas de Cuadras, donde deberán permanecer durante la estancia de los mismos en el Club. 32. En el caso de torneos, todos los miembros de un equipo serán solidariamente responsables de las deudas de cualquier naturaleza que hubieran contraído, bien el equipo o bien cualquiera de sus componentes, en relación con el mismo. Igualmente, en los casos en que a petición de un equipo (o un usuario), se haga la facturación a una entidad mercantil, esta petición no eximirá al usuario ni al equipo de las deudas de cualquier naturaleza que se hubieran contraído, de las que serán solidariamente responsables, junto con dicha mercantil, frente al Club, por lo que este podrá reclamar directamente el pago de dichas deudas a los mencionados usuarios o equipo. 33. El Santa María Polo Club se reserva el derecho a utilizar en su publicidad y promoción cualquier imagen o grabación obtenida en cualquiera de los eventos o actividades que se celebren o desarrollen dentro de sus instalaciones. COMITÉS 34. El Club designará un Comité de Comportamiento y Competición, cuyas funciones serán las de aplicar las normas de régimen interno a los socios y usuarios del club, y las normas de juego a los participantes en los torneos organizados por el Club 35. El Club podrá designar asimismo cuantos comités específicos precise, con las funciones que en cada caso se le encomienden.
III. NORMATIVA DEPORTIVA

a) Régimen Disciplinario

Objeto del régimen disciplinario y potestad 36. El objeto de los siguientes artículos, que componen el reglamento disciplinario, es regular el régimen disciplinario interno del SMPC, aplicable por tanto a todos los socios y usuarios del mismo, en cualquiera de las actividades deportivas del Club (prácticas, taqueos, torneos, etc…). Y persigue como finalidad la de mantener la buena práctica deportiva y el espíritu de educación y respeto a los demás propios del Club, persiguiendo y sancionando aquellas actuaciones que contravengan este espíritu. No obstante lo cual, el Club se reserva el derecho de establecer un régimen disciplinario propio para cada torneo. 37. La potestad disciplinaria la ostenta el Club y la ejerce ordinariamente el Comité de Competición y Comportamiento por delegación de aquel; y durante el transcurso de las prácticas
o torneos la ejerce el juez o árbitro en base a la normativa deportiva y a las siguientes reglas. El Comité tiene todas las facultades presas para ejercer dicha potestad, entre las que se encuentran las de interpretar las presentes normas e instruir el procedimiento. 38. El Comité de Competición y Comportamiento se designará por el Club, para cada año, y estará compuesto por un mínimo de dos miembros y un máximo de seis, de entre los cuales habrá un Presidente, y un Secretario, siendo el resto vocales. No obstante el Club podrá designar Comités de Competición Comportamiento específicos para cada torneo, en cuyo caso será este quien ejerza la potestad disciplinaria. 39. El Comité actuará como regla general a instancia de parte, es decir tras denuncia que deberá reunir los requisitos establecidos más adelante; excepcionalmente podrá actuar también de oficio.

41. Con independencia del presente régimen interno sancionador, las acciones aquí descritas podrán ser igualmente sancionadas si constituyeran infracciones en ámbitos distintos (vía deportivo- federativa, vía administrativa o vía penal), para lo cual el Comité de Comportamiento y Competición dará cuenta de dichas acciones a los órganos correspondientes. 42. Las infracciones podrán calificarse de leves, graves y muy graves, conforme a lo establecido en los artículos correspondientes de este reglamento. 43. A cada infracción le corresponderá la consiguiente sanción, que por tanto podrá ser: - Leve: desde amonestación hasta suspensión por un mes. - Grave: desde suspensión de un partido hasta suspensión de un año. - Muy grave: desde suspensión de un año hasta suspensión por cinco años. La suspensión podrá ser total, es decir de la condición de socio/usuario con todas sus implicaciones, o parcial, de alguno o algunos de los derechos o actividades del socio/usuario (suspensión para jugar partidos, suspensión del derecho de acceso a las instalaciones, etc…), siendo el Comité de Comportamiento y Competición quien fije su alcance en cada caso. 44. Independientemente de las anteriores, el Comité podrá imponer además sanciones accesorias, atendidas las circunstancias del caso, que podrán ser: multa, pérdida de condición de socio de incentivo o alteración del resultado del partido. 45. Las anteriores penas podrán ser impuestas cautelarmente por el Comité, durante la tramitación del procedimiento sancionador. 46. Las penas anteriores serán impuestas a los que cometan directamente la infracción; pero podrán hacerse extensivas igualmente al resto de miembros del equipo cuando de otra manera la imposición de la sanción resultara ineficaz. 47. Se considerarán infracciones muy graves: 1. Aquellos hechos que por su gravedad o trascendencia afecten a la cultura deportiva del país o sean manifiestamente lesivos al prestigio del deporte nacional o del Santa María Polo Club. 2. Cualquier acción violenta no accidental ejecutada con intención de dañar a personas, y que cause daño a las mismas. 3. El abandono del Torneo antes de su finalización, por el
48. Se considerarán infracciones graves: 1. Cualquier acción violenta no accidental ejecutada contra cabalgadura ajena, que le cause daño efectivo. 2. Cualquier acción violenta no accidental ejecutada con intención de dañar a personas, y que no logre su propósito. 3. Cualquier forma de intento de arreglo entre los equipos del resultado de un partido. Se entiende por arreglo de un partido, sin que la enumeración sea limitativa, cualquier intento de coacción, presión, negociación, a cualquiera de los miembros de un equipo, directa o indirectamente, aunque no se logren los fines y no ocurra lo intencionado, de arreglar el resultado de un partido. 4. Cualquier acción contraria a las normas de juego que cause daño a las personas. 5. Cualquier discusión en tono violento con el Juez o Árbitro. 6. Cualquier provocación, ofensa, insulto, injuria amenaza o gestos obscenos y groseros dirigidos al árbitro. 49. Se considerarán infracciones leves: 1. Cualquier acción violenta no accidental ejecutada contra cabalgadura ajena, que no cause daño a la misma. 2. Cualquier acción contraria a las normas de juego que cause daño a cabalgadura ajena. 3. Cualquier acción contraria a las normas de juego que cause peligro a las personas. 4. El hostigamiento con fusta o taco de manera desproporcionada o injustificada a su propia cabalgadura. 5. Cualquier provocación de palabra o actitud a un jugador, ofensa o insulto, mofa o burla con palabra, gestos, o ademanes equívocos o injuriosos, o cualquier otro agravio dirigidos al mismo. 6. Provocación de palabra, amenaza, injuria, agravio, ademanes obscenos o gestos groseros, u ofensa a otro jugador faltando al mutuo respeto que se deben. 7. Discusión en forma violenta con compañeros o adversarios, demorando o alterando el normal desarrollo del juego o sin causa justificada muestre una actitud pasiva en el desarrollo del partido aún sin abandonar el terreno de juego. 8. Cualquier conducta claramente antideportiva. 9. Cualquier protesta, réplica o manifestación contraria al proceder del árbitro. 10. La falta de respeto por mofa o burla o ademanes inequívocos al proceder del árbitro.

40. Se consideran infracciones las acciones u omisiones llevadas a cabo por los usuarios con ocasión de las actividades del club (dentro o fuera de los partidos o prácticas) que vulneren el decoro deportivo y el espíritu de educación y respeto del Club, y estén establecidas como tales en las presentes normas.

11. El abandono de un partido sin el consentimiento del árbitro, a no ser que el mismo suponga la comisión tipificada en el apartado 3 del artículo 48. 12. Entrar a taquear en la cancha sin participar en el partido que se esté disputando.
14. Acumulación de diez técnicos en un año natural.
3. La reiteración de las mismas conductas en el mismo torneo, siempre que dicha reiteración no constituya a su vez reincidencia o componente del tipo.
17. Cualquier conducta contraria a las normas del juego, al espíritu deportivo, o al buen espíritu del Santa María Polo Club que no esté sancionado como norma Muy Grave o Grave. 50. Los inductores de cualquiera de las acciones anteriormente señaladas serán considerados igualmente infractores, pero aplicándosele las penas hasta el máximo de su mitad inferior. 51. El quebrantamiento de la sanción impuesta se considerará infracción de la misma clase que las anteriormente establecidas, debiendo sancionarse con la misma pena en su mitad superior. 52. Para la aplicación de las sanciones y graduación se tendrá en cuenta la gravedad de la conducta objeto de sanción, en función de las intenciones, circunstancias y métodos, para lo cual, así como para interpretar y completar las presentes normas tendrá plena potestad el Comité de Competición y Comportamiento, que calificará los hechos e impondrá las correspondientes sanciones conforme a su criterio y a la sana crítica, y a lo establecido en las presentes normas.

55. Se considerarán circunstancias agravantes: 1. La reincidencia; a estos efectos se considerará reincidente a quien cometa el mismo tipo de infracción dentro de un año natural desde la comisión de la anterior infracción sancionada.
16. Falsedad, alteración u ocultamiento de datos proporcionados al Club para la inscripción en torneos y prácticas, o en general para cualquier solicitud de inscripción o actividades.

4. La comisión del tipo como consecuencia de previa agresión.
13. Acumulación de tres tarjetas amarillas en una temporada (Primavera, Verano o Invierno) o de cuatro tarjetas en un año. Para estos supuestos, la acumulación de tres tarjetas amarillas en una temporada será sancionada con la suspensión de un partido; y la acumulación de cuatro en un año será sancionada con un mes de suspensión. 15. Cualquier acción que tengan como finalidad impedir o dificultar las notificaciones o normal desarrollo del procedimiento sancionador.

3. La falta de intención dolosa (salvo que sea intrascendente por la configuración del tipo).
Circunstancias modificativas de la responsabilidad 53. Se considerarán circunstancias modificativas de la responsabilidad, como agravante o atenuante dependiendo de sentido, la trascendencia social o deportiva de la infracción, o el perjuicio económico o daño producido, la posible existencia de lucro o beneficio por parte del infractor. 54. Se considerarán circunstancias atenuantes: 1. El arrepentimiento espontáneo. 2. La reparación del daño causado
2. La concurrencia en el infractor de singulares responsabilidades deportivas.
56. El Comité de Competición y Comportamiento valorará bajo su propio criterio la existencia de dichos atenuantes y agravantes, y gozará de libertad para aplicarlos según su buen criterio, pudiendo incluso modificar el carácter de Muy Grave, Grave o Leve de una conducta.
Extinción y prescripción 57. Se extinguirá la responsabilidad de las infracciones por el fallecimiento, por el cumplimiento de las sanciones, o por prescripción. 58. Prescribirán las infracciones: - Muy graves: a los cinco años - Graves: al año - Leves: al mes 59. Se interrumpirá la prescripción de las sanciones por la apertura del correspondiente procedimiento disciplinario, y mientras dure la tramitación del mismo. 60. Prescribirán las sanciones: - Muy graves: a los cinco años - Graves: al año - Leves: al mes Procedimiento sancionador 61. Con la finalidad de controlar los antecedentes y el cumplimiento o extinción de las penas previstas, el Comité de Competición y Comportamiento, a través de su Secretario, llevará al día un libro de registro de sanciones, en el que se anotarán aquellas, indicando el nombre de los infractores, la pena, la fecha de imposición de la sanción y la de cumplimiento o extinción, incluyendo también las anotaciones correspondientes a las sanciones impuestas por los Comités de Competición específicos de cualquier torneo, si los hubiera. 62. Se establecen dos procedimientos: el ordinario, y el abreviado previsto para determinados Torneos y Competiciones.

63.bis: Cualquier comunicación que deba hacerse al Comité de Competición y Comportamiento se hará a máquina y deberá estar redactada en castellano. 64. Procedimiento Ordinario - Comenzará con la admisión de la denuncia o excepcionalmente la actuación de oficio del Comité. - Dentro del día natural siguiente a la admisión de la denuncia (día primero), el Comité llevará a cabo las actuaciones siguientes: a) Recopilación de datos de los intervinientes y del Juez o Árbitro. b) Acuerdo de iniciación, en el que se recojan los datos esenciales de la denuncia, las manifestaciones del Juez o Árbitro si los hubiera, la calificación provisional de los hechos, y la adopción de medidas cautelares que el Comité considerara oportunas. Al día siguiente (día segundo) antes de las 14.00 tendrá lugar la notificación del mencionado acuerdo de incoación, con el contenido anteriormente expuesto, que se hará al denunciante, al presunto infractor y al Juez o Árbitro, así como a cualquier otra persona que considere interesada, dándoles plazo para aportar las alegaciones y prueba que deberán presentar en horario de oficinas en la tarde de dicho día. En caso de considerarlo conveniente, a la vista de las alegaciones y pruebas practicadas el Comité de Competición y Comportamiento citará a las partes a una vista que tendré lugar en la mañana del día siguiente (día tercero) El Comité de Competición y Comportamiento dictará su resolución, motivada, en la tarde dicho día (tercero), notificándola a las partes e interesados, así como a los capitanes de los equipos. La resolución será inmediatamente ejecutiva.
- Copia de la denuncia. - Calificación provisional de los hechos. - Medidas cautelares si lo considerara oportuno. - Citación para la vista, que tendrá lugar ese mismo día (primero), por la tarde, en horario de oficina, a fin de que en la misma comparezcan los citados al objeto de hacer las alegaciones que consideraran oportunas, así como presentar y practicar pruebas que fueran admitidas por el Comité. - Al día siguiente de la vista (día segundo) antes de las 14.00 el Comité de Competición y Comportamiento dictará su resolución, motivada, notificándola a las partes e interesados, así como a los capitanes de los equipos. La resolución será inmediatamente ejecutiva. 66. Al objeto de que puedan realizarse las comunicaciones en los plazos previstos, se establecen los siguientes sistemas de notificación: a) Notificación personal, para lo cual, cualquier participante (jugador o equipo) inscrito en un torneo deberá facilitar una dirección de correo electrónico, donde dichas notificaciones le serán efectuadas. Se considerará válidamente hecha cualquier notificación enviada a dicha dirección, aunque resulte devuelta. Asimismo, se considerará válidamente hecha cualquier notificación a un presunto infractor, si se notificara a su capitán o a cualquier otro miembro de su equipo. b) Notificación por publicación en Tablón: en el tablón de anuncios del Torneo, se publicará un extracto de las comunicaciones previstas en el procedimiento. Cualquier interesado directo (denunciante, presunto infractor, miembros de los equipos de alguno de los anteriores o perjudicados) que tenga conocimiento de dicha publicación podrá acceder al contenido íntegro de las comunicaciones solicitándolo en el Club en el horario de oficinas. 67. Las pruebas serán admitidas o no por el Comité de Comportamiento y Competición, y valoradas libremente según su mejor criterio. Se presumen en cualquier caso como veraces las declaraciones y manifestaciones de los jueces o árbitros.

- Comenzará igualmente con la admisión de la denuncia o excepcionalmente la actuación de oficio del Comité, que deberán tener lugar el mismo día de la infracción antes de las 18.00 si el partido es antes de las 14.00; si el partido es después de las 14.00, la denuncia o excepcional actuación del Comité de oficio podrá presentarse antes de las 12.00 del día siguiente.
68. Definiciones: a) Torneo de alto handicap: más de 14 goles de handicap. b) Torneo de mediano handicap: entre 7-14 goles de handicap. c) Torneo de bajo handicap: menos de 7 goles de handicap.

63. El procedimiento se iniciará habitualmente por denuncia, que podrá ser presentada únicamente por los jugadores involucrados, los árbitros o jueces de ese partido, o por la persona directamente dañada.- Esta denuncia, que deberá estar escrita a máquina y estar redactada en castellano, será entregada en las oficinas del Club dentro de los plazos previstos para cada procedimiento. Excepcionalmente actuará el Club de oficio, a través de su Comité.
- El día siguiente a la comisión de la presunta infracción (día primero) el Comité cursará notificación al presunto infractor, con copia al denunciante y al Juez o Árbitro e interesados que considere oportuno, que contendrá:

No obstante lo cual, el Club se reserva la posibilidad de establecer otro procedimiento diferente para cualquiera de los torneos que organice.

69. Los partidos de los torneos de alto hándicap serán a 6 chukkers.
a) Alto handicap – mínimo handicap (0). b) Mediano handicap – mínimo handicap (0). c) Bajo handicap – mínimo handicap (-1).
a) Si un jugador de 8 goles de hándicap o más es suspendido por uno o varios partidos siguiendo la regla 49.13, o sufre un accidente durante un partido, entonces el jugador suspendido o accidentado podrá ser sustituido para ese/os partido/s en suspensión o pendiente de terminar (no para otros partidos) por un jugador del mismo hándicap, aunque concurran las circunstancias del párrafo anterior (participante en la misma Copa y Torneo) siempre que hasta ese momento no hubiera aún jugado para otro equipo en el mismo Torneo, si lo hubiere y quisiere; en el caso de que no lo hubiere o no quisiere, podrá ser sustituido por un jugador de 8, 9, 10 goles de hándicap que aunque haya jugado en esa Copa o siga jugando en esa Copa.
d) Los jugadores de –1 gol de handicap no podrán participar en Torneos de más de 5 goles de handicap, a no ser que el Comité de Competición de SMPC lo evalúe y lo permita, en cuyo caso tendrá que jugar con 0 goles de handicap. En ningún caso podrá participar en Torneos de más de 6 goles de handicap.
b) En caso de que la lesión del jugador accidentado durara y le imposibilitara jugar partidos siguientes de la misma Copa y Torneo, el lesionado podrá ser sustituido permanente por otro cualquier equipo participante que ya está fuera de la Copa (entendiendo por tal incluso que esté jugando la Copa Subsidiaria).
e) Ningún jugador podrá jugar en un torneo de bajo handicap con un handicap superior a 4.
En ningún caso de sustitución se podrá incumplir que el equipo supere el límite máximo del hándicap del torneo o Copa con esa sustitución.
70. Los torneos de mediano y bajo handicap serán a 4, 5 ó 6 chukkers según detalle de cada torneo. 71. Los límites para los handicaps individuales en los torneos oficiales del Santa María Polo Club serán:
f) La suma de los handicaps de los jugadores esponsorizados que formen parte de un mismo equipo no podrá ser en ningún caso superior al nivel máximo de handicap establecido en el Torneo.

72. En los torneos celebrados en SMPC no podrá jugar ningún jugador no comunitario esponsorizado no residente con menos de 4 goles de hándicap., independientemente del hándicap. que tenga en su país de residencia. Para considerarse residente oficial a efectos de las presentes reglas, habrá tenido que tener la residencia española como mínimo desde un año antes del comienzo del Torneo. El concepto de jugador esponsorizado puede dar lugar a problemas de interpretación. La consideración o no del jugador como esponsorizado y la composición de la alineación de los equipos será revisada y autorizada por el Comité de Competición del SMPC.

La decisión deberá basarse en el estudio individual del caso y tomando como base de la definición los conceptos contrapuestos de esponsorizado/profesional/semiprofesional vs patrón. El concepto de residente está basado bien en la residencia oficial o bien en el concepto de residencia de juego (donde juegue el mayor número de partidos de polo al año o donde tenga la organización principal). En el caso de extranjeros o Comunitarios no residentes en EU (incluidos Españoles), que tengan doble nacionalidad, se aplicará la nacionalidad de donde tenga la residencia, siguiendo el concepto de residente expresado en el párrafo anterior. 73. Si durante la competición por enfermedad o accidente se tuviera que permitir una sustitución, en ningún caso se podrá incumplir la norma 72. Además, en ningún caso un jugador podrá ser sustituido por un jugador de otro equipo que esté participando en la misma Copa de ese Torneo, con excepción de lo establecido en los siguientes párrafos.
En cualquier caso, cualquier jugador accidentado os suspendido podrá ser sustituido por otro de otro equipo perteneciente a diferentes Copas del mismo Torneo, sin necesidad de que en él concurran las circunstancias de los párrafos anteriores. 74. La aplicación de handicap de jugadores para torneos se realizará según las siguientes normas. 74.0) Para la aplicación de handicap, en todo caso se aplicará lo establecido en el punto 5 de las presentes reglas. 74.1) No se tendrá en cuenta ningún cambio de hándicap de mitad de temporada de otra Federación 74.2) Españoles y residentes españoles que hayan jugado en España en el último año: jugarán con el Hándicap. establecido por la Real Federación Española de Polo (en adelante RFEP). 74.3) Comunitarios y extranjeros: se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes criterios: A) Comunitarios y extranjeros que hayan jugado en España a.1. Que hayan jugado en el último año un torneo oficial, se revisará su hándicap por el Comité de handicap de de la RFEP y jugarán con el fijado por la RFEP o con el de su país de origen o residencia si este fuera mayor. a.2. Que no hayan jugado en el último año un Torneo Oficial. Jugarán con el handicap mayor de: a.2.1) Su país de origen o residencia. a.2.2) El establecido por las federaciones de Argentina, EEUU, Reino Unido o Australia.

El establecido por las federaciones de Argentina, EEUU, Reino Unido o Australia. 74.4) A todo jugador que haya jugado en España un torneo oficial dentro de los últimos cinco años, se le establecerá como handicap mínimo el último que tuviese fijado por la RFEP, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el punto 7.2. Si en ese plazo de tiempo, su hándicap disminuye en su país de origen o residencia, es aplicará la norma establecida en el punto 7.2.a.2 75. Normas de Aplicación a) El handicap que se aplicará a cada jugador en los Torneos será el que se tenga en la fecha de plazo de finalización para la inscripción de la alineación del equipo. En caso de duda de esta fecha, por no estar fijada, se tomará el handicap que se tenga 1 día antes del inicio del Torneo. b) Para casos en los que el Comité de Competición observe que un jugador está inscrito en un torneo con un handicap manifiesta y claramente inferior al handicap real, este Comité dará cuenta al Comité de Handicaps de la RFEP, proponiendo el hándicap que corresponda. Especialmente se aplicará esta norma para aquellos casos de jugadores que normalmente estén fuera del circuito de torneos oficiales del mundo y como consecuencia de ello su handicap no haya podido ser revisado recientemente por ninguna Federación de peso. 76. Cuando durante la celebración de un torneo se modifique el handicap de un jugador que esté jugando el torneo se aplicará la siguiente regla: a) Aquel equipo que después de la modificación rebase en dos goles o más el handicap máximo del torneo, tendrá que modificar el equipo en el siguiente torneo. b) Si sólo sobrepasa en un gol el handicap máximo del torneo, podrá seguir jugando otros torneos con el mismo equipo siempre que sólo sobrepase en un gol el handicap máximo de los otros torneos. c) En ambos casos se aplica la siguiente tabla de Handicap a conceder en cada partido por el equipo que sobrepase el handicap máximo del torneo (x3 la tabla normal de diferencia de handicap)

Esta tabla se aplicará aunque el torneo sea de modalidad “abierto”. En el caso de que no fuera abierto, por la parte hasta el handicap máximo del torneo se le aplicará la tabla normal y por la parte del handicap que rebase el handicap máximo del torneo se le aplicará esta tabla. 77. Todos los torneos seguirán las reglas de juego de la FAP y del SMPC. 78. Durante un torneo de SMPC no se podrán jugar caballos jugados en partidos anteriores de la misma Copa por otro equipo, salvo que las reglas del torneo así lo establezcan. 79. Un jugador no podrá participar en dos equipos diferentes de la misma copa de un Torneo, con excepción de lo establecido en el punto 6. Sí podrá participar en equipos pertenecientes a diferentes copas del mismo torneo. 80. Todo equipo que se inscriba en un torneo tendrá que nombrar un capitán. El capitán será la persona que inscribe el equipo, será el responsable del pago de la totalidad de la cuota de reserva de plaza, y será el responsable del pago total de la inscripción del equipo. El pago de la inscripción del equipo se realizará antes de comenzar el torneo o en el plazo especificado por el Club para determinados Torneos. Asimismo, dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en artículo 5, puntos c y d de las Reglas del Juego de la F.A.P., será el capitán del equipo el que podrá someter cualquier cuestión que se promueva a la Comisión Organizadora del Torneo. 81. Una vez inscrito el equipo para un Torneo, el nombre sólo podrá ser modificado hasta 20 días antes del comienzo del Torneo. Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo, no se podrá modificar. 82. Los equipos tienen que acudir obligatoriamente a los Torneos con dos juegos de camisetas de diferente color para evitar una posible coincidencia en colores de los dos equipos. Tendrá que cambiar la equipación habitual el equipo de menor hcp., y si tienen el mismo, se lanzará una moneda al aire. En todos los partidos organizados en SMPC, después de transcurridos 15 minutos el equipo que no se presente perderá el partido, y si ninguno de los dos se presenta, se le dará por perdido a los dos si es torneo a la americana, o quedarán eliminados los dos si es por eliminación. Esta regla se aplicará siempre y cuando el retraso se produzca por motivos ajenos a la organización. La norma será de aplicación en los Torneos celebrados en SMPC independientemente de la normativa al respecto recogida en los reglamentos de la RFEP y FAP.

c) Organización General de Torneos 83. Los Torneos son por ligas salvo especificaciones (ver punto 10 del presente apartado), y quedará en primer lugar el equipo con mayor número de puntos de los partidos de su liga, y así sucesivamente. Este criterio siempre será prioritario sobre los expuestos a continuación en la determinación del orden de resultado de una liga. Los dos primeros clasificados en cada liga pasarán a semifinal. El primero de cada liga jugará contra el segundo de la liga contraria y viceversa, y de igual manera se jugará las semifinales de las copas subsidiarias. 84. En caso de empate para cualquier puesto de una liga de cada Copa en juego, se seguirá el siguiente método para determinar el orden de clasificación: a) En caso de empate de dos equipos a puntos, se resolverá el desempate por el método de quién ganó a quién en esa liga. Si persiste el empate, se resolverá por el método de diferencia de goles, y si aún siguiese persistiendo, se resolverá por goles a favor. b) En caso de empate de tres equipos a puntos, se resolverá de la siguiente manera: b0 - Se recalcularán los puntos de los tres equipos empatados contando solamente los partidos jugados entre ellos; si esto resultara en un empate entre dos de estos tres equipos se utilizará el método de quién ganó a quién para los dos equipos empatados b1- Por el método de diferencia de goles (la suma de goles marcados menos suma de goles encajados por cada equipo de los empatados, teniendo en cuenta sólo los partidos jugados entre ellos). En caso de que siguiera existiendo empate entre dos equipos, se usará el método de quién ganó a quién.

b2- En caso de que siguiera existiendo empate entre tres equipos para cualquier posición de la liga, se resolverá por el método de goles a favor. (Suma de goles marcados entre los tres equipos empatados). Si después de aplicar este método continuase el empate entre dos equipos, se resolverá por el método de quién ganó a quién).

b3- Si persistiera el empate entre tres equipos por el método b1 y b2, se resolverá en primer lugar por el método b1 y después por el método b2 haciendo los cálculos incluyendo los resultados de todos los equipos de la liga (Esto es, incluyendo los resultados de los partidos jugados en la Copa en disputa contra los otros equipos.) 85. Si un partido de la liga no se jugara por alguna razón y el Comité de Competición determinara que es imposible jugarlo, el resultado del partido se calculará tomando la media del número de goles marcados por los dos equipos en los partidos de la liga. 86. Si un equipo se retirara de la liga por cualquier motivo, todos los partidos pendientes de jugar contra ese equipo se
considerarán como ganados por los otros equipos, pero no contarán goles a efectos de la resolución de empates, ni contarán los goles a tales efectos de los partidos disputados contra el equipo retirado. 87. Si el resultado de una liga es conocido antes de la finalización de la misma, los partidos pendientes tendrán que ser jugados siguiendo las reglas para torneos del SMPC y las de la F.A.P. 88. Cualquier situación irregular que altere el normal desarrollo del juego provocada intencionadamente por alguno de los jugadores, será analizada por el Comité de Competición, el cual deberá fallar en el plazo de 24 horas si considera o no como falta dicha actuación, en función del efecto causado y de su criterio al respecto. 89. Ningún equipo podrá participar con un Handicap mayor al establecido en el Torneo. En el caso de que el Handicap sea menor, se considerará que juega con el mínimo establecido. 90. En cualquier caso el Comité de Competición del Torneo se reserva el derecho de interpretación de estas reglas en caso de que se produzcan diferencias de criterio en la interpretación de las mismas. 91. En caso de fuerza mayor el Club se reserva el derecho de modificar el calendario de los Torneos. 92. En caso necesario, se publicarán como complemento a las presentes Normas Generales las Normas específicas para la Celebración de determinados torneos si las circunstancias respecto al número de equipos o cualesquiera otras así lo requieran, o a juicio del Comité de Competición fuese necesario por cualquier circunstancia. 93. En todas las categorías, los jugadores de equipos finalistas o aquellos que accedan a recibir premios, deberán hacerlo con la equipación correspondiente al equipo con el que obtuvo el premio y con sus botas correspondientes.
d) Reglas de Juego Específicas Sin perjuicio de las sanciones previstas en el Régimen Disciplinario, se establecen las siguientes Reglas de Juego específicas de aplicación a los Torneos del SMPC: Suspensión a Jugador - Sus Efectos 94. La suspensión impuesta a un jugador por un solo partido, lo inhabilita a participar en el próximo encuentro que su equipo dispute en el mismo Torneo. 95. Si el jugador finalizó su actuación en ese Torneo, la sanción se aplicará en la primera fecha del próximo Torneo, de la misma categoría en la cual el suspendido participe. La determinación de la categoría del Torneo será resuelta por el Comité de Comportamiento.

96. En caso de Prácticas se aplicará el mismo criterio.
c) Expulsión
Técnicos, tarjetas amarillas y expulsiones.
El árbitro podrá expulsar a un jugador por el resto del chukker, si continuara durante el resto del partido con la actitud de protesta y/o reclamo u otra actitud o conducta perjudicial para el juego. El jugador puede por esta misma causa ser expulsado definitivamente del campo.
En este apartado se detalla el proceso que debe seguir un árbitro ante incidentes en la cancha. En cualquier caso es el criterio del árbitro el que determina, según la gravedad de los hechos, si sanciona con una tarjeta amarilla o directamente con expulsión de la cancha por el tiempo restante del chukker o por todo el partido. Con independencia de la penalidad técnico-deportiva desarrollada en este apartado, los hechos aquí detallados podrán ser causa de sanción por el Régimen Sancionador establecido en las presentes normas, para lo cual los árbitros o jueces cursarán al Comité de Comportamiento del SMPC la correspondiente denuncia. El criterio y la interpretación por parte de los árbitros de los artículos 6 y 11 del reglamento de juego de la FAP, que se refieren al uso de las tarjetas amarillas y actitudes de protesta en la cancha u otra conducta perjudicial para el juego, será el siguiente: a) Técnico Por cualquier protesta, de cualquier forma: de palabra, con gestos, etc., e incluso entre compañeros del mismo equipo. La sanción de un técnico se hará con la penalidad más próxima a donde se produjo el incidente. La reincidencia en ese momento en las protestas que a criterio del arbitro, o aquellos otros incidentes o actitudes que por sus circunstancias agraven la misma, sean hechos que agraven la protesta y que a criterio del árbitro normalmente tendría que llevarle a modificar la penalidad aproximándolo al arco de gol, deberá en vez sancionarse automáticamente con una tarjeta amarilla (punto b1). b) Tarjeta Amarilla
99. El árbitro sancionará con tarjeta amarilla al jugador que insulte u ofenda a un compañero de un mismo equipo, a los jueces de gol o al juez de marcador.

98. Sancionará igualmente al jugador que protestara una decisión del árbitro o reclamara una infracción después de habérsele pitado dos técnicos en el partido. Esto es, se entiende que el árbitro debe sacar una tarjeta amarilla automáticamente después de haber pitado dos técnicos a un mismo jugador, pero esto no significa que automáticamente tres técnicos en un partido sean igual a una tarjeta amarilla, ya que ésta debe imponerla el árbitro explícitamente.

97. El árbitro tiene la obligación de sancionar con una tarjeta si una vez pitado un técnico el jugador siguiera protestando o reclamando en el mismo momento de haber pitado ese técnico.

Anexo IV Condiciones sobre la utilización por precio de las cuadras e instalaciones de Santa María Polo Club para el alojamiento de caballos Por medio de la presente, D. , DNI / Pasaporte nº y con Domicilio en , solicita mediante la presente la utilización mediante pago de precio la cantidad de boxes de uso individual destinadas al alojamiento de caballos desde el día de de 2013 hasta el día de de 2013. Dicha cesión se realizará con sujeción a las siguientes normas: Primera: La Cesión de uso de las cuadras por precio se entenderá concertada por días, sin que quepa prórroga de de ninguna clase ni resulten aplicables las normas sobre tácita reconducción previstas en el Derecho Común. Segunda: La disposición por el usuario del número de cuadras solicitadas mediante el presente documento quedará condicionada al cumplimiento de las formalidades impuestas por la norma tercera y subordinada a las posibilidades de SMPC en el momento en que deban comenzar a ser utilizadas sus instalaciones. El usuario no tendrá derecho a reclamar por ningún concepto en caso de que no existan cuadras disponibles. Tercera: El usuario depositará previamente a la entrada de los caballos en las instalaciones de SMPC una cantidad en concepto de pago a cuenta de 14 euros por día y box solicitado, cuyo destino será el pago de las facturas generadas por la cesión de los boxes y el consumo de suministros. La publicación de las tarifas de suministro no vincula al Club durante todo el año 2013, pues estará supeditada a posibles modificaciones al alza, derivadas de las que sufran los precios de mercado. Cualquier variación en este sentido será comunicada a los usuarios con un mes de antelación a la fecha de factura.

Quinta: Al término de cada mes, SMPC realizará la liquidación y expedirá la factura correspondiente en la que se incluirá el IVA al tipo que proceda. En el momento de la salida de los caballos de las instalaciones de SMPC, se llevará a cabo una regularización de la cuenta en la que SMPC devolverá el sobrante de la entrega a cuenta una vez satisfecho el importe de la facturación o cobrará la diferencia en caso de que la facturación sea superior a la entrega a cuenta.

Sexta: El control de los días de uso efectivo de las cuadras se llevará por el personal de SMPC por medio del correspondiente cuadrante o estadillo. La persona encargada por el usuario del cuidado de los caballos firmará en dicho estadillo mostrando así su conformidad con el contenido del mismo. La firma de su encargado vinculará al usuario en la misma medida que la suya propia. Séptima: SMPC cederá tan sólo el uso de sus instalaciones y no asumirá, por tanto, ninguna responsabilidad sobre los animales alojados en las cuadras ni sobre sus cuidadores, veterinarios o cualquier otra persona enviada por el usuario. A cargo de los caballos se encontrarán las personas encargadas por el usuario, por lo que serán éstas últimas los exclusivos responsables de los daños que tales animales pudieran sufrir o producir a terceros de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 1.905 de Código Civil. A tales efectos, el usuario asumirá el compromiso de mantenerse al día en todo lo relativo a vacunaciones y demás exigencias de orden sanitario impuestas por las administraciones públicas, y de acreditarlo documentalmente a requerimiento de la dirección del club. No se admitirán en las instalaciones de SMPC caballos que no estén vacunados en los últimos 6 meses de RINONEUMONITIS, INFLUENZA Y TETANOS, previa presentación del documento que lo acredite. El club se reserva el derecho de no admitir la entrada a sus instalaciones a animales que presenten síntomas de cualquier enfermedad o dolencia que pueda ser de carácter endémico o contagioso. Con la finalidad de controlar las vacunaciones, será obligatorio entregar en la oficina del club la documentación de los caballos cuya fotocopia quedará depositada en la misma.

Anexo IV Octava: El usuario cumplirá todas las obligaciones de carácter socio-laboral impuestas legalmente con respecto a las personas que pudiera emplear para el cuidado de sus animales, las cuales no percibirán ninguna retribución de SMPC. Tampoco prestarán servicios en su favor ni realizarán tareas similares a las de los empleados del club, dado que la actividad profesional de éstos se fundamenta en la organización y gestión de eventos deportivos y no en el cuidado y preparación de los caballos. No mantendrán en el club ninguna relación laboral ni profesional, ni dependencia, ni quedarán, en fin, encuadradas dentro de su ámbito de dirección u organización. En consecuencia, el usuario será exclusivo y pleno responsable en cuanto al cumplimiento de las obligaciones de carácter socio-laboral mencionadas en relación con dichos trabajadores, y asumirá frente al propio trabajador, a los terceros o administraciones públicas cualquier pago que pudiera derivarse del incumplimiento de dichas obligaciones. Las personas dependientes profesional y laboralmente del usuario, y autorizadas por el mismo a cuidar y entrenar sus caballos en SMPC son: Nombre y Apellidos

Novena: Toda persona empleada por el usuario para el cuidado de sus caballos y sus accesorios firmará a su entrada en el club la ficha cuyo modelo se acompaña como documento de identificación en las instalaciones de SMPC, en la que se consignará la advertencia incluida en el último inciso del primer párrafo de la norma sexta con el que se mostrará conforme. Décima: El usuario será responsable de todo daño que pudieran sufrir las instalaciones objeto de cesión, y que no sea consecuencia del desgaste derivado del uso ordinario de las mismas. Así mismo, deberá mantenerlas en perfecto estado de limpieza durante su uso, y especialmente antes de retirar sus caballos. Así mismo se comprometerá a depositar los residuos producidos en los lugares destinados e indicados al efecto. Undécima: Las normas de uso y comportamiento en las dependencias del club se encuentran expuestas en el tablón de anuncios situado en la entrada del mismo. El no cumplimiento de las normas podrá acarrear la expulsión del club por parte de la Dirección. Duodécima: El usuario no podrá disponer a favor de un tercero de las instalaciones cedidas sin el consentimiento expreso y por escrito de SMPC, ni ostentará derecho alguno de adquisición preferente (tanteo o retracto) sobre las cuadras objeto de cesión. Decimotercera: SMPC no es responsable, en ningún caso, de los caballos, objetos y material que el usuario tenga en sus instalaciones. Decimocuarta: En lo no expresamente previsto en las presentes cláusulas, serán aplicables a la cesión del uso de las cuadras las contenidas en el Derecho Civil Común, y no lo serán las comprendidas en la legislación espacial sobre arrendamientos.

Anexo V Servicio veterinario: Control de entrada, permanencia y salida de equinos. Se pondrá en conocimiento a los propietarios, en el momento de la inscripción, de las exigencias sanitarias del Santa María Polo Club. a) Todos los equinos deberán de estar identificados con su reseña correspondiente, así como poseer la documentación exigida por los Servicios de Sanidad Animal, del Mº de Agricultura, Ganadería y Montes. b) Los equinos procedentes, tanto de dentro de la CEE, como fuera de ella, deberán de estar vacunados contra influenza, así como de las enfermedades que puedan suponer riesgos en los países de origen; se les comunicará a los propietarios cuando soliciten su inscripción. Una vez llegados los equinos al Santa María Polo Club, se les solicitará la documentación para registrar los datos necesarios, la que permanecerá en las oficinas hasta la salida de los mismos. Se requerirá de los cuidadores de caballos la máxima colaboración para el mantenimiento de las condiciones higiénico-sanitarias, así como para el cuidado de los equinos que se necesiten tratamientos fuera de los horarios normales. Los entrenamientos se realizarán de manera de evitar las horas de mayor calor. Cuando se observen equinos que no representen las condiciones físicas o que en el campo presenten signos de sufrimiento se advertirá del mismo y se le retirará si fuera necesario. No se permitirá que los equinos jueguen bajo efecto de drogas que puedan poner en peligro la vida del animal o representar un riesgo para los jugadores.

Se examinarán los caballos que de acuerdo con su condición, y actuación puedan dejar dudas acerca de su salud, tomándose muestras de sangre, para exámenes hematológicos, bioquímicos y microbiológicos.

Frente a la sospecha o duda de enfermedad infectocontagiosa, los Servicios Veterinarios del Santa María Polo Club dispondrán de medidas precautorias de aislamiento en lugar previamente destinado a tal fin. Se comunicará al Santa María Polo Club con la debida antelación la fecha de la salida tanto si es nacional como internacional, para solicitar a los Servicios Veterinarios Oficiales su correspondiente documentación de salida.
Requisitos para el ingreso y posterior movimiento de caballos Para el ingreso de caballos es imprescindible presentar las Guías de Transporte, Documentación (Pasaporte, TSE, LIC, HPA, etc.) y Cartillas deVacunación vigente contra Influenza y Rinoneumonitis.
1. Rellenar Formulario de Admisión e Identificación “Jugadores y Petiseros” en la Oficina de Polo. 2. Solicitar una semana antes de la salida del Club la Guía de Transporte. Guía, expedida por los Veterinarios Oficiales de la J. Andalucía en Algeciras. 3. Comunicar la salida del Club cuatro días antes en las oficinas del Club. 4. Los movimientos de caballos a fincas próximas al Club, hay que comunicarla “con anterioridad” en la Oficina de Cuadras. De lo contrario el Departamento de Cuadras cobrará esos boxes aunque estén sin utilizar, al no tener conocimiento alguno de la salida.
Normas para el correcto uso de las cuadras Pedido de suministros 1. Solicitar un talonario de “Ordenes de Pedido” en las oficinas de Cuadras. 2. Rellenar la Orden de Pedido y firmarla. 3. Depositar la Orden de Pedido en el Buzón, entre las 15:00 y 17:00h. 4. A partir de las 8:00h. del día siguiente, se hace la entrega de la mercadería. Normas de uso general 1. No podrán circular por las instalaciones del Club más de 5 caballos de tiro. 2. No se podrá circular a caballo por las zonas de cuadras a trote ni a galope. 3. Se pondrá especial cuidado en evitar que se escapen los caballos. Es especialmente peligroso que puedan salirse a la carretera. 4. En ningún caso se podrán atar caballos a lugares que no sean los destinados para ello: no se atarán a árboles, ventanas, etc. 5. No se permitirá la circulación de vehículos a partir de la entrada de las cuadras de arriba: se atenderá a las señales de circulación establecidas. En ningún caso se podrá circular a una velocidad superior a los 20 km./hora. 6. Los vehículos se estacionarán en los lugares destinados al efecto, que se encuentran debidamente señalizados. 7. No está permitido encender fuego en la zona de cuadras. 8. Durante la estancia en las instalaciones del Club, se deberá guardar el debido decoro en el vestir (uso de una vestimenta adecuada, no se permitirá la estancia en traje de baño, sin camisa, o similares). 9. Los boxes se dejaran limpios, “Sin cama”, a la salida del club. En caso de no dejar los boxes limpios a la salida de los caballos, se facturarán 10 euros por cada box que haya quedado sin limpiar. 10. No tirar a la basura los Residuos Clínicos. Deben ser depositados en los contenedores especiales que se encuentran en las cuadras. Las normas anteriormente expuestas son para la comodidad y el beneficio de todos; respételas. - Establish the rules for use of its services and facilities provided to members and users, and pricing our services. - Regulate the various committees. MEMBERS / USERS 9. Are defined as such all those who, upon request, or name where appropriate by the Club, and fulfilling the requirements that are necessary under these rules, are treated as such by the Club. 10. Any person, resident or not in Spain can be a member / user of SMPC, for which (except the members of Incentive and Honorary) shall submit an application for admission form provided by the Club. ( Appendix 1). The application will not be processed to any person who has not duly completed and signed this form in all sections. Notwithstanding the SMPC reserves the right to bill and charge from every person who has made use of the Club facilities or services without arranging the application or without having been effectively obtained.

11. The quality of member / user is acquired, once the application form is submitted(Appendix 1) signed by the applicant, signed in compliance by the Company, which in any case reserves the right to refuse admission. From the very moment the applicant has been approved by the Company, acquires the rights and obligations of member / user. In addition, the Club may, when necessary, issue invitations or appoint honorary or incentive members in the terms or conditions freely established.

12. The quality of member / user is lost by the decision of the Club, alleging infringement of the rules thereof, or for any behavior or attitude that the judgment of the Club could consider against the spirit or purposes that animate the SMPC. Also because of the loss of any of the conditions that led to naming partner / user. 13. Then further down, and without limitation, some reason to cancel membership: Accumulation of debt older than two months date / invoice shall be sufficient cause for the loss of membership. - The declaration of the partner/ user´s insolvency, pre-creditor meeting or the merchant´s to whom you have requested invoices to be issued, or the existence thereon of any of the assumptions by which specific bankruptcy law presumes a situation of general insolvency.
14. The quality of member / user may also be suspended, with the effects that the Club determines, when attending the partner or user of an interim, preventive or suspected any of the events that would lead to suspension and while these conditions last. 15. The member / user may renounce to his status at any time. However, this resignation will not refund the fees already paid. You must also pay membership fees agreed in the application and the costs or expenses incurred. TYPES OF MEMBERS / USERS 16. We distinguish the following types of members / users: MERE USERS: Those using the facilities of the Club, without being members, agreeing to rules and on payment of applicable fees. Any reference to only this category in the club rules will be indicated explicitly under the name “users”. PARTNERS: They are defined as users who want and are admitted as such by the Club, upon application duly completed and signed by the form provided by the Club (Annex I). They will pay the fees for each membership category, to be eligible for special pricing rates that are determined by the Club for members. Any reference to only this category in the club rules will be indicated explicitly under the name “partners.” These partners may be in turn: a) Player Members: those that after fee payment shall be considered as such by request and for the Spring Season: From January 1st to June 30th current year. 1.- Temporary Player Members: Temporary in Spring: those that pay the established fee shall be considered such members by request for the Spring Season: from January 1th to June 30st this year. Temporary Winter Membership: those that pay the established fee shall be considered such members by request for the Winter Season: from September 16th to December 31st this year 2.- Annual Player Members: those who request to be admitted as such, from the date of admission until 2013 December 31. In this case, the Member status is extended to children under 14 years, except in the Summer Season (July and August). 3.- Youth Player Members: those who request to be considered as such members must be less than 18 years old this year. Admission will be considered until December 31st of this year.

b) Annual Membership: Those who request to be admitted as such, from the time of admission until 31st December current year. The quality of a partner in this case is extended to children under 14 except in the summer season (July and August).
d) Completely forbidden the use of any of the courts except with written consent of the office of Polo, authorization may be requested at any time by the Club staff. The Club reserves the right to suspend temporarily or permanently its services to any user who violates the above provision.
c) Corporate Members: such members are understood to be non-playing entities (companies, partnerships, etc.) and are entitled to the benefits of Non-Playing Members.
e) All users, partners or not, must pay regard to the rates established by the Club for each service before using it. To this end, the Club will set up a summary with the user-supplied data, which will show the estimated amount at the rates of the Club and the rest of the data provided by the user. This document will be signed by the requesting user of the service. The signing of the document implies acceptance of the amount reflected in it. After the service, the Club will proceed to the regularization of debt paying or charging (if any) the difference to the final billing.
g) Honorary members: those who by decision of the Club and its importance for the Polo, to San Roque, Andalucia or to the sport of Polo in Spain, can be named Honorary Members with all conditions set at every moment. 17. User rights. Users can: a) Use all the services and facilities in accordance with the rates and rules. * See Annex of “Performance of Users” in the Yearbook. b) Make proposals and recommendations in writing to the Management to improve the service provided by the Club, provided they are current in their dues and payments. c) Besides the above, members have the right to be promptly informed of all activities organized by the Club in good time. 18. Obligations of Members. a) All users, except non-players must be in possession of the federal license issued by the Spanish or Andalusian Federation of Polo. This can be processed at the Club offices at the request of the member / user, applying, in this case, the provisions of Article 23 of the rules. b) All users should use the facilities according to the nature of those listening and respecting the rules, instructions, tips and Polo team or manager ´s instructions for the proper upkeep and maintenance thereof. c) They must also Keep up sportsmanship at all times linked to Polo with the rest of the partners and participants in tournaments, practices, and other equestrian activities Ball Hitting and sports in general. f ) Tournament reservations : All users must pay in advance reservations for tournaments. If after payment of the reservation for a tournament for any reason beyond the control of Club Team, the user does not participate, or also by circumstances beyond the Tournament Club fails to take place, the applicant is not entitled to claim the payment that in concept of Team Reservation has been completed. g) Members shall pay the annual fee established in the rates paragraph within two months from the application. For the rest of the modalities of members, the fee, also established in said paragraph, must be paid before providing the service that empowers its membership. (These prices will increase in the VAT at time of billing). h) The method of payment will be expressly mentioned in the section provided for that purpose in APPENDIX 1: Membership admission document / user to the SMPC. Glenton Spain, SA will invoice the partner-client the costs incurred by defaults or refunds of money orders, direct debits, etc. occurring in connection with the return of the charge of any invoice. In accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2012 of October 29th, cash payments exceeding € 2,500 will not be accepted in the case of Spanish residents and €15,000 in the case that the payer is a person who has not justified his/her tax residence in Spain and does not act as an entrepreneur or professional. In case of any cash payment in violation of this rule, the Club shall inform the Administration in established terms of said Act. i) Members shall inform the office of Polo changes of address or phone number, e-mail, etc..so that it can inform them promptly of all activities organized by the Club. 19. The Club will not accept the registration as a player in any tournament, ball Hitting practice or who fails to prove Register as federated or not is up to date with the payment of federal share. No user may use the Club without signing the document in Annex 1.

e) Incentive Partner: those who by decision of the Club are considered as partners without having to pay the membership fee and under the conditions laid down from time to time that may vary at the discretion of the Club. They will always be required to be role models. Otherwise they will become partners or users paying the fees or rates. Nobody having a debt to the Club, regardless of amount can be named Incentive Partner.

d) Ball Hitting Partner: those who request and previous fee payment may use courts for both Polo classes or ball hitting. The fee will differ according to age (older or younger than 18).

20. Under agreements with the Polo Club Santa Maria (Andalusian sports organization entered in the register of sports entities number 8001), and the Polo Club La Querencia (Andalusian sports organization entered in the register of sports entities with number 7956) Any request for processing license (or communication of having already processed) by these clubs, will be communicated to them for the purpose of admission to such clubs as sporting partners. 21. The Company will solve issues and internal conflicts, social and sports, which may arise between users or between any of them and the Club. To solve these issues and conflicts, during the celebration of tournaments and practices, the Company shall appoint annually a Competition and Behavior Committee for members and users. 22. You cannot perform any advertising, promotional or public relations, image or communication relating to a company or trademark in the Club Facilities. If a team is sponsored by a company or commercial firm, the advertising presence of the brand is limited to the player´s clothing participating in the Tournament, and in any case must be previously known and accepted by the Club. 23. The acquisition of the quality of user and the use of club facilities and services implies unconditional acceptance of these rules of procedure and submission to the decisions of the committees in accordance with the provisions of these Rules. SERVICES AND FACILITIES 24. The Company will set in the yearbook a rate table that sets out the amounts of various fees and rates that will apply to different types of users, and the deposit or registration required to reserve a place in the tournaments. As a general rule, no member / user with accumulated debt of more than two months date / invoice old may participate in activities organized in SMPC or have horses on their premises. Payment of fee Tournament and the use of blocks and supplies will be made by payments on account before using the service. In any case, SMPC reserves the right to demand payment on account in advance of providing any other service users who consider appropriate.

25. One of the services the Club offers is the rental of stables, which is required for the down payment for services rendered to those covered by these rules, the amount is determined in the rates of the Club. This service is governed by the terms of rental blocks (Appendix 4), whose signature shall signify the acceptance of the conditions referred to in the same rental price of boxes and supplies. 26. The user, partner or not, horse owner who has employees who provide services within the Club, shall be obliged to previously detail the names and functions of their staff in the space provided for that purpose in paragraph Sixth Annex 4, which must be signed by each of the persons giving details. However, staff working in charge must complete likewise Annexes 2 or 3 as appropriate (see Annex 3 for caregivers of horses and Appendix 2 for other staff to
use or has in some way contact with their horses). It also must inform the Office of the phone or address of caregivers of their horses and the veterinarian who wishes to attend their horses in case of an emergency. Failing that, they will be attended by veterinarians who usually operate in the Club. All users who own horses or not, shall be in all cases responsible for the conduct and safety of employees and guests who are not players, who must also sign the admission document (Annex 2). Also the handling and riding of horses to people without sufficient training and experience is not allowed and assuming, in any case, the responsibilities arising from accidents occurring on, or in which their horses are involved. Also be responsible for compliance by its employees and guests of the rules and guidelines established by the Club for the use of horses, facilities, services, etc... 27. Horse owners who have employees responsible for the care and maintenance of these during their stay at the Club, are responsible for compliance with all social and labor obligations legally established for such employees. 28. The Club is not responsible in any case, for objects and material that the user has on the premises. 29. During tournaments and practices nobody other than the player or keeper of horses can remain in the palisades . It expressly prohibits the presence of under aged in the palisades. It also strictly prohibits the presence of stray dogs in the palisades. 30. Also, the Club is not responsible for any accidents that may occur to horses in the club, or for any damages they may cause. In the case of an accident, the Club will provide the horse to the user in a special area for this purpose. In the event that the user needs to transport the animal to another site, you must apply in writing to the Club by filling in the summary prepared for that purpose and paying the appropriate fees specified therein. 31. All users participating in tournaments, practices and other activities organized by the Club will have all their horses to date on vaccinations and other health requirements established by the State, Regional or Municipal Administration. The Management of the Club may require documentary evidence of these extremes when necessary (Appendix 5: Terms of Use of the blocks). At the time of the arrival of the horses at SMPC stables, users should leave a copy of the documentation of the horses (book of vaccinations, passport, LIC and / or health card) at the offices of stables, where they will stay during their stay in the Club. 32. In the case of tournaments, all team members are jointly liable for the debts of any nature which may have accrued, the team or any component thereof, in connection therewith. Similarly, in cases where a request from a team (or user) in which billing becomes a commercial entity, this request will not exempt the user or team of the debts of any kind that had been contracted, of which will be jointly responsible, together with said commercial entity, facing the club, so this may apply directly from the payment of said debts to the mentioned users or team.

33. The Santa Maria Polo Club reserves the right to use in advertising and promoting any image or recording obtained in any of the events or activities taking place or developed within their facilities. COMMITTEES 34. The Club will appoint a committee of Handicaps (Handicap Committee of the Santa Maria Polo Club-CH-SMPC) that is responsible for establishing handicaps for tournaments
that are internal to the Club. They shall meet at least once a year and determine the handicaps of the members / users of the Club both the previous year and the current year. These handicaps will prevail over other handicaps in tournaments inside the Club. (The term internal club tournaments are those not organized or sponsored by some Autonomous Federation or the State). 35. The Club may also designate specific committees as needded, with the functions in each case as required
III. SPORT RULES
36. The purpose of the following items, which make up the disciplinary regulations is to regulate the internal disciplinary system SMPC, therefore applicable to all members and users thereof, in any of the sports club (practices, ball hitting, tournaments, etc...). And pursues the purpose to maintain the good sport practice and the spirit of education and respect for other in the club, pursuing and punishing those actions that contravene the spirit. Notwithstanding this, the Club reserves the right to establish a system of discipline for each tournament. 37. Disciplinary authority is held by the Club and is ordinarily exercised by the Competition and behavior Committee and by delegation, and during practices and tournaments is exercised by the judge or referee, based on the following sporting regulations and rules. The Committee has all the authority to exercise this power , among which are to interpret these rules and instruct the procedure. 38. The Competition and Behavior Committee is designated by the Club for each year and shall consist of at least two members and a maximum of six, among which there will be a President, a Secretary, with the remainder being vocal. However the Club Competition Committee may designate a specific Competition and Behavior for each tournament, in which this will exercise disciplinary powers. 39. The committee acts as a general rule ex parte, namely after a complaint that meets the requirements below; exceptionally it can also act ex officio.
Offences and penalties 40. Offenses are considered acts or omissions performed by users on the occasion of the clubâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s activities (in or out of matches or practices) that violate the decorum and spirit of sports education and respect for the Club, and are established as such in these rules. 41. Regardless of this internal disciplinary system, the actions described here may also be penalized if they constituted vio-
42. Infringements may be classified as minor, serious and Severe, as stipulated in the relevant articles of these regulations. 43. Each violation shall be responsible for the subsequent penalty, which may therefore be: Minor: from reprimand to suspension for one month. Serious: from one-match to one year suspension. Severe: from one-year to five year suspension. The suspension may be total, i.e. the status of member/user with all, or some, of his/her involvement with one or more of the rights or activities of the member/user (suspension for playing games, suspension of the right to access facilities, etc.), as overseen by the Behaviour and Competition Committee, who sets the scope in each case. 44. Regardless of the above, the Committee may also impose additional penalties in the circumstances of the case, which may be: fines, loss of membership as an incentive or alteration of the outcome of the game. 45. The above penalties may be imposed as a precautionary measure by the Committee, during the pendency of disciplinary proceedings. 46. The above penalties will be imposed on those who commit the offense directly, but may also be extended to other team members when, otherwise the imposition of the penalty, could be ineffective. 47. It is considered Severe offenses: 1. Those events that affect because of the severity or significance to the Country´s sport culture or is manifestly detrimental to the prestige of the national sport or the Santa Maria Polo Club. 2. Any non-accidental violent action intended to harm people, and causing damage to them.

Any non-accidental act of violence carried out against another mount that does not cause damage to it. 2. Any action against the rules of the game that causes harm to another mount. 3. Any action against the rules of the game which creates a hazard to people.

4. Harassment with a whip or pad or unjustified disproportionately to their own animal.

Violent arguments with colleagues or opponents, delaying or disrupting the normal development of the game or without cause, show a passive attitude in the development of the game even without leaving the pitch. 8. Any clearly unsportsmanlike behavior. 9. Any protest, reply or statement contrary to the referee´s procedure.

Forgery, alteration or concealment of data provided to the Club for enrollment in tournaments and practices, or generally for any application for registration or activities. 17. Any conduct contrary to the rules of the game, sportsmanship, or the good spirit of Santa Maria Polo Club that is not sanctioned as Severe or Serious. 50. Inducers of any of the actions outlined above will be considered equally offenders, but imposing penalties to the maximum of the lower half. 51. The breaking of the penalty imposed is considered an infringement of the same class as those previously established, and shall be punished by the penalty in its upper half. 52. For the application of sanctions and graduation it will be taken into account the seriousness of the conduct subject to penalty, depending on the intentions, circumstances and methods, for which, and to interpret and complete these regulations, The Competition and Behavior Committee shall have full power to qualify the facts and impose appropriate penalties at its discretion and sound judgment, and the provisions of these rules.
Modifying circumstances of responsibility 53. Modifying circumstances of responsibility will be considered as an aggravating or mitigating depending on context, the social or sporting significance of the infringement, or economic loss or damage, the possible existence of profit or benefit by the offender. 54. Extenuating circumstances will be considered: 1. The spontaneous repentance. 2. The repair of damage 3. The lack of criminal intent (unless it is insignificant by type setting).

- Within the calendar day following the admission of the complaint (first day), the Committee shall perform the following actions: B) Agreement of initiation, which will reflect the main points of the complaint, the manifestations of the Judge or Referee if any, the provisional classification of the facts, and the precautionary measures that the Committee could consider appropriate. - The next day (second day) before 14.00 will take place the notice of initiation of that agreement, to the content above, which will be the complainant, the alleged offender and the judge or referee, and any other person deemed interested by giving them time to provide the arguments and evidence to be submitted during office hours on the afternoon of that day. - If deemed appropriate, in view of the arguments and evidence taken the Competition and Behavior Committee will summon the parties to a hearing that will take place the next morning (day three) - The Competition and Behavior Committee will issue its judgment, motivated, in the afternoon that day (third) and notifying the parties and stakeholders, as well as team captains. The resolution shall be immediately enforceable.
61. In order to control the background and the fulfillment or termination of the penalties, the Competition and Behavior Committee, through its Secretary, will update a log book penalties, in which are recorded the name of offenders, the penalty, the date of imposition of penalty and enforcement or termination, also including the entries for the penalties imposed by a specific Competition Committee of any tournament, if any
65. Abridged Procedure:
62. It offers two procedures: the ordinary and the abridged expected for certain tournaments and competitions. Notwithstanding, the Club reserves the possibility of another process for any of the tournaments organized.

e) No player may play in a Low handicap tournament with a handicap higher than 4.
66. In order that communications can be conducted on schedule, sets the following notification systems: a) Personal service, for which, any participant (player or team) entered in a tournament must provide an email address where such notifications will be made. Any notification sent to this address shall be considered valid, even if it is returned. It will also be considered valid any notification to an alleged violator, if notified to its captain or any other member of its team. b) Notice by being published on board: on the bulletin board of the tournament, an excerpt of communications under the procedure will be published. Any stakeholder (complainant, alleged offender, members of teams or any of the above victims) who are aware of this publication may access the entire contents of the communications request at the Club at office hours. 67. The tests will be accepted or not by the Competition and behavior Committee , and freely valued by their best discernment. Assumed in any case as truthful statements and expressions of the judges or referees.

The tournaments will be medium and low handicap to 4, 5 or 6 chukkas depending on detail in each tournament. 71. Limits for individual handicaps in official tournaments of the Santa Maria Polo Club will be: a) High handicap - minimum handicap (0).
f) The sum of the handicaps of sponsored players who are part of one team may in no event exceed the maximum level set in the tournament handicap. 72. In tournaments held in SMPC no community player sponsored non-resident with less than 4 goals from handicap can play, Regardless of handicap the player has in his country of residence. To be considered official resident for the purposes of these rules, you would have to have the Spanish residence from at least one year before the start of the tournament. The concept of sponsored player can lead to problems of interpretation. The consideration or not as a sponsored player and the composition of the line up will be reviewed and authorized by the Competition Committee of the SMPC. The decision should be based on the individual case study and based on the definition of conflicting concepts of sponsored / professional / semi vs coach. The concept of resident is either based on the official residence or in the concept of residence of the game (where you play more Polo matches per year or where you have the lead organization). In the case of foreigners or non-residents in EU (including Spanish), who hold dual nationality may apply where you have the nationality of the residence, following the concept of resident expressed in the preceding paragraph. 73. If during the competition due to illness or accident were to allow a substitution, in no case may breach Standard 72. In addition, under no circumstances a player may be replaced by a player from another team that is participating in the same cup of that tournament, except as provided in the following paragraphs. a) If a player handicap of 8 goals or more is suspended for one or more games following the rule 49.13 of the Rules of Conduct of Members / Users, or has an accident during a match, then the injured player may be suspended or replaced until that match game is completed or pending suspension (not for other matches) by a player from the same handicap, but the circumstances of above paragraph (participant in the same Cup and Tournament) where until then he had not yet played for another team in the tournament, if it had or wanted, in case you hadn´t or didn´t want to, may be replaced by a player of 8, 9, 10 goals of handicap that although having played in the Cup or continues playing in the Cup.

In any case, any player injured may be replaced by another from another belonging to a different Cup tournament, no need to occur circumstances of the preceding paragraphs. 74. The application of handicap players for tournaments will be held according to the following standards. 74.0) For the purposes of handicap, in any case shall be the provisions of paragraph 5 of these rules. 74.1) It will not be taken into account any change in midseason handicap of another Federation. 74.2) Spanish and Spanish residents who have played in Spain in the last year playing with the Hcp. established by the Royal Spanish Polo Federation (hereinafter RFEP). 74.3) Community citizens and foreigners: the following criteria will be taken into account: A) Community citizens and foreigners who have played in Spain: a.1. Those who have played in the last year an official tournament will have their handicap reviewed by the committee of the RFEP hcp or by SMPC´s and play with that stated by the RFEP or that of their country of origin or residence whichever is greater. a.2. Those who have not played in an Official Tournament last year. They will play with the highest hcp of: a.2.1) Country of origin or residence. a.2.2) The handicap established by the federations of Argentina, USA, UK or Australia.
75. Implementing Rules a) The handicap will be applied to each player in the tournaments which will be in the completion deadline for the registration of the lineup. If in doubt of this date, not being fixed, the handicap obtained the day before the start of the tournament will be taken in account. b) For cases in which the Competition Committee finds that a player is entered in a tournament with a handicap that is clearly below the actual handicap, the Committee shall report to the RFEP’s Committee of Handicaps, proposing the appropriate handicap. This rule applies especially for those cases 76. 80. Any team who signs up for a tournament will have to appoint a captain. The captain is the person who enters the team, is responsible for paying the full amount of reservation, and will be responsible for full payment of team registration. Payment for the team registration will be done before the tournament starts or within the time specified by the Club for certain tournaments. Also, in compliance with the provisions of Article 5, points c and d of the Rules of the Game of FAP, the team captain is who may refer any matter to be promoted to the organizers of the tournament. 81. Once a team is registered for a tournament the name may only be changed up to 20 days before the start of the tournament. After such time, it cannot be changed. 82. The teams have to compulsorily attend tournaments with two sets of shirts of different colours to avoid a potential overlap in the two teams colors. The team with lower hcp will have to change their usual equipment and if they have the same hcp a coin shall be tossed. In all matches organized in SMPC, after 15 minutes the team that does not show up will have lost this match, and if neither is present, both will lose if it is an American-style tournament, or both are out two if it is by elimination. This rule shall apply if the delay occurs for reasons unrelated to the organization. The rule applies in tournaments held in SMPC regardless of the relevant regulations contained in the RFEP and FAP regulations.

83. Tournaments are by leagues unless specified (see point 10 of this section), and the first place will be for the team with most points from their league matches, and so on. This criterion will always take priority over those set out below in determining the order of the result of a league. The top two finishers in each league will go to semifinal. The winner of each league will play the second in the league opposite and vice versa, and likewise they will play the semifinals of the subsidiaries cups.

84. In case of a tie for any position of a League of each Cup, the following method will be taken into account to determine the sort order: a) If two teams tie on points, the tie shall be resolved by the method of who beat whom in that league. If still tied, shall be settled by the method of goal difference, and if it still continued to persist, settled by goals scored. b) If three teams tie on points, it is determined as follows: b0- The three teams tied points are recalculated counting only the matches between them, if this results in a tie between two of the three teams use the method who beat whom for the two tied teams. b1- By the method of goal difference (the sum of goals scored less goals conceded sum of each of the tied team, taking
into account only the matches played between them). If there is still a tie between two teams, the method of who beat whom should be used. b2- If there was still a three-way tie for any position in the league, it will be solved by the method of goals scored. (Sum of goals scored between the three tied teams ). If after applying this method there was a tie between two teams, it will be solved by the method of who beat whom). b3- If the tie between three teams went on by the method b1 and b2 it should first be solved by method b1 and later b2 by calculations including results of all teams in the league (that is, including results of matches played in the Cup in disputes against other teams). 85. If a league match is not played for some reason and the Competition Committee determined that it is impossible to play, the match score is calculated as the average number of goals scored by both teams in the league matches. 86. If a team withdraws from the league for any reason, all games left to play against that team shall be considered as won by the other teams, but no goals counted for the purpose of resolution of ties, and goals counted for such purposes in games played against the withdrawn team. 87. If the result of a league is known before the end of it, the remaining matches will have to be played by the rules for SMPC and the FAP tournaments. 88. Any irregular situation that disrupts the normal development of the game caused intentionally by any player, will be reviewed by the Competition Committee, which shall pronounce in judgment within 24 hours whether or not to such action is a fault, depending on the effect caused and his opinion in that regard. 89. No team may participate with a handicap higher than that established in the Tournament. In the event that the handicap is less, it will be considered to play with the minimum established. 90. In any event, the tournament Competition Committee reserves the right to interpret these rules in case of occurrence of differences of opinion in interpreting them. 91. In case of force majeure, the Club reserves the right to modify the schedule of tournaments. 92. If necessary, as a supplement to these General Rules, Specific Rules on the Conduct of certain tournaments will be published if the circumstances regarding the number of teams or any other so required, or judgment of the Competition Committee as necessary for any reason. 93. In all classes, the finalist team players or those who agree to receive awards, should do so with the equipment with which the team won the award and boots.

d) Specific Game Rules Without prejudice to the penalties provided in the Disciplinary System, the following specific game rules are established to apply to SMPC tournaments. Player Suspension - Its Effects 94. The suspension imposed on a player for one match, disables to participate in the next match played by the team in the tournament. 95. If the player completed his performance in this tournament, the penalty will be applied on the first date of the next tournament, in the same category in which the suspended took part. Determining the category of the tournament will be decided by the Committee of behavior.

96. In the event of Practice the same criteria will be applied. Technical, yellow cards and expulsions This section details the process to be followed by a referee for a field incident. In either case the referee is the criterion that determines, depending on the seriousness of the facts, if sanctioned by a yellow card or direct expulsion from the court for the remainder of the chukker or the whole match. Regardless of the technical-sport penalty developed in this section, the facts may be detailed here because of the Penalty System penalties set forth in these rules, for which the referees or judges will forward a complaint to the SMPC Behavior Committee. Judgment and interpretation by the referees of articles 6 and 11 of the rules of play of the FAP, which relate to the use of yellow cards and attitudes of protest on the court or other conduct detrimental to the game, will be the following: a) Technical For any protest, in any way, by word, gesture, etc., And even between player in the same team.

The publication of the Supply Fees does not tie the Club along all the year 2013, as the prices may be increased according to the modifications of the market prices. Once the horses are leaving the installations of SMPC, the account will be adjusted and SMPC will pay back the excess or will charge the shortfall in case the final invoice is higher than the funds paid in advance.

Sixth: The staff of The Club will control the days of use of the stables in a book which will be signed by the housekeepers accepting its content. The user will be entailed by his employees´ signatures.

Seventh: SANTA MARÍA POLO CLUB will just yield the use of its installations, and will not assume any responsibility upon the animals lodged in its stables neither upon its keepers, veterinarians, or any other person taking care of the animals supplied by the user. People chosen by the user will look after the horses and they will be the exclusively responsible of the damages those animals may suffer or may provoke to a third person according to what is established in the article 1,905 of the Civil Code. To such effects, the user will maintain up to date all relevant vaccines and any other health regulations imposed by the Public Administrations and will have to proof it if he is required by the Managers of The Club. Any horses which has not been vaccinated from rinoneumonitis, influenza, or tetanus in the last 6 months will not be admitted in the installations of Santa Maria Polo Club. The Club reserves the right to refuse the entrance in its installations to animals which look sick or painful and may have an endemic or contagious disease. To have a control of the vaccines the documents of the horses will have to be delivered to the office of The Club and they will keep a copy of them. Eighth: The user must fulfill all labor obligations with his employees who will not receive any kind of payments or rewards from SMPC. They will neither work for The Club nor do similar functions to the employees of The Club, as the professional activity of these ones is basically the organization and managing of sporting events and not the care and preparation of the horses. They will not have any professional or labor relationship with The Club and will not be subject to their organization and management.

Ninth: Any person employed by the user to look after his horses and accessories must sign, as they enter in the Club, the identification in the installations of the SMPC, where the warning included in the final phrase of the first paragraph of the sixth rule giving his conformity will be written down . Tenth: The user will be responsible for all the damages the installations yielded may suffer not caused by the normal use of them. The user must maintain them in a perfect completely cleaned during its use therefore, and especially before taking his horses away. At the same time he will deposit the waste in the places appointed. Eleventh: The rules of use and behaviour in The Club are exposed on the notice board placed at the entrance of the Club. The unfulfillment of the rules may entail the expulsion of The Club by the Managers. (Annex 2). Thirteenth: The Club is in any case responsible of horses, objects and materials the user have in its installations. Fourteenth: All the items not foreseen in these clauses will be regulated by the Civil Code but not by the Rental Law. Fifteenth: Any dispute arising in connection with the application or interpretation of these rules will be resolved by the Courts of San Roque, Cadiz. Annex V Veterinary service: Entrance control, permanance, and horse departure. The owners will be informed at the moment of the inscription of the wealthy requirements of Santa Maria Polo Club. a) All of the horses must be identified with their corresponding brief description as well as holding the documentation required by Animal Sanitary Services, of the Department of Agriculture, Cattle and Mounts. b) Horses from the European Community or abroad must be vaccinated against influenza, as well as those risky sicknesses in their countries. This will be communicated to the owners who apply for their inscription. The documentation will be applied, once the horses have arrived in the Santa Maria Polo Club, to register the necessary information and will be kept in the offices until the horses leave the installations. Horsekeepers will have to collaborate in maintaining hygienic and sanitary conditions as well looking after those horses that need treatments out of the normal hours. The training schedules should be designed to avoid the hottest hours of the day. The housekeepers of those horses that do not have a good physical appearance or are suffering in the field will be informed and the horses will be taken away if necessary. Horses may not play under the influence of drugs that may endanger the life of the animal or represent a risk to the players. The date of departure must be communicated to Santa Maria Polo Club in sufficient advance, if the departure is national as well as if it is international, in order to get the corresponding departure documentation from the Official Veterinary Services.
Requirements for the Entrance and posterior Movement of Horses To enter the horses it is essential to submit the Transportation Guides, Documentation (Passport, TSE, LIC, HPA, etc.) and Vaccination books valid against Influenza and Rinoneumonitis.
1. Fill in the Form for Admission and Identification “Players and Grooms” in the Polo Office. 2. Ask one week in advance before the departure the Transportation Guide issued by the Official Veterinarians of Junta de Andalucia in Algeciras. 3. Communicate 4 days in advance the departure from the Club. 4. Movements of horses to farms close to the Club must be communicated “in advance” in the Office of the Stables. If not the Stable Department will charge the owner for those boxes, even though they are not being used as they have not been communicated the departure of the horses.
Rules for a Correct Use of the Stables Order of Provisions 1. Ask for a book of “Order Forms” in the Offices of the Stables. 2. Fill in the order form and sign it. 3. Deposit the order form in the mailbox, between 15:00 pm to 17:00 pm. 4. The provisions will be delivered from 8:00 am on the following day on.
General Use Rules 1. No more than five draft horses can circulate in the installations of The Club. 2. Trotting and galloping are forbidden in the stable area. 3. An special care must be taken to avoid horses run away. It is very dangerous if the horses enter the highway. 4. Under no circumstances can horses be tight to places not allowed: trees, windows, etc. 5. No car can drive in stables situated in the top part. Traffic signals must be obeyed and in any case a vehicule can reach 20 km/hour. 6. Vehicles must be parked in parking areas where the correspondent signal has been installed. 7. Bonfires in the stable area are forbidden 8. You must dress properly during your stay in the installations of The Club (use a properly dress; walking in bathing suits or without a shirt or similar is forbidden). 9. Boxes must be left clean, “without bed”, when you leave The Club. If the boxes have not been cleaned on the departure of the horses, 10 Euros will be added to the invoice for every box that has been left unclean. 10. Do not throw clinical residue into the garbage. Such residue should be deposited in the special containers that can be found in the stables.. The Rules previously stated have been established for the comfort and the benefit of all the users and members, so please respect them. Signed.: The Managers of the Stable Department
