NDEPENDENT, SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING is

a hallmark of the Montessori approach to education, making it an ideal choice for parents who want their children to reach their full potential in all areas of life. Children in a Montessori classroom initiate their own learning based upon their interests, and their exploration is supported by teachers who provide optimal learning environments. Montessori Educational Centers is a network of seven Montessori schools located throughout the Omaha area, serving children from 6 weeks through 12 years old. Pamela Plambeck, Associate Director, grew up in

Omaha. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix and directed a private Primary and Elementary Montessori school in Denver before returning to Omaha in 2009. Pamela is the daughter of the organization’s CEO, Dr. LaVonne Kopecky Plambeck, who opened Omaha’s first Montessori Educational Center in 1968 and was awarded the O UNO Alumni Achievement Award distinguished in 2015. 12344 PACIFIC ST.
