New Student Staff Orientation September 12, 2012

The purpose of the Student Staff Orientation is to share with new student employees the history of the Oglesby Union and its contribution within the Division of Student Affairs. It is also meant to inform students about the various Union departments and their staff. The orientation is a great way to meet other new student employees, learn some advice from students who have been working in the Union for some time, and to learn what is expected from them in their work environment. The Fall 2012 Orientation was held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 in Union Room 311B and was scheduled from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The orientation started later than expected due to technical difficulties with the projector. Over 30 students were expected to attend the orientation, but only 14 attended. The speakers for this orientation were two students that have been working at the Union for over a year.
