MANUFACTURER VISITS

For complex projects, we are able to bring manufacturers engineers to customer's sites in order to help provide a customised and effective solution.

WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS

At OEM Automatic we are proud of our modern semiautomated warehouse with excellent warehouse management software.

We have eight Kardex vertical storage machines, each with a footprint of 12m² yet providing 200m² of shelf storage space. This gives us substantial dynamic storage for automation products of all shapes and sizes. The systems in place provide excellent efficiency and accuracy, enabling orders to be picked, checked and despatched in a timely manner to meet our customer demands.

Working closely with our freight partners, we constantly monitor our delivery accuracy to ensure we can offer next day deliveries in the UK as standard. Same day delivery services are also available upon request.

We work with our customers to understand their logistical requirements and give the best service we can. We offer weekly shipment consolidation which can improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary carriage costs.

We also have dedicated staff to handle claims and quality control to ensure quick resolution of your queries.

BESPOKE SOLUTIONS

Our professional technical workshop has a dedicated assembly area, machinery and personnel where high quality control is a priority. We are continually looking to develop and expand our offering and skills.

We work closely with the customer and the OEM Automatic sales and product teams in all product areas to ensure we offer added value solutions that are exactly right for the customer. All solutions are based around our own product offering.
