Dollar volume has practically doubled since this time last year that for 2012 included 16 homes, 16 condos and 2 docks. For 2013 to date, there have been 22 condos, 14 homes, 3 docks, 2 commercial buildings and 2 building lots plus 7 total sales at the Anglers Club.

These statistics are very encouraging, but we still have a great deal of inventory of listings in some of the different categories of properties, so it is not yet ready for prices to be raised, but it does appear to be eminent. The average sale was very much higher this year due to some high end waterfront properties. There still is some “low hanging fruit” especially in the condominium properties and those that do not take advantage will be among those saying, “if I had only bought back in 2013!” It is still not too late.
