Momentum Continues as Summer Plans Begin As we head into spring, we are pleased to tell you that after our best December on record, the real estate momentum is continuing at Ocean Reef Club. We’re experiencing an unprecedented surge in real estate activity, with $83.4 million in real estate transaction recorded between December 1, 2012 and February 20, 2013. Properties in every category are selling—from condominiums to waterfront homes—all very well priced and moving quickly. With our last Open House of the season scheduled during Easter Weekend, March 30 from 2 to 5 p.m., there has never been a better time to see all our offerings, and find your home at Ocean Reef Club. Reef Kids have a world of adventures from which to choose, with a dozen different camps for every age and every interest. Our most popular camp, Reef Discovery Camp, is returning for its ninth summer of fun, with snorkeling trips, dolphin encounters, parasailing,

beach campouts and bonfires for kids 8 to 14 years of age. Other returning favorites include golf, tennis, fly fishing, and sailing camps. New this summer is Marine Lab, an interactive ecology-based camp with hands-on investigation of local reefs, seagrass and mangroves. Another new addition is the Broadway Bound camp for kids interested in theater arts, culminating in a star showcase group performance. While your children are attending one of our camps, families can stay at The Inn or Vacation Rental. Special summer rates are available for campers and families.
