The OSA Way: Value, Uplift, and Honor Returning to campus after 16 months of remote learning presented many challenges. In response, our leadership team worked with stakeholders to articulate “The OSA Way.” This serves as a cornerstone for our school community and a daily reminder of our shared core values, which provide the foundation for the success of all of our students. The OSA Way is based on the guiding principles on which the school was founded. We foster a positive and supportive school culture that allows creativity to thrive and our students to prosper.
