INTRODUCTION A warm invitation is extended to PIKAU - WAIHEKE ISLAND, an unprecedented coastal offering. Six spectacular opportunities to be part of the Pikau legacy. A carefully crafted consideration of how best to honour both the coastal and forest taonga. A coastal treasure to captivate and share for generations. All are freehold titles with shared access to the boat ramp and 49 metre jetty and recreational picnic area. Most holdings range from 4ha to 7ha with the exception of one truly unique smaller waterfront title available of 3418 sq m. One of the properties offers in excess of 1000 sq m of accommodation. Five are waterfront and all have direct boat launching access and shared use of heliport. Complete privacy allows each holding to pursue architecture of choice, the inspiration provided by the whispering of tide and call of the Kaka. Elizabeth Scott, head of Auckland’s internationally acclaimed Pacifica development brings her extensive property development and management experience to PIKAU. Her connection and vision here is personal, her focus on a legacy best in class bespoke coastal development that remains discreet and currently off market. An unparalleled and finite Island vestige of tranquillity and calm - New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty are delighted to introduce you to it. Introduction by private appointment.

PENE MILNE LICENSED AGENT

Pene Milne joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty as a Sales Associate in 2015 following the acquisition of Milne & Co Real Estate to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty. Selling property since 2001 and with relationships that extend across Auckland City and beyond, she has a strong focus on high end property through the central suburbs of Herne Bay, St Marys Bay, Freemans Bay, Westmere and Grey Lynn, Remuera and Parnell, along with luxury apartments in the city. Having lived in Remuera and Newmarket areas since 2000, Pene understands the nuances of Auckland’s tightly held suburbs, and how each requires a personalised individual approach. A talent for matching buyers, Pene understands the local markets intimately and can often bring a value added result from her extensive networks. Well known and regarded in the market place, Pene was appointed in 2015 as one of the judges for the New Zealand National Auctioneering Championships, a reflection of her credibility and expertise in Auctions, and across an industry that is typically highly competitive. With every home a privilege to sell and work for each owner, it is this approach that is critical to her success, treating every detail with care. Waterfront homes and suburbs are of special interest, and she brings a wealth of effectiveness to achieving those results.

22

There is significant depth of knowledge and experience from being a Licensed Agent, having been a business owner with offices based in Herne Bay since 2008. Having sold her business to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, the merging of her brand enabled a powerful combination of a bespoke local agent with the global reach that is unsurpassed in New Zealand. Outside of business, Pene is currently the Chairperson of Leukaemia Blood Cancer New Zealand, having been a director on the board since 2011.
