Consigo mudar as informações que chegam até mim. Sou um ser amoroso e pelo amor e gratidão me transformo novamente em um ser puro, alcalino e estruturado, como quando saio do seio da Mãe Terra pelas nascentes. Sou o próprio fluxo da Pachamama. No teu pequeno corpo de ser humano, nas tuas sensações corporais, você pode perceber o ciclo da Água na Terra. I can change the information that comes to me. I am a loving being and through love and gratitude I transform myself again into a pure, alkaline and structured being. Such as when I leave the bosom of Mother Earth through springs of water. I am the very flow of Pachamama. In your tiny body of a human being, through your bodily sensations, you can perceive the cycle of Water on Earth.
Sinta-se parte desse Planeta. Sinta a temperatura, sinta o que te une, o que te faz ser a própria Terra se manifestando. O frio dela é o teu frio, é o teu calor também, é a tua umidade. Sinta a chuva que cai, como no banho que você toma. Sinta a Água entrando no solo, assim como a Água entra no teu corpo quando você a bebe. É essa mesma Água que flui pela terra através da vegetação que protege o solo. Sinta a evaporação da água. Ela é a transpiração em tua própria pele. As tuas veias e artérias são os Rios que correm na superfície da Terra. Você é uma grande bacia hidrográfica. Feel the rain falling, as in the shower you take. Feel the Water entering the soil, just as Water enters your body as you drink it. It is the same Water that flows on Earth through the plants that protect the soil. Feel the water evaporate. It is the processsweatingonyour skin. Your veins and arteries are the Rivers that run on the surface of Earth. You are a large river basin.
Do mesmo modo que evaporo pelo calor e me transformo em nuvens, teu suor volta a ser chuva um dia. Choro contigo em momentos de dor, deixo transbordar para limpar, feito as enchentes e as inundações.
Just as I evaporate due to heat and then transform into clouds, your sweat will become rain again too.
I cry with you in moments of pain, I let it overflow to purify, such as floods do.
In my cycle, as in your body, there is a tempo, a rhythm. I sprout out of springs, I travel through rivers and seas. I evaporate. I transform myself into lightness, into clouds. As a young being, I fall again as rain and when I infiltrate into Mother Earth, I remain there for a long time. I absorb the messages of rocks and the Earth’s internal flows. And then I am reborn as an integral, structured, mature being, packed with what is necessary to perfectly nourish your cells.
No meu ciclo, assim como no teu corpo, existe um tempo, um ritmo. Broto das nascentes, percorro rios e mares. Evaporo, me transformo em leveza, em nuvens. Como um ser jovem, caio novamente pela chuva e ao infiltrar na Mãe Terra permaneço por um longo tempo. Absorvo as mensagens das rochas, dos fluxos internos da terra e renasço como um ser íntegro, estruturado, maduro e com aquilo que é necessário para nutrir perfeitamente tuas células.

FAÇA DESODORANTE PARA DAR DE PRESENTE OU ENSINE SEUS PAIS A FAZER: Todos gostamos de andar cheirosos, mas quem usa desodorantes convencionais talvez não saiba que esses desodorantes fecham os poros das axilas e as toxinas voltam para a corrente sanguínea, muitas vezes, essas toxinas se acumulam nos seios e este é um dos fatores responsáveis pelo câncer de mama.
DESODORANTE CREME 10g de bicarbonato de sódio 40g óleo de coco da praia, ou de Palmiste ou de Babaçu40gde fécula de Mandioca (polvilho doce) 2 ml ou 40 gotas de óleo essencial de Lavanda 1ml ou 20 gotas de óleo essencial de Tea Tree (Melaleuca)Sevocê não tem balança, faça da forma mais simples ainda: Coloque 1 parte de bicarbonato de sódio para 4 partes de fécula de mandioca (polvilho doce) e vá acrescentando óleo de coco e mexendo até ter a consistência desejada. Depois misture algumas gotas de óleos essenciais que são antissépticos e bactericidas como Lavanda, Melaleuca (Tea Tree), Sálvia, Gerânio, Cipreste etc., que, além de dar um cheiro bom vão criar um ambiente alcalino repelindo as bactérias responsáveis pelo cheiro ruim das axilas.
PURIFIQUE, ESTRUTURE E ALCALINIZE SUA ÁGUA A purificação da água por filtro de barro é a forma mais antiga e mais eficiente que existe. O filtro de barro com a vela tripla ação, foi eleito como o mais eficiente do mundo pela publicação The Drinking Water Book. Além de barrar vários elementos químico, a água ainda sai fresquinha, alcalina e estruturada (com PH acima de 7 a Água se torna curadora, pois ajuda a alcalinizar nosso da Água e como cuidar mais dela: Para alcalinizar ainda mais a Água podemos colocar calcário dolomítico na base do filtro (100g para cada litro de água). Escreva palavras amorosas no seu filtro e transforme o lugar onde fica sua Água num lugar sagrado, coloque cristais, flores e outros objetos que embelezem o local e lembrem do quanto a Água é importante na nossa vida.
Clay filters are the most ancient and efficient form available to purify water. The clay filter with a triple-action candle has been voted to be the most efficient in the world by The Drinking Water Book publication. Not only does it block various chemical elements but also makes water come out fresh, alkaline and structured (when the pH is above 7 water acquires healing effects because it helps to alkalize our blood).
To make water even more alkaline we can place dolomitic limestone at the base of the filter (100g for each liter of water).
Write loving words on your filter and make the place where your Water is a sacred place: put crystals, flowers and other objects that embellish the place and that remind us of how important Water is in our lives.

A Educação Ecológica, Permacultura, a produção de cosméticos e outros produtos naturais são as formas de manifestar essa conexão.
Se dedica a sensibilizar as pessoas da conexão profunda entre as plantas e as nossas águas.
Na Comunidade Inkiri criou a marca Plante!, de produtos de higiene pessoal e limpeza biodegradáveis, e onde é guardiã do Templo das Águas, núcleo de cuidado das águas e de soluções em pequena escala.
É uma apaixonada pela vida, pela Natureza e, através da simplicidade, procura inspirar as pessoas para a comunhão com a Terra e a conexão com sua natureza interna e externa. “Água é fluxo, é movimento, é informação e memória, é vida, é amor, através da consciência de que somos água podemos trilha o caminho do autoconhecimento e da cura do planeta”. She lived in Permaculture Institutes (IPEP - Pampa Permaculture Institute and IPEC - Cerrado Permaculture Institute) for seven years and practiced with great names in the Permaculture field. At the Inkiri Community she founded a brand of biodegradable personal hygiene and household cleaning products called “Plante!”. There she is the guardian of the Temple of Waters - a center focused on water care and small-scale solutions. She is passionate about life, nature and, through simplicity, she seeks to inspire people to commune with Earth and to connect with their inner and outer nature. “Water is flow, it is movement, it is information and memory, it is life, it is love. By becoming aware that we are water we can walk the path of self-knowledge and of the healing of the planet.”

Nascida em Buenos Aires, Argentina, veio para o Brasil em 2011. Morou por cinco anos na Ecovila Piracanga - Bahia. Onde idealizou o Espaço Ateliê Terapêutico de Inkiri. Participou da idealização e criação do “Oráculo da Iluminação” e do “Livro dos Sonhos”. Lá, também atuou como ilustradora dos contos ‘’Sou mãe de um Anjo’’ e ‘’As vacas também choram’’ idealizações de AtualmentePiracanga.moraem são Paulo, e trabalha com artes, comunicação, e na área da educação, desenvolvendo ateliês com foco terapêutico. O convite para ilustrar o livro ‘’Somos Água’’ foi um grande presente, pelo fato de compartilhar de uma visão sobre a urgência em se trazer a consciência sobre o uso e a forma de se relacionar com o elemento Água, essencial para a vida humana.
The invitation to illustrate the book ‘’ We Are Water ‘’ was a great gift, since there is a shared vision on the urgency of bringing awareness about the use and the relationship with the water element, which is essential for human life.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she came to Brazil in 2011. She lived for 5 years at Piracanga Ecovillage in Bahia, Brazil. There she envisioned the Inkiri Therapeutic Atelier Space. She participated in the conception and creation of the “Oracle of Enlightenment” and the “Book of Dreams”. There she also worked as an illustrator of the tales “I am an Angel’s Mother” and “Cows also cry” which were both idealized in Piracanga. Currently she lives in São Paulo and works with arts, communication and education by developing ateliers with a therapeutic focus.

Através da produção de produtos de higiene pessoal e de limpeza biodegradáveis, jardinagem criativa, atividades de promoção da saúde e vivências de sensibilização sobre nossas Águas internas e externas. Um dos diferenciais desse espaço é o teto azul – todo telhado é coberto de Água, são 8 níveis de Água, onde as plantas tratam a Água usada no feitio dos produtos, além do tratamento ainda climatizamos o ambiente, diminuindo a temperatura dos ambientes do Templo e atraímos e criamos mais vida no nosso telhado, temos passarinhos bebendo água e tomando banho, libélulas se reproduzindo, rãs e pererecas aumentando a biodiversidade e seres humanos que vão lá para se inspirar, meditar e se encantar. Vivi 7 anos em Institutos de Permacultura, onde escolhi buscar atitudes regenerativas (que gerem cada vez mais vida e harmonia), em todas as dimensões da minha vida, estando ciente dos ciclos, cada objeto que chega até mim foi produzido de uma forma, com determinadas matérias primas, dentro de um processo, assim também os serem vivos tem uma história, sempre me perguntei sobre como ser bem-vinda a esse planeta para que minhas ações em seus mínimos detalhes gerem impactos regenerativos. Há cerca de 8 anos, percebi que esse mundo com sentido e em harmonia com a Natureza e as pessoas é possível sim. Vivo numa comunidade intencional, chamada Inkiri Piracanga www.inkiri. com, aqui nossas práticas ecológicas, sociais, ambientais e espirituais andam juntas e constituem um laboratório humano que expande suas práticas através de cursos e vivências e pelo Instituto Inkiriresponsável pelas ações socioambientais.
Get inspired to change the world! With Plante! and Inkiri Piracanga
Do you know why I believe so much that we can change and regenerate this world? In the course of my journey I chose to adopt regenerative attitudes in all dimensions of my life. I became aware of the cycles and of the fact that each object that had come to me was produced in a specific way, with certain materials, within a process. Likewise, living beings also have a history. I have always wondered how I could be a welcomed being on this planet so that my actions, on their smallest details, could have regenerative impacts - actions that could generate even more life and harmony. In this journey I found out that living in community enhances the world’s actions and energy of transformation and regeneration. I realized that a world with meaning and in harmony with nature and people is indeed possible. Eight years ago I started to live in an intentional community called Inkiri Piracanga (www.inkiri.com). Here our ecological, social, educational, artistic, environmental and spiritual practices go together. It constitutes a human laboratory that expands its knowledge through courses and experiences and also through the Inkiri Institute, which is responsible for social and environmental actions.
One special remark about this place is its blue ceiling - the entire roof is covered with water. It is made of 8 levels where plants treat the water used to produce the products. In addition to providing treatment, it also acclimatizes the room by lowering the temperature of the Temple. And it attracts and creates more life on our roof! We have birds drinking water and bathing, dragonflies reproducing, frogs and toads enhancing biodiversity and humans who go there to get inspired, to meditate and to be enchanted. It is where I founded Plante! Inkiri, a project dedicated to creating simple green solutions for home and garden. We seek to inspire people so they can leave empowered and able to enhance their practices, having impeccable attention to detail. We physically act at the Temple of Waters - a bioconstructed space for experimentation and empowerment of these actions. We are here to take care of water and show it to the world. It is an awareness space to care for the external and internal waters, for nature and for self-care habits. We do so with the production of hygiene and cleaning biodegradable products, with creative gardening, also with activities that promote health and by offering experiences that generate awareness about our own Waters.
Esse livro foi impresso pela JDR Gráfica na Primavera de 2019. Foram utilizadas as fontes Georgia e Gabriola. Ele foi resultado do financiamento coletivo realizado na plataforma Benfeitoria. Foram realizadas cerca de 430 contribuições e encaminhados 500 exemplares para instituições educacionais e dedicadas a regeneração planetária.
