LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR Hello all Key Club Members. I
am ecstatic to present myself
before you and introduce myself as the 2022 Service Year Division 10 Lt. Governor. My name is Guseyn
Zarbaliyev and I am currently a Junior attending Staten Island Technical Highschool. I am
overwhelmed by the opportunity
presented before me. My past year in Key Club has been an amazing experience, and I hope to make
everyone else experience just as amazing. Cheers to a new year, and hopefully we can all help make a difference in our communities
