SERVICE SPOTLIGHT
LETTERS FOR LUNCH AIDES Throughout this month, my club participated in an event
called Letters for Lunch Aides. Basically, our club and I wrote letters to our school's lunch aides to thank them for their
dedication and hard work every day. Our lunch aides put in
many hours each day in order to feed thousands of children for breakfast and lunch. Many of our members wrote these letters over the break and then handed them in during our last meeting! It was great to see all these beautiful letters,
and it warmed my heart to see our lunch aides read these
letters. It really brings into thought how such small actions as taking a few minutes to write a letter can really make a big difference in another person's life.
