INTRODUCTION
It is a pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 edition of the Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust Annual Report. Once again you will recognise a similar format to recent years, although, I hope you will appreciate some the adjustments we have made. You will find the front sections continue to provide for an easy reference. This includes acknowledgement of all our many sponsors and supporters, with a record of personalities and lists of those achieving special awards over the years. Also included are reports of our recent activities and those of our Regional and Study Groups. However, this year we have changed the contents in the second part of the Annual Report significantly. Rather than including the executive summaries of recent scholars we have replaced these with articles from a broad range of Scholars recounting their own, often very personal stories of their Nuffield journeys during and since their scholarships. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did. Indeed, it is very much hoped that you will enjoy the whole 2021 Annual Report and that it will provide a useful reference and record. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any ideas for developing it further.
