2kg pumpkins, peeled and chunked 2 cups of sugar Indian Clove Cinnamon sticks 100 grams of shredded coconut 1 carton of condensed milk

Put the pumpkin in pieces in a saucepan, add sugar and put on the heat. Let it boil and stir it up occasionally until creamy. Add coconut and condensed milk while still on the heat. When it's almost dry, turn off the heat. Serve it as a dessert.

Notable Brazilian Awards 2022/2023 September, the XIII, also known as “Notables-USA”, took place on September 2nd in Manhattan (NY). The event, which celebrates and recognizes Brazilians who have gained prominence in the United States. The event brought great expectations, new award winners and even had a repeat of notable individuals who contribute significantly to the Brazilian community and society in general abroad. Among the winners, Carlos Gutto Siqueira, Director and Audiovisual Producer, who promoted the first political campaign for a Brazilian president in Florida, in addition to other initiatives in the cinematographic and audiovisual sector with the first program in Portuguese in California, Brazil TV, his contribution to the Brazilian community in the United States was recognized as a highlight in the Notable Brazilian Event of the Year award. Gutto Siqueira, director, producer and journalist, who debuted his first Notáveis-US

da award, where he hightlited his work carried out and publicized his current project that is being developed in São Francisco de Itabapoana, after acquiring experience in the United States.Gutto is currently developing the creation of online channels in the North/Northwest of Fluminense, with a studio equipped for virtual and digital audio-visual productions in São Francisco de Itabapoana-RJ, where the São Francisco TV project will be implemented, which will also be a space to teach production techniques to young people. The night was marked by moving speeches and tributes to personalities who contribute to the Brazilian community in the United States. The Notable Brazilian Awards is an initiative that aims to recognize and value the contribution of Brazilians living in the United States and who stand out in their areas of activity. Early 90s was invited to sing in a group called Banda do Laço (the group was dismissed), presenting country music shows in Brazil. Pedro was lead singer for 5 years. Later he decided to create his own band called Elo Dourado Country, doing tours all over Brazilian states. Today Pedro Leeward is committed to distinguish his word as a singer, songwriter and musician putting his 30 years roadrunning experience with musical influences as country, blues and rock.

Gastronomy The hotel's gastronomy is a highlight, being the only hotel in Brazil with two Michelinstarred restaurants. It also offers haute cuisine with an Asian influence, having been the first hotel to have a pan-Asian restaurant in Rio.
100 years of Copacabana Palace To celebrate the centenary of the most famous hotel in Brazil and one of the most famous in the world, a celebration party was held in honor of the past full of celebrities, with the renovation of the hall of fame, which now becomes a permanent exhibition space in the hotel.
A special program of lectures, presentations and shows was held during the second half of 2023. A facade lighting project was carried out to celebrate the centenary. Model, actor, and influencer Brandon Cohen, also known as Brandinho, is only 21 years old and has already worked in a big production such as Warner Bros Bad Monkey (TV series). Brandon also played himself on “I Want Nothing for Christmas“ by Nubia Rose, a music video available on YouTube. Recently, Brandon started working as an influencer for a company called RevAir. Brandon was born in the USA, the son of Dr. Jeffrey Cohen and Brazilian/American Singer-Songwriter and publisher of this magazine Nubia Rose. He speaks English and Portuguese, his mom's native language. Brandon studies Business Administration at FAU. He graduates in 2024 and plans to work full-time as a model and influencer after graduation. Brandinho is a very talented young man, and we wish him all the best! CONNECTING WITH BRANDINHO How did you experience your first acting job with Warner Bros Bad Monkey? My first acting job was wonderful! It was crazy seeing what goes into preparing and filming a Warner Bros production. This was all new territory for me, but I got comfortable as we went along. I met some great people, and that took away all the nerves. The whole crew was very organized and didn't waste a single second. Watching the actors work in person was fascinating. You can see how much time and effort they put into the project. It was a great experience, and I won't ever forget it. What is your modeling dream job? My modeling dream job is modeling for big sporting brands like Nike, Adidas, and Puma. I would love to model different clothing and products. I especially would love to model new team Jerseys. What do you like to do on your time off? In my time off, I like to go to the gym, play Xbox, and spend time with family.

When I was little, I began modeling, but I was not a fan of staying still to take many pictures. I was super active as a kid, so my parents registered me to play recreational soccer instead. Soccer and other sports had my interest for the rest of my childhood. However, now I enjoy modeling and trying different looks. It is super fun doing different poses and seeing what looks great. I'm excited to see how far I can go with modeling. What does Brandinho mean? Brandinho is a loving and appreciative way of saying Brandon. My mom called me "Brandinho" ever since I can remember. It was one of the many ways my mom displayed her love for me. Then, it translated to my friends/family calling me this on and off the soccer field. How is it working as an influencer for a big company such as ReVair? Working with ReVair is so great! They are super friendly, and their product is super easy to use. The results from the reverse air dryer were amazing. It truly is a game-changer for my hair, and I will definitely continue using it.

Quando eu era pequeno comecei a modelar, mas não gostava de ficar parado para tirar muitas fotos. Eu era super ativo quando criança, então meus pais me inscreveram para jogar futebol recreativo. Futebol e outros esportes foram meu interesse pelo resto da minha infância. Porém, agora gosto de modelar e experimentar looks diferentes. The Miss Brazil USA event was created in the late 1990s by Brazilian journalist and producer Carlos Borges. The first national final of the contest, in 1992, was held at Brazil Carnival Place, in Orlando, Florida, bringing together 27 candidates from 7 North American states. Illustrious presences such as supermodel Luza Brunet, sports journalist Luciano do Vale and writer and social columnist Danuza Leão as participants. It was the beginning of a trajectory destined to mark the segment of Brazilian events held in the United States. Jennifer Kiernan, 21 years old (2022), from Goiânia (GO), Brazil. Nursing student, resident in the United States of America, is the current winner of the 30th consecutive year edition of Miss Brazil USA held in 2022 and elected the most beautiful Brazilian woman in North America. The beginning of a Dream
Since she was a little girl, Jennifer has admired the world of Pageant and had her dream of becoming an international model. Always very passionate about fashion, the girl was dazzled when watching competitions on television. Anxiously following each stage and watching the competitors, the desire to be a Miss only increased in the heart of the young girl Jennifer. Until the moment she embraced her desire and continued to fulfill her dream of becoming a Miss. With her mother's support, she followed each step until she became Miss Brazil USA. “To be in the world of Miss Pageant was always my dream.” When I was 15 years old I participated in the Miss Brasil USA for the first time, I continued for the last 6 years: believing, fighting, taking risks, achieving. From a girl to a woman, supported by my mother, when I thought about giving up, she was always encouraging me to continue. The first title was conquered in 2019 at Miss Elegance Brasil USA. 32
After the coronation, Jennifer took a break from pageants when she returned in 2022 on the catwalk in search of the Miss Brazil USA title determined to experience every moment, rehearsal, and every conversation with the competitors and every entry on the catwalk. Desde pequena Jennifer admira o mundo das misses e teve o sonho de ser modelo internacional. Sempre muito apaixonada por moda, a menina se deslumbrava ao assistir os concursos na televisão. Acompanhando ansiosa cada etapa e assistindo as competidoras, o desejo de ser uma miss só aumentava no coração da então menina Jennifer.
Da menina a mulher, apoiada pela mamãe, quando pensava em desistir, ela sempre estava incentivando a continuar. O primeiro título foi conquistado em 2019 no Miss Elegance Brasil USA. Após a coroação, Jennifer deu uma pausa nos concursos, quando retornou em 2022 na passarela em busca do título Miss Brasil USA determinada a vivenciar cada momento, ensaio, cada conversa com as competidoras e cada entrada na passarela. Ingredients 1 Turkey 1 kg of washed unpeeled potatoes 12 unpeeled garlic cloves 4 spoons of olive oil
½ tablespoon of coarse salt 2 spoons of dried rosemary Green scent to taste Salt Flower to taste Smoked paprika to taste Frying oil
Aluminum paper 4 tablespoons of butter 1 spoon of chopped parsley 1 spoon of chopped chives 1 spoon of chopped thyme 1 spoon of chopped basil
Method of Preparation 1 Thaw the Turkey in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before preparing. 2. Mix the butter or margarine with the chopped herbs to make a homogeneous paste. 3. Spread the margarine mixture on the turkey, place it between the meat and the skin, and grease the inside as well. Follow package instructions for roasting the turkey.

1. Cut the potatoes into thicker, unpeeled “canoes”, our goal here is a rustic potato, it is not necessary for all the pieces to be the same, just of similar sizes to plate; 2. In a bowl, drizzle the potatoes with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and dehydrated rosemary. Transfer to a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until soft. Reserve.
1. Open a sheet of aluminum foil and add the garlic cloves in the center, add a spoonful of olive oil and coarse salt, close the foil forming a “bundle”, place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serve the turkey with the liquid left in the roasting pan, add the finished potatoes around the bird, and the unpeeled garlic cloves on top. 3. Sprinkle the potatoes and garlic with the smoked paprika and fleur de sel. 4. Serve immediately.

Modo de Preparo Para o alho: .Descongele o Peru na geladeira por pelo menos 24 Abra uma folha de papel alumínio e adicione os dentes de alho no centro, coloque uma colher de azeite e o sal horas antes do preparo. .Misture a margarina ou manteiga com as ervas grosso, feche o papel alumínio formando uma “trouxinha”, leve ao forno pré-aquecido 180 graus por picadas, faça uma pasta homogênea. 25 minutos. .Passe a mistura de margarina ou manteiga no Peru, coloque entre a carne e a pele, além de besuntar a parte interna também. Siga as instruções da Finalização e montagem: 1.
