Our ambition To create an environment which supports and enables staff at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust to become the most active workforce in the NHS. Supporting the mental health of our workforce through provision of opportunities to carry out physical activity at work Enable staff to quantify their physical activity and encourage healthy competition between staff groups, services and organisations. Normalise walking 1:1s as a healthy way to keep in touch with colleagues and team members.
