This ensures the organisation, and the patients we serve, benefit from the scheme alongside our workforce.
Our ambition This project focuses on rewarding our workforce with one day of annual leave, which they can take around the time of their birthday. The reward and recognition of our workforce is fundamental in maintaining a happy and satisfied workforce, and is shown to improve performance and organisational attachment in other sectors.
