The Trinity Holistic Centre offers a wide range of holistic therapies and staff can access treatments for a 10% discount when presenting their ID card.

The professionally trained counsellors are experienced in a variety of issues which may be causing you concern, be it at work or at home

Andy’s Man Club are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the UK.

The groups provide a place for men to come together in a safe and open environment to talk about the issues or problems that they have faced or are currently facing.

The clubs meet every Monday at 7pm (excluding Bank Holiday Monday).

There are 100 locations across the UK and the five nearest places are listed below:

A team of specialist physiotherapists and manual handling advisors

Keep staff fit and healthy at work and support returns to work following sickness absence.

Teach and advise safer moving and handling techniques which are predominately taught in our training room

Available for ward and department visits to deliver training and offer advice on safer handling
