INTHE NEWS
GIVING BACK ALL YEAR ROUND
NorthShore was recently highlighted in a video by the Times of Northwest Indiana for their 12 Days of Christmas series
Our staff discussed the many ways we assist patients in need, one of those being the Jean Fund. For over 20 years, NorthShore employees have donated to the fund to assist patients with medical costs outside of what NorthShore or their insurance can cover. With a donation of $5 per paycheck, employees are able to wear jeans on Tuesdays for their contributions
We also highlighted services such as our sliding fee scale and discounted self-pay options based on income for patients with no insurance or high insurance deductibles
Those are just some of the many ways NorthShore gives back to our communities and supports patients beyond their healthcare needs. To learn more about our services and the impact NorthShore has, check out the video here
