Inwoners ruk op oor kragaankope
Kredietmaatreëls opgeskort
Die gort was verlede week gaar in die Langeberg-munisipaliteit met ontstelde verbruikers wat die afgelope week in lang rye by munisipale kantore gestaan het.
Inwoners was verslae nadat hulle krag gekoop het, maar minimale eenhede ontvang het, nadat nuwe kredietbeheermaatreëls ingestel is. Kragaankope word beperk of konvensionele elektrisiteit word afgesny indien die verbruiker agterstallig is.
Inwoners sê dié stap was onverwags. Van hulle se rekeninge is foutief en wys glo dat hulle derduisende rande agterstallig is. Van die inwoners blameer die nuwe munisipale rekeningstelsel, wat aan CCG Systems toegeken is.
Die munisipaliteit het die afgelope Donderdag (25 September) in ’n kennisgewing op sy Facebook-blad aangekondig dat die implementering van die kredietbeheermaatreëls op agterstallige rekeninge tydelik
gestaak word, omdat ’n groot aantal inwoners betalingsreëlings wou tref. Standard Breërivier Gazette het vroeër berig ’n groep sakelui en inwoners het op 7 Augustus ’n petisie aan die munisipaliteit oorhandig. Hulle was bekommerd oor foutiewe rekeninge wat groot kragverbruikers duur te staan kom en die munisipaliteit se inkomste kan beïnvloed. Hulle het ook vrae oor die finansiële bestuur gehad. Die groep het vandeesweek ’n brief aan Standard Breederivier Gazette gestuur.
“Ten spyte van inwoners se duidelike eise vir ’n volledige raadsvoorlegging oor die CCG-stelsel, ’n onafhanklike ondersoek na die goedkeuring en implementering daarvan en ’n dringende herstel van gesonde begrotings- en finansiële beheer, het die munisipaliteit verkies om die petisie deur onbehoorlike prosedurele vereistes te probeer stilmaak,” het die brief gelui. Inwoners beweer die jongste ongeouditeerde finansiële state dui aan dat die petisie geldig was.
Verspreidingsverliese het volgens hulle gestyg van 5,76% in 2024 tot 16,89% in 2025, wat meer as 51 miljoen kWh teen ’n koste van R143 miljoen verteenwoordig. Dit is byna vier keer die vorige jaar se R39 miljoen. Slegteskuld-afskrywings het glo meer as verdubbel – van R13,8 miljoen (2024) tot R28,1 miljoen (2025).
Hulle skryf waardedalings (impairments) op debiteure het van R15,6 miljoen in 2024 tot R65,9 miljoen in 2025 toegeneem. Die groep vra dat die petisie op ’n raadsvergadering ter tafel gelê word. Die munisipaliteit het reageer dat die verhaling van agterstallige rekeninge gestaak is – ook die beperkings op die aankoop van voorafbetaalde krag.
Rekeninghouers wat minder elektrisiteit ontvang het hoewel hul rekeninge nie agterstallig was nie, sal vergoed word. Hulle kan die hoofklerk by die betaalpunte by 023 626 8265 of LSibara@langeberg.gov.za kontak.

Deurnag in die ry

Ure lank, regdeur die nag, staan mense in ’n lang ry in die hoop om by die Phelophepa-gesondheidstrein in Worcester gehelp te word. Die meeste van dié mense is bejaard of nie gesond nie. Dié lang rye wys hoe groot die behoefte aan basiese gesondheidsdienste is.
Die trein is ’n mobiele kliniek wat deur die land reis om gesondheidsdienste te
lewer. Dit is ’n projek van Roche en Transnet, wat sedert 1994 hulp aan miljoene Suid-Afrikaners verskaf het. Die trein was van Maandag 15 September tot hierdie Donderdag, 2 Oktober, in Worcester. Die aanvraag na die dienste hier was aansienlik groter as wat verwag is en het uitdagings meegebring. Meer as 300 mense het vroeg Maandagoggend (29 September) daar gesit en wag.
Hulle sê hulle het reeds Sondag om 12:00 in die ry kom sit. Hulle het deur die nag met komberse om hulle op die grond, op kamp-
stoele of op matrasse, wat van die huis af gebring is, by die Worcester-stasie geslaap om nie hul plek in die ry te verloor nie.
“Teen vanmiddag tweeuur, wanneer ons hoop om gehelp te word, sou ons al langer as 26 uur in hierdie ry wees,” het een van die vroue gesê. Die groep het gekla dat daar geen ligte deur die nag was nie en hulle onveilig gevoel het omdat oproerige haweloses naby bly.
Toegang tot toiletgeriewe was glo beperk en hulle moes hul draaie in die bos gaan loop. Daar is ook nie ’n plek naby waar iets gekoop kan word om te eet of te drink nie – en ook nie vullisdromme nie.
Die toustaners, wat meestal in die ry was om hul oë te laat toets, het gesê hulle wag jare lank al tevergeefs om dié dienste by die staatshospitaal te ontvang. “ ’n Bril kos duisende rande. Ons kry pensioen van slegs R2 000 per maand. Hoe op aarde moet ons ’n bril bekostig? Ons hoop ons kan hier gehelp word,” het Patricia Goeieman gesê.
Haar man, Moos, het al ’n beroerte gehad. Albei van hulle het deurnag in die ry gesit.
Lauren Uys-Rittzé van die kantoor van die onderburgemeester, Juben von Willingh, het gesê die trein het weens herske-
dulering vroeër opgedaag as wat beplan is. “Dit het uitdagings meegebring wat ons probeer hanteer het soos dit opgeduik het,” het sy gesê. “Meer mense het opgedaag as wat ons verwag het. Ons het glad nie gedink dat mense oor naweke reeds sal opdaag en deur die nag voor die trein slaap nie. Ons gee in samewerking met ’n groep organisasies elke dag vir diegene in die ry iets om te eet en te drink.
“Ons moes ook toegangsbeheer by die badkamer toepas, omdat die toeloop van mense veroorsaak het dat moeilik was om skoon te hou,” het sy verduidelik.
Die Phelophepa-trein het ook sy eie stel huisreëls waaraan voldoen moet word wanneer dit in ’n dorp stilhou.
“Wanneer die trein weer hier aandoen, weet ons wat om te verwag en kan ons beter daarvoor voorberei,” het Uys-Rittzé gesê.
Die trein hanteer ongeveer 140 pasiënte per dag by die oogkliniek, 110 by tandheelkunde, 80 by die algehele gesondheidkliniek, tussen 40 en 50 mense by kankersifting en ’n wisselende hoeveelheid mense wat sielkundige hulp nodig het.
Dit beteken tussen 400 en 500 mense per dag kry mediese hulp vir ’n tydperk van drie weke.
Toustaners het deur die nag voor die trein geslaap om nie hul plek in die ry te verloor nie.
Mense het al van Sondag af tougestaan in die hoop om gehelp te word by die Phelophepa-gesondheidstrein.
Kommer oor nuwe erwe

Inwoners in Somersetpark in Worcester het hul kommer oor ’n beoogde residensiële ontwikkeling in hul woonbuurt uitgespreek.
Volgens kennisgewings wat aan inwoners uitgereik is, word 30 erwe vir bekostigbare behuising oorkant Maitlandstraat uitgesit. Dit is in die oop deel tussen die woonbuurt en die N1-snelweg.
Die erwe is sowat 400 m ² groot en inwoners sê dat die gemiddelde erwe in die woonbuurt aansienlik groter is. Hulle is bekommerd dat dit ’n effek op hul eiendomswaardes kan hê.
Die omgewingsimpakstudies is reeds gedoen en daar is vergaderings met inwoners oor die ontwikkeling gehou. Al die inwoners het blykbaar nie kennisgewings ontvang nie.

“Moes die munisipaliteit nie magtiging gehad het om van hierdie plantegroei te verwyder nie?” wou hy weet.

Diewe steel weer motorfietse uit erwe

In van die gevalle word die motorhuisdeure selfs oopgedwing om by die motorfiets uit te kom. Inwoners word aangemoedig om nie die geblaf van hul honde te ignoreer nie en om enige verdagtes in hul woonbuurte aan te meld.

Klasmaats kuier 50 jaar later weer
Vyftig jaar nadat hulle die skoolbanke verlaat het, het ’n groep oudleerders van Worcester Gimnasium weer heerlik saamgekuier.
Die matriekklas van 1975 het ná baie beplanning vir dié groot reünie van 12 tot 14 September by Worcester Gimnasium byeengekom.
Die skool het sy oorsprong reeds in 1872 gehad. Die oorspronklike seuns en meisieskole het later saamgesmelt en WorcesterOos Hoërskool (voorheen die handelskool) is ook bygevoeg om Worcester Gimnasium te vorm.
Dié groep leerlinge was die laaste standerd 6klas (gr. 8) van Worcester Boys High en Girls High.
Hulle het al voorheen 20 jaar, 30 jaaren 40 jaarreünies gehou. In Mei verlede jaar het vier van die klasmaats in Stellenbosch bymekaargekom en begin om die vyftigste reünie te beplan. Dit was ’n groot uitdaging om almal weer op te spoor. Van die oudleerders het gehelp met geld vir die reünie en borge is ook genader.
Die groep het die Vrydagaand by die Worcester Gimnasium se klubhuis byeengekom waar die klasmaats en oudonderwysers saamgekuier het. Die Saterdag het die groep ’n wynproegeleentheid by Nuykelder bygewoon en die Sondag het hulle mekaar weer gegroet.
Die groep het besluit om in die skoolsaal, waar hulle 50 jaar gelede “parade” gehou het, ’n program met die tema “Paradedag September 1975” aan te bied. Een van die klasmaats het ’n klankopname van ’n parade wat in September 1975 gehou is, in die hande gekry. Dié klankopname se gehalte is deur ’n klankingenieur verbeter en hulle kon

Die program is weer nagevolg – feitlik soos dit 50 jaar gelede was. Die groep het met die sing van Worcester Hoërskool se skoollied geopen. Dit is gevolg met hul matrieklied, “Come what may”, met begeleiding deur Helga Beyers. Sy was ook in 1975 die pianis.
Attie du Plessis, wat 50 jaar gelede ook die skriflesing gedoen het, het dit op die geleentheid weer soos van ouds gedoen.
’n Stemopname van Dirk Snyman (wat reeds oorlede is) se groot brag is gespeel en die hoofmeisie van 1975, Hettie Hugo Normand, het iets gesê.

Van die 102 klasmaats het 56 die reünie bygewoon. Altesaam 16 kon nie die geleentheid meemaak nie en 14 van hulle kon nie opgespoor word nie. Sover bekend is 16 reeds oorlede.

A photograph by Les-Lee Lesch, a local studio photographer, was recently selected as a finalist in the One Eyeland Photography Awards. These awards are touted as the world’s largest photography awards for photographers, retouchers and computer graphics artists.
Her photo, “Cake on the Top”, was selected as a finalist in the category for Fine Art – Portrait.
The 27-year-old Lesch says she has a passion for creating warm, vintage-inspired imagery. “My aim has always been to create photos that are not only visually striking but also emotionally resonant.” She created the image in her studio in Worcester with Nadia van Wyk as her model.
“This achievement is a proud moment not only for my career, but also for showcasing local talent on an international stage. Being recognised in such a prestigious competition highlights the quality of
photography coming from our community,” she said.
Her journey as a photographer began seven years ago when she first picked up a camera out of curiosity. “I am largely self-taught, but in 2018 I obtained my photography diploma. However, I always say that it was not the qualification that shaped me into the photographer I am today. Much of my growth came through relentless practise, experimentation, and a deep love for the craft. Photography also runs in the family — my mother, Nadine Lesch, was a photographer in her younger years, and her influence inspired me to pursue this path,” she said.
“While I have photographed a variety of subjects, my true passion lies in portraiture — particularly fashion and beauty. I love the challenge of capturing individuality, personality, and emotion in every image. My goal has always been to create portraits that are timeless, telling a person’s story through my lens rather than simply documenting their appearance.”

Leaders vier 120 jaar!
’n Ware storie van ondernemingsgees en volharding staan vandag op die voorpunt van Leaders se meer as 120 jaar in die bedryf.
Dit is ’n hoofstuk wat begin het toe meer as 2 miljoen Jode tussen 1881 en 1920 uit Rusland gevlug het om vervolging vry te spring. Ekonomiese geleenthede het baie van hulle na Suid-Afrika gelok, waar hulle hul in Distrik Ses, Woodstock en ook in kleiner dorpe en landelike gebiede gevestig het. Een so man was Joseph Leader wat in 1897 in Worcester aangekom en as ’n smous gewerk het. Teen 1905 het hy J. Leader, ’n algemene handelaar en meubelwinkel in Baringstraat, op die been gebring.
In die 1930’s het sy seuns Philip en Jack by hom aangesluit.
’N ROEPING TOT FAMILIE EN MEUBELS VAN GEHALTE
Leaders, vernoem na die Joodse familie wat die onderneming besit het, is in 1976 deur Koos Hennig gekoop. Kobus, die oudste Hennig-seun, sluit in 1980 uit die wynbedryf by sy pa aan. Kort daarna, in 1986, word Neels ook gevra om by die familie-onderneming aan te sluit, waar hy vandag nog aan die stuur van sake is.
“In daardie jare was verbruikerspatrone aansienlik anders. Mense het geglo aan gehalte-meubels in die era van smart-hout, geelhout en embuia.
Hierdie tydlose stukke word vandag nog in baie huishoudings gebruik. Kredietkaarte was die uitsondering en ons het op skuld verkoop. Dit was altyd ’n risiko en het kontantvloei-uitdagings teweeggebring,” vertel Neels. Met vasberadenheid en goeie dienslewering het Leaders gegroei tot wat dit vandag is – ’n eenstop-huishoudelike diensverskaffer met alles van vloerbedekkings, blindings en meubels tot elektriese toestelle.

Strength and resilience of women celebrated
The “She Rises” community project recently celebrated ten incredibly resilient women in the community, honouring their courage and hard work on the journey of recovery.
The project was initiated by Odile Fredericks, a final-year social work student who is doing her practical at Bowl Addiction Treatment Services in Worcester, that acknowledges the profound strength and dignity these
women demonstrate every single day and to provide them with a well-deserved day of pampering and encouragement.
The guest speaker was Doreshia De Vos who gave her testimony and Khijidah Solomons shared her powerful poem.
The project thanked every sponsor, staff member and volunteer who helped make the day a success.

Dít is wat die Goliath Davids Legacy Project belowe wanneer verskeie hoëren laerskole asook dramagroepe van Worcester en elders eerskomende Dinsdag, Woensdag en Donderdag (7, 8 en 9 Oktober) altesaam 12 verhoogproduksies in die saal van die Nuwe Hoop-sentrum in Leipoldtlaan, Worcester, gaan opvoer.
Die toneelfees het sy ontstaan in 2016 in Heidelberg in die Suid-Kaap gehad. Vanjaar word dit vir die derde keer in Worcester aangebied.
Die Goliath Davids Legacy Project is ter ere van die ontslape veteraan-akteur Goliath Davids, wat in 2012 die tydelike met die ewige verruil het, gestig.
Lloyd Davids, die stigter van die projek en ’n afgetrede drama-onderwyser by Worcester Senior Sekondêr, verwys na Davids as ’n “baanbreker op die gebied van toneel, televisie en film in die Suid-Afrikaanse konteks”.
“Hy was die eerste bruin man wat werklik ’n deurbraak vir baie ander op SuidAfrikaanse bodem gemaak het en het die weg gebaan vir opkomende bruin akteurs,” sê Davids.
Die Goliath Davids Legacy Project is ’n geregistreerde organisasie sonder winsoogmerk, waar ondermeer werksessies, slypskole en toneelopvoerings as ’n opheffingstuig in gemeenskappe gebruik word.
Lloyd sê die missie en visie van die
projek is om mense die geleentheid te bied om die magiese wêreld van die verhoog te betree.
Volgens hom wil hulle mense in die fynere kuns van onder meer toneelspel en drama opvoed.
Lloyd verduidelik wat die toneelfees voorafgaan: “Ons stuur gewoonlik in die eerste kwartaal van elke skooljaar kennisgewings na alle skole [hoër- en laerskole] asook dramagroepe om vir die komende toneelfees, wat elke jaar in die September-skoolvakansie plaasvind, in te skryf.” Hy sê die Goliath Davids Legacy Project bied dan werksessies en slypskole aan om onderwysers te bemagtig om die kinders in toneelspel af te rig. Die kinders is dan deel van die betrokke werksessies en slypskole.
Lloyd sê na gelang van die werksessies en slypskole identifiseer die Goliath Davids Legacy Project, in samewerking met die onderwysers, kinders wat aan die produksie gaan deelneem. “Ons gee vir die skole ’n toneelstuk wat aangepas kan word, maar ons verkies dat skole ook met hul eie temas vorendag kom.”
Lloyd sê in aanstaande week se verhoogproduksies gaan maatskaplike euwels soos byvoorbeeld rampokkery en dwelmmisbruik in die kollig geplaas word. Elke verhoogproduksie duur sowat 40 minute. • Kaartjies kos R20 vir kinders van 12 jaar en jonger. Kinders van 13 en ouer betaal R30.

This no�ce serves to inform you of plans to bait for fruit fly in the orchards around the abovemen�oned areas. Fruit flies, if not managed correctly, can cause exponen�al losses on local and export produce and poten�ally have a nega�ve impact on food security for the end user
It is therefore advised to use responsible methods as part of an integrated fruit fly management approach. Bai�ng is one of these methods and area wide bai�ng has proven to be extremely effec�ve in managing the fruit fly popula�on. Aerial applica�on of the bai�ng technique is effec�ve in achieving this area wide popula�on management. Other methods as part of the integrated approach includes accurate monitoring, ground bai�ng and vineyard sanita�on.
The applica�on will be done from week 44 of 2025 to week 20 of 2026 on a fortnightly basisweather permi�ng. Es�mated �me 6 am onwards.
Helicopters will be used for applica�on as they do not have to fly over residen�al areas. The applica�on is extremely accurate according to GPS logged maps.
The product that will be used is GF-120 (Reg. nr L7331). GF-120 conforms to the highest quality and safety standards, it carries a 0-day withholding period and is cer��ed organic. The product poses no health risk to humans or have any nega�ve impact on the environment.

Nadat die Streekuitdaagwenner Alberts verlede week ’n gulde geleentheid deur sy vingers laat glip het om sy plek in die 2026-seisoen se Langeberg-afdeling van die Boland se Grootuitdaag-kompetisie te bespreek, het hy Saterdag 27 September sy tweede kans deeglik benut toe hy Villagers Montagu, of Sesduim soos hy algemeen bekend staan, met 37-29 op Bolandpark getroef het nadat die besoekers teen rustyd nog met 19-13 voorgeloop het.
Met hierdie sege het Alberts nie net seker gemaak dat hy nou volgende seisoen met die hardebaarde in die Groot Uitdaag-kompetisie gaan skouer skuur nie, maar ook Sesduim ’n gevoelige slag toegedien deurdat hul jaarlikse derby tussen die bure Montagu-klub (“Hou by die Blou”) nou beslis op ys geplaas is.
Hoewel daar ook twee opwindende voorwedstryde gespeel is, was dit die hoofwedstryd tussen Alberts en Villagers Montagu wat die grootste belangstelling gaande gemaak het. Dit terwyl Evergreens van Paarl sy plek in die Witzenberg-afdeling van dieselfde kompetisie met sy oorwinning van 21-20 oor naamgenoot Evergreens van Wellington vasgemaak het.
Die hoofwedstryd het op ’n hoë noot afgeskop met Villagers Montagu wat met ’n verbete aanslag sy stempel op die wedstryd wou afdwing.
Dit was egter Alberts wat eerste bloed geruik het toe die slot, Gio Morkel, oorbars en heelagter Jadrian Buys verdoel om die tuisspan met 7-0 te laat voorloop.
Besoekers Sesduim slaan egter kort hierna terug toe linkervleuel Jack van Wyk ná ’n skitterende lopie in die hoekie oorgaan vir ’n onverdoelde drie. Nou behoorlik aangevuur, kry Sesduim weer punte toe die stut, Duart Rossouw, oorbars en regtervleuel, Liam Pekeur, verdoel om die besoekers met 12-7 te laat voorloop.
Die kaptein en losskakel Shane Pietersen slaag kort hierna met ’n strafskop om Alberts se telling na 12-10 te laat krimp. Sesduim se losskakel Lee van Oordt gaan hierna onder die pale oor en met Pekeur wat verdoel, loop die besoekers met 19-10 voor.

Jobs not threatened by AI typically require unique human skills like creativity, empathy, complex-problem solving and intricate hands-on work. These include professions in health care (doctors and nurses), education (teachers), skilled trades (electricians and plumbers) and various creative fields (artists and writers). Roles involving high levels of human interaction, strategic decision making and physical agility in unpredictable environments are considered relatively safe from automation.

AI as a concept has been around for decades, and the term “articifial intelligence” was already coined in a research paper in 1955. Is AI, or Generative AI as we’ve seen most recently, the latest thing? Apparently not! According to experts the next big thing will most likely be Agentic AI. This comprises autonomous systems that can make decisions and take actions independently to achieve specific goals. Agentic AI will be able to handle tasks and solve problems proactively without having to be supervised constantly.
When using the internet and AI check your apps’ privacy settings and do not share information you do not want to be made public, for safety’s sake. The usual guideline is, if you’re not okay with everyone knowing, rather don’t post it. Remember, AI is a new technology and its responses may not be accurate or appropriate. Double-check the answers with reputable sources. It should never replace humans in your life. If you need life advice, a real hug, medical or relationship advice, find a flesh-and-blood person to do these things.
AI is amazing and ground-breaking, but remember it cannot think, empathise or crack a joke. It is, after all, only a machine or a machine-generated product.

Today’s teenagers are the first generation to grow up with constant online connectivity. As smartphones are becoming more ingrained in their lives what do we know about how they use them? A new research report by academics at Stellenbosch University sheds light on this question by providing empirical evidence of how teenagers in South Africa use their smartphones at home and at school. Compiled by Drs Daniël le Roux of the Department of Infor-
mation Science and Jennifer Feldman of the Department of Education Policy Studies, it aims to advance our understanding of the role of smartphones in the lives of adolescents. They collaborated with five former Model C high schools to collect data on how adolescents use their smartphones. In total, 2 195 adolescents, 2 264 parents, and 203 teachers participated in the project. The researchers point out that almost all the adolescents had smartphones. On average, they spend 197 minutes
(three hours and 17 minutes) per day on their phones, with girls using their phones more (three hours and 39 minutes) than boys (two hours and 56 minutes).
“WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are currently the most popular social media platforms among teens. Girls use social media more than boys, with more than 12% reporting that they check these platforms constantly.
“Boys, on the other hand, spend more time gaming on their phones (22,6 minutes per day) than girls (19,9 min-
utes per day). The researchers add they were surprised to find that most parents do not limit or regulate the amount of time their children spend on their smartphones.
“Not surprisingly teens are also using tools such as ChatGPT and Meta AI to generate essays, orals and artwork for school projects. There can be little doubt that this trend will rapidly spread in the coming years.
It is critical that the implications of this for teens’ learning and cognitive development are studied and

This is how Grindan Abrahams, former learner at Esselen Park Primary, is making his mark on the UK, breaking all u-15 sprint records. This talent was apparent at just 5 years old. At school he was a track star and competed in Boland Athletics, for the Western Cape and took part in national championships.
“In 2022 I received an offer from Richemont in the UK as a watchmaker,” dad Graville related, “and we made the decision to relocate to England. Grindan has broken records ever since. Not only at club level but also at school level.”
Last year Grindan finished sixth in the 200 m for boys u-15.

Here are the advantages and disadvantages of this technological colossus.

Jy kan ook vir PiccyBot vra om op iets spesifiek in die foto of video te fokus, byvoorbeeld “Wat is die kleur van hierdie hemp?” of “Watter een van hierdie pakke is die souten-asyn-skyfies?”
Die volgende hulpmiddel wat ek gebruik, is WhatsApp se geïntegreerde assistent, Meta AI. Hierdie hulpmiddel kan nou danksy onlangse opdaterings ook foto’s beskryf. Enige foto wat jy deur WhatsApp ontvang het,
kan aangestuur word na Meta AI en ’n beskrywing van die foto word opgestel. Dit is gewis ’n vinniger opsie as PiccyBot vir wanneer jy gou ’n foto wil aanstuur of daarop wil reageer. Die derde hulpmiddel wat ek gebruik sal seker geen verrassing wees nie, aangesien amper almal vandag – blind of nie blind nie – hiervan gebruik maak. Ek praat natuurlik van ChatGPT! Iets wat my nogal baie help en wat ChatGPT kan doen, is dat jy dit kan vra om vir jou ’n karakter van ’n rolprent of televisiereeks of ander beroemde te beskryf, sowel as enige uitrustings wat hulle al aangehad het. Dit is nogal handig vir wanneer jy wil weet hoe iemand werklik lyk en ook natuurlik as jy nuuskierig was oor wat presies ’n beroemde op die rooitapyt by ’n prysuitdeling gedra het. KI het nou wel sy nadele en dinge om oor bekommerd te wees, maar geen twyfel bestaan dat dit gewis ’n waardevolle hulpmiddel vir gestremdes kan wees nie.
