“The mission of Northwest Christian School is to provide a Bible-based program education that enables students to develop a Christian worldview.” The Northwest Christian mission statement is brief but ripe with meaning—quite literally it is the North Star used to navigate our faculty, families, and students in the direction of Christ. To accomplish this mission, the school is commitment to making certain that every lesson, every extracurricular activity, student club, and concert is built upon Christian worldview. But, if realizing Christian worldview in the lives of our students is our destination, how can we be certain that we are navigating in the correct direction? How do we know if the strategies that we are employing are working or the best strategies to employ for such a momentous task? Further, how will we know when we have arrived? What does this direction look like when it is realized within the lives of our students?
