Coach Inness has coached high school football in Arizona for over 30 years This is his 14th year at NCS and he has coached the Crusaders to 3 State Championships and runners-up twice during that time Coach loves being around the kids and would love to talk football with you 24/7 His coaching philosophy: "I have always felt that when I ever become a head coach, I would always coach kids the way I wanted to be coached as a player: to have fun and be disciplined I ask my players to play as hard as they can on every play We remind our players to represent Northwest Christian and themselves in a Christian way every time we play, on and off the field When we get a chance to put ourselves 'out there' and show other schools what we're about and what we stand for, we are trying to be a testament of God's love "

Tonya grew up playing volleyball and the earliest memories she has are of her family playing games in the backyard with her grandfather on the ladder reffing the games. She loves the sport and still plays when she can. She began my coaching career in 1996 and it is much more than teaching skills. It's about coming alongside these players, enriching their lives, building their skills, confidence and being an example of Christ.

Lindsay started playing volleyball with school and club in 6th grade, and she played at Mountain Ridge High School. She loves the game, and she is passionate about helping young athletes grow both on and off the volleyball court. She believes that every athlete is different, and she will work with each girl to help them reach their goals. Lindsay is beyond excited to see each of these girls work hard, and reach their full potential.

Mexico mission trips, going to camp every year, and being on teams with year: Building new relationships, getting closer to my friends, and enjoying our last year together!

Goal for the season: To be a positive energy and to work hard and improve.

Other Activities or Hobbies: Hanging out with my friends and family, club volleyball, sand volleyball, and going on the Mexico missions trips!

Plans after High School: I think I want to attend college, but ultimately whatever God has in store for me! Most influential people in my life: My parents and coaches.

Brandon has been coaching Cross Country for over a decade. He enjoys helping others experience the joy of running. He attended Liberty University and ACU. He and his wife of 15 years, Meghan, are the proud parents of Cohen, Merrick, and Bryer. His favorite verse is John 3:30 because it reminds him of what is most important.

Tanner has been at NCS since he was in 6th grade. Tanner shared, "For the past 5 years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to come back as a coach. Coaching is a passion of mine because I love being able to come alongside these student athletes to help them reach their goals both in cross country and in life.

My Favorite NCH Memory: My favorite NCS memory would be when our cross country team won a state title for both the girls and boys team my sophomore year of high school! I hope our team will be able to do it again this year!

What I'm Looking forward to about Senior year: I am looking forward to helping plan all of the senior events and be involved in many activities! I want to do all the sports I can this year and connect with the people in my grade!

Goal for the season: My goal for this season is to break my PR and for our boys and girls team to win the state championship again!

Plans after High School: My plans after high school is to go to GCU and study Sports Medicine so that one day I might become a Physical Therapist.

Most influential people in my life: My parents have been the most influential people in my life because they have taught me so much in life and have always supported me! They push me daily to continue to seek after God and keep Him first in my life. I love my parents so much and wouldn’t be where I am today without them!

She is now pursuing her Master’s Degree in Data Science and will be graduating next month She has worked as a software engineer the last year and half and can’t wait to add the title of cheer coach as her other job and passion Madison loves working out, traveling, going to Starbucks, and enjoying life with the people she loves most. Debbie grew up in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ, and is a graduate of Arizona State University She has taught band in the valley for 30 years where she developed award winning programs Debbie has served in various leadership positions, has been awarded Teacher of the Year in the Deer Valley School District, and recieved the O M Hartzell Excellence in Music Education Award from the Arizona Music Educators Association She plays flute and piccolo in her Dream City Church Celebration of Christmas, and has played her flute in the worship band at church for over 30 years She serves as the principal flutist in the Scottsdale Philharmonic Orchestra, loves to spend time with her family, and enjoys cooking and baking.
