Chef is pleased to provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten free alternatives for you and your guests. Menu Selection & Guarantees Menu selections are due four weeks in advance. We are happy to provide alternatives for any guests with dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions are due at time of menu selections, four weeks in advance. Confirmation of number of guests for each function is required five days prior to arrival. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the host is responsible for the number guaranteed or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. All prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Menu and beverage prices are subject to change. Service Charge & Delivery Fees A 24% service charge will be added to all food and beverage selections. Food & beverage delivery incurs a minimum fee of $80 round trip. Minimum Attendance For all buffets a minimum of 25 guests is required. If this minimum is not met, an additional $150 surcharge will apply. Food & Beverage Service Please note that Brasada Ranch is the sole purveyor of all food & beverage for onsite events and our policy is that all food & beverage is provided by Brasada Ranch only. The state of Oregon Liquor Commission regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages and Brasada Ranch must adhere to these regulations, including but not limited to checking ID for all guests who look younger than 30 years of age and refusing service as needed. No food may be removed from catered events. Shots are not permitted. Tableside wine service can be added for an additional fee of $60 per hour. Dessert Brasada Ranch welcomes outside dessert vendors. Overnight dessert storage is limited and cannot be guaranteed. A $4 per guest cake cutting fee will apply, and is inclusive of Brasada Ranch staff to cut, serve, and provide china & silverware. Signs & Displays Pre-approved signage is permitted in the registration area and in the private function areas only. No signs are permitted in the Ranch House lobby or other public areas. Service Fees A chef fee of $500 may apply to specialty event locations. A chef fee of $175 per chef per hour may apply in for specialty events. Additionally requested servers are $60 per server, per hour. Bar Set Up Each bar set up includes 1 bartender for up to 100 guests, and 2 bartenders for events over 100 guests. Additional bartenders to existing bar may be requested for $90 per bartender, per hour. Additional bars may be requested for a $175 bar set up fee and $90 per bartender, per hour.

Special Bar Orders Brasada Ranch is happy to explore other products for your events outside of what we already carry. For specialty orders, including certain signature cocktails, we require a minimum quantity, dependent on the product, and an exact quantity to order. All special orders will be charged for the quantity purchased. Corkage Fees Brasada Ranch does not allow outside beer, wine, or spirits. Exceptions can be made in limited quantities for specialty wine, with prior approval. Extension of Food All buffets have a 90 minute service time. Extensions are granted with fees ranging from $150-$300 per 30 minutes, based on the size of your group. Extension of Bar Service Brasada Ranch has as maximum 6 hour bar service. Extensions past 6 hours must be pre-approved and will be charged a $250 fee. 6.5 hours maximum, required to purchase late night snacks (at least 3 bites per person). Extensions are permitted after bar closure for a maximum of 30 minutes. Music Outdoor music is to be completed by 10:00pm. Indoor music is to be completed by 12:00am and all doors must remain closed after 10:00pm. Extensions must be approved in advance. Furniture Removal Fees Facility fees are based on existing furniture unless otherwise noted. Furniture removal fees may apply to Range and Ranch House, and fees range from $500-$2000, depending on the venue and furniture removed. Furniture removal must be approved in advanced and may not be guaranteed. Audio Visual Prices quoted are based on daily rental, additional charges may apply to lost or damaged equipment.
