Overlay all items on the previously approved site plan, cloud and clearly note any changes tothe approved site plan being proposed. Separate sheets prevent plan from looking cluttered. Enclosed is the application fee of $500 along with the refundable $1,000 ComplianceDeposit for a total due of $1,500 made payable to Brasada Ranch for the review of this project ($1,500 Check #_______________ attached). Upon final inspection approval the $1,000Compliance Deposit less any fines from compliance violations will be refunded by the DRC.

LANDSCAPING PLAN AND SITE PLAN

 Title Block with Lot Number and Applicants Name, Scale and North Arrow  Existing Trees and rock outcroppings labeled, indicate if protected or removed  Building Envelope showing setbacks  Grades changes –show existing and proposed grades  Drainage structures or elements (show these as shown on the approved drainage plan and calculations clearly mark any change proposed from the approved plan)  Hardscape areas (provide material sample and color selections if not already submitted and approved)  Walkways (with dimensions) and Planting Bed Materials (gravel, bark, mulch or other toppings)  Planting Zones labeled (Interior Zone, Transition Zone, Natural Area, Driveway Zone)  Plant Materials identified by Common Name as shown on plant list (see plant list Appendix D)  Lawn or Turf areas  Scarred Areas to be restored (include restoration plant materials, density or spacing)  Landscape Lighting (cut sheets of all exterior lighting, wattage, dimensions and finishes clearly marked)  Irrigation System Plan andDescription (on a separate sheet)

Access Passes are required to be displayed in all construction vehicles on property. All gates on property are monitored and audited for gate use security. Any violation or abuse of this procedure may result in fines or the code being revoked. Gate Codes and Access Passes are effective for one calendar year. New Gate Codes and Access Passes are assigned in January of each year through the Design Review Committee [DRC] office. Gate Pass holders are required to abide all by the DRC guidelines and regulations including;  The time of construction will be limited to between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 PM, Monday -

Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. Construction Activities may not occur on Sunday, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New

Year’s Day and/or the nationally recognized holiday. Essentially quiet activities that do not involve heavy equipment or machinery may occur at other times subject to the review and approval of the DRC.
