SAMPLE BOARD – Submitted within 30 days of Final approval (See example on page 64). Please call the DRC when color board has been completed. The DRC administrator will conduct a site visit to photograph the board for approval. After approval, board is to be kept at the lot site until Final Inspection. Approved exterior changes must be reflected on board.
