Utility Requirements

Prior to the start of any construction, the builder/owner must contact Avion Water, Brasada Broadband, Cascade Natural Gas, Central Electric Cooperative and Oregon Water Utilitiesto confirm meter locations and connection requirementswith each individual entity.

Additionally, site must have access to both waterand electric. Temporary Power and Water Metersmust be hooked up or arrangements must be made for access to these utilities on siteprior to start of any construction.
