I have read, fully understand and will conform to the current Design Guidelines established by the Brasada Ranch Design Review Committee (“DRC”), in connection with all construction work performed by me and my subcontractors on the above referenced project.

I am aware of the building contractor regulations set by the DRC, and the sign policy set forth in the DRC Guidelines and agree to abide by these policies. I understand any fines may be assessed against me and/or the lot owner for violation of these Guidelines by the DRC.
