As a homeowner at Brasada Ranch requesting an addition/remodel to the home listed above, I/we have read and will conform to the current Design Review Guidelines established by the Design Review Committee (“DRC”) and the submittal form and application. I/We fully understand the requirements of this submittal.
Any change in the exterior or Landscaping from the original approved submittal must be resubmitted to the DRC for review and approval.
Enclosed is the application fee of $500 along with the refundable $1,000ComplianceDeposit for a total due of $1,500made payable to Brasada Ranch for the review of this project ($1500 Check #_______________ attached).
Upon completion of the project, please submit the Final Inspection Request and Compliance Deposit Request Form and set up an appointment for the final inspection of the project with the DRC Administrator.
Upon final inspection approval the $1,000Construction Compliance Deposit less any fines from compliance violations will be refunded by the DRC.
