Designer/Builder is notified of approval within 30 days of DRC meeting

Revise Plans,

Upon receipt of deposits, DR Admin will schedule PreConstruction Conference

Construction Begins!

Construction must begin within 18 months of DRC approval Note that final plans may be resubmitted once without penalty, repeat re-submittals will require a $500 fee per review

Revised plans must be remitted >10 days prior to scheduled DRC meeting with responses to all bolded items from review

Designer/Builder is notified of denial within 30 days of DRC meeting listing items that must comply

If plans are not approved, must resubmit within 12 months or re-apply with all fees

Secondary submittal due in 30 days: Sample Board

Submit request for FINAL INSPECTION
