The Design Review Committee (DRC), as provided for in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Brasada Ranch Residential Areas, exists to maintain high standards for design development and appropriate use of homes and property. Completion of the following pages and submitted documents will provide the Committee with the information necessary to review your application to become a Brasada Ranch Approved Design Professional. The DRC administrator may be contacted for information and assistance.

Provide the following for four completed residential projects (by address) which represent the range of your design capabilities. Ideally, two of the projects should incorporate similar design characteristics to those required by the Brasada Ranch Design Review Guidelines. If you have submitted designs to the Brasada Ranch DRC, feel free to include those as examples for the committee.

 Provide 1-3 photos(or renderings if the project is not yet complete), for eachof the fourprojects.

 Provide one setof drawingsand any other documents prepared by you that wereused fora

Design Review submittal on a Resort Project with requirements similar to that of Brasada Ranch.

 Describe your residential design and service philosophyin a cover letter. In your letter, identify other participants in your agencywho routinely provide active roles in the “design” of the residential projects you are responsible for along with a description of the role or service they provide.
