Street Team Outreach

Since the Culture Compass was launched in March 2020, the 2022 season was the first one with a full programme of community events. We sent our Street Team out April to September to meet people, support events across the North Shore, tell people about the online mapping tool, and offer fun activities.

BRIDGE FESTIVAL - JUNE 3-4

Organized by the District of West Vancouver at Ambleside Park. Activity: wayfinder colouring attached to sticks

CANADA DAY - JULY 1

Organized by the Rotary Club of Lionsgate Activity: Tsleil-Waututh artist Olivia George assisted colouring animals in Coast Salish design inspired by her original artwork commissioned by the North Shore Culture Compass
