A YEAR OF

FIRSTS

feel like. Well, here we are, one year later, and let’s just say… I get it now.

Coffee really has become my best friend. Uninterrupted sleep? A distant memory. But the joy, the laughter, and the love that fill our home now, none of it can be measured. The holidays already carried their own kind of magic, but with Ember’s first birthday landing just before Christmas, this season has taken on a whole new meaning for us.

It’s been a year of firsts—first smiles, first giggles, first words (Mama, then “Meow”, then Dada). Seriously, I was third after the cat. That wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card! And just like parenthood, running a business has its share of new beginnings, too. Each year brings new ideas, challenges, and opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.

As we look ahead to 2026, I hope you’ll pause long enough to take in what this past year has brought you, the lessons, the laughter, the unexpected blessings, and get excited for what’s next. Because the truth is, every “new beginning” starts with gratitude for where we’ve already been.

Here’s to first birthdays, fresh starts, and another great year ahead.

December is here again, the lights, the music, the cozy chaos, and that familiar question we all ask this time of year: Where did the year go?

It’s funny, because at this time last year, I wrote about “new beginnings.” Jess and I were just days away from meeting our daughter, Ember, and I remember wondering what life as a parent would really

ARTURO

“ART” CARDENAS

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN

PROVIDED BY ARTURO CARDENAS

Some careers begin with a plan. Others begin with a purpose. For Arturo Cardenas, the purpose came long before the career.

Arturo was born in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico, and arrived in San Francisco at 15 with a heart full of ambition and a future still undefined. “Growing up, I had drive,” he says. “The kind that makes you fight for a better life and never back down from a challenge.” That conviction led him to the U.S. Navy at just 18 years old, where he found structure, direction, and a calling to lead.

MISSION-DRIVEN

SUCCESS

“I’ve been active duty Navy since 2009,” he explains. Multiple deployments and years of guiding young sailors taught him how to build teams and shape futures. He eventually became a Navy career counselor and recruiter, responsible for helping thousands find the courage to imagine something bigger for themselves. “That role allowed me to impact lives,” he shares. “It taught me how to lead, how to build teams, and how to stay relentless.”

Those same skills would become the foundation of a future he never expected.

A New Mission

Arturo entered real estate in 2023 with one simple goal: represent himself in a purchase. But what he witnessed during the process changed everything.

“Military families were getting left behind,” he recalls. “Too many agents didn’t understand their timelines, benefits, or the stress of relocation.” It struck a nerve. If no one else was going to fix that problem, he decided he would. Real estate quickly became a mission—one grounded in service.

His first closing wasn’t just a win. It was a revelation. “It was proof this was my calling,” he says. “I realized I could use my discipline and mission mindset from the Navy to serve people differently—to help families build stability and wealth through homeownership.”

From that moment, he committed—nights, weekends, and every sliver of time between flights, shifts, and assignments.

The Rise of Leveraged Leadership

What Arturo built in such a short time is staggering: over $80 million in career sales in only two years— with more than $35 million in 2023 and $45 million in 2024. Today, he leads The TXRE Group at eXp Realty, and he has launched multiple support companies including MILITRE and the MILITRE Leverage Hub.

But he didn’t hustle from dawn to dusk to get there.

“I built everything I have as a part-time agent while still serving on active duty,” he emphasizes. “I’ve grown my real-estate career through leverage—my team, my systems, and my virtual assistants.” He calls it a smarter path to success. “It’s not about working harder. It’s about staying disciplined and leading with purpose.”

His results speak volumes. He has earned the elite eXp ICON Award—an honor reserved for the top

1% of agents within the largest brokerage in the world—and he was named National Innovator of the Year in the Navy. Different industries, same mission: “leadership through leverage and innovation.”

Arturo’s approach is rooted in repeating one powerful belief: success scales when the right structure supports it.

Service Beyond the Uniform

Arturo has never forgotten who he serves first: the families who put their faith in him. “Every transaction means helping someone secure a better life,” he says. For military families especially, homeownership represents more than stability—it’s freedom.

IT’S NOT ABOUT WORKING HARDER. IT’S ABOUT STAYING DISCIPLINED AND LEADING WITH PURPOSE.

One moment still stands out. “I’ll never forget the first time I helped a veteran close on a home after years of being told it wasn’t possible,” he shares. “Watching him walk through that front door… that’s when I knew I wasn’t just building a career—I was building impact.”

Freedom, purpose, legacy—those are the outcomes that motivate him now. “Success used to mean titles and trophies. Now, it’s impact and leverage,” he says. “It’s not about how much I can personally close—it’s about how many lives I can change and how much time I can buy back for myself and my family.”

He aims to empower fellow agents just as he empowers clients. MILITRE, his fast-growing leverage platform, integrates automation, virtual assistants, and leadership development in a way that helps others scale smart—without sacrificing balance or values. “My goal isn’t just to close deals—it’s to create a legacy of empowered professionals.”

Scaling the Future

2025 is shaping up to be a defining year. Arturo is on track to double his real-estate volume, expand his team, and build a full management and training division within MILITRE. “We’re creating an organization that continues to innovate and empower others long after I step back from the dayto-day grind,” he says.

He leads with a philosophy shaped by the water and the uniform: stay calm, stay steady, and stay missionfocused. When he needs to reset, you’ll most likely find him on a boat. “There’s something about being on the water that resets everything,” he smiles. Even leaders need a horizon.

And he hopes to leave a wake wide enough for thousands to follow.

“I want to be remembered for serving beyond the uniform,” he says. “For helping families and agents change their lives through leadership, systems, and leverage.”

Advice from a Mission-Minded Leader His biggest message to future game-changers?

“Learn leverage early,” Arturo says without hesitation. “Don’t try to do everything yourself—delegate, automate, and stay consistent. It’s not about grinding harder; it’s about building smarter processes.”

It’s the same insight he shares with his team and his clients alike: build a future you can sustain and a legacy strong enough to carry others with you.

Because for Arturo Cardenas, real estate isn’t just a business—it’s impact in motion.

ACHOSA HOME WARRANTY AND

THE POWER TO CHOOSE

WRITTEN BY

PHOTOS BY VANESSA CORRAL PHOTOGRAPHY

For Robyn DiPasquale, vice president of sales at Achosa Home Warranty, work isn’t just a job—it’s a calling rooted in service, trust, and genuine connection. “I absolutely LOVE what I do!” she says with enthusiasm that’s as contagious as her smile. “I know Achosa and I are working together to help our agents take care of their clients every day.”

It’s easy to see why Robyn has built such a reputation among the top-producing agents in DFW and beyond. Her approach is personal, intentional, and grounded in authenticity. “My goal is to be their partner in their business,” she explains. “Just as they have other partners who are critical to their success, a trusted, reliable home warranty partner like myself is crucial to protecting their post-close liability and ensuring their clients’ happiness in their homes for the future.”

Building Partnerships that Matter

Robyn’s path to Achosa began more than a decade ago when she started in marketing for a mortgage company. “I caught the real estate bug,” she recalls with a laugh. “I’ve always loved supporting real estate agents and their clients. It’s such a rewarding industry because we’re helping people fulfill their dreams and goals every single day.”

Her time in the industry gave her valuable perspective—not all companies were created equal when it came to putting people first. “After two years with another warranty company, I realized the brand no longer had its agents’ and clients’ best interests at heart,” she says. “When two executives I respected started Achosa and launched in Texas, I immediately became one of their customers. Six years later, I still renew my own policy every year because it’s so easy to use and I know how much value it provides.”

When the opportunity came to represent Achosa professionally, Robyn didn’t hesitate. “I couldn’t love my job, the company I represent, or the people I work for more than I do,” she shares. “They’ve built an amazing company that truly supports my personal brand and follows through on what I promise to my agents and customers every day.”

Doing Business the Right Way

The name Achosa means “Power to Choose,” a fitting reflection of what sets the company apart. Unlike traditional home warranty providers, Achosa allows homeowners to choose their own contractors—giving them freedom, transparency, and trust throughout the process.

“We operate more like a home concierge service,” Robyn explains. “Clients choose their own vendors, and we pay those vendors retail rates immediately at the time of service. There are no delays, no hassles, and the client doesn’t have to wait for reimbursement.”

This unique model has made Achosa the fastest-growing home warranty company in the nation. “My goal is to become the most respected and trusted warranty partner in Collin, Dallas and Denton Counties,” Robyn says confidently. “Achosa knows the way to do business is to do it the right way. It’s not about profits, it’s about people.”

That people-first philosophy is what has earned Achosa its reputation for excellence. With one of the highest client renewal rates in the industry, it’s clear that customers see the value. “We make it fast, easy, and fully transparent throughout the process,” she adds. “Our entire business model is built around service, not shortcuts.”

IT IS LITERALLY TRUE THAT YOU CAN SUCCEED BEST & QUICKEST BY

HELPING OTHERS TO SUCCEED.

A Servant’s Heart

Robyn’s success isn’t defined by numbers or titles—it’s measured by relationships. “I don’t look at my current role as a sales role,” she says. “It’s about building relationships and providing the service and support people deserve. Everything I do comes from a servant’s heart.”

Her “white glove” approach has made her a trusted partner among top producers who appreciate her attention to detail and commitment to followthrough. “After a ten-minute conversation with me, agents understand why Achosa is different,” she shares. “What we offer is completely unique—not just in our product and service, but in the level of support and care I give to their clients.”

Every partnership Robyn builds is personal. “The word ‘partnership’ is not something I take lightly,” she says. “It’s a commitment on all levels. I’m 100% vested in my partners’ businesses and in making sure their clients are taken care of.”

Family,

Faith, and Fulfillment

Outside of work, Robyn’s world revolves around her family. Married for 26 years, she and her husband have three grown children—a newly graduated nurse, a junior at Texas A&M studying architecture, and a high school senior preparing for college. “We’re truly blessed and so proud of them,” she says warmly. “Family and faith are everything to me.”

Whether spending weekends visiting her kids at college or relaxing at home in Prosper, Robyn’s time away from work is devoted to what matters most. “We don’t have to be doing

anything special, just being together,” she says. “That’s what fills my cup.”

A Vision for the Future

Robyn’s professional goals are clear: “My goal is to become the most respected and trusted warranty partner in Collin and Denton Counties and to ensure Achosa is a well-known and respected brand across the nation,” she says. “One agent, one client at a time, I’ll change their views on home warranty and show them how great the experience can be.”

She finds deep alignment with the Real Producers community, where excellence and collaboration thrive.

“I feel so blessed to be part of Real Producers Dallas and North Dallas,” she says. “The top-producing agents in Dallas want the best partners to work with—and when it comes to home warranty, that partnership is essential. We are the post-closing experience for their clients, and when those clients are taken care of, it reflects directly on the agent who chose us.”

Doing It Right

For Robyn, it all comes back to doing things the right way—with heart, honesty, and a commitment to people. “Achosa Home Warranty is different because we put people first,” she says proudly. “I’m beyond proud to represent Achosa every day and to work with all the amazing Real Producers agents in DFW. Together, we’re helping clients not just close on a home—but feel truly at home for years to come.”

As Napoleon Hill once said, “It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.” For Robyn DiPasquale, those words aren’t just a quote—they’re a way of life.

Celestina

Hillock

the Luxury of Time

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN
PHOTOS BY JIN KIM, URSPECIAL

hen Celestina Hillock looks back on her journey, one thing stands out clearly—her deep love for people and the life she’s built with her family. “My family is what motivates me,” she says, her voice filled with pride. “The better I do financially, the more people I can help. It’s also pretty expensive raising four kids, too,” she adds with a laugh.

Celestina’s story begins in the Dallas area, where her parents owned a produce company in the bustling Farmers Market district. Growing up, she was surrounded by the rhythm of entrepreneurship—hard work, integrity, and determination. “My parents were business owners,” she recalls. “They had that entrepreneurial spirit. My dad, aunt, and grandma all had their real estate licenses too.” Those early lessons would one day plant the seeds for her own career in real estate, but she didn’t take the direct path there.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northwood University, Celestina began her career in education, teaching third grade at Carroll Elementary in Corsicana ISD. Her love for children and service extended beyond the classroom. “After teaching, I would volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of Navarro County,” she says, a commitment that still continues today as she serves as a board member for the Greater Dallas Area Boys and Girls Club.

But life had more in store for her. In 2013, after several years of teaching, Celestina decided to earn her real estate license—and from that moment, she never looked back. “Once the school year ended, I started real estate full-time,” she says. “I remember wanting to see and learn about the houses I would show. At first, I didn’t have many clients, so I’d book five showings a day just to preview

homes myself. I wanted to learn the market and be ready for my clients.” That relentless curiosity and drive for knowledge became the foundation of her success.

Over a decade later, Celestina now leads The Carter Hillock Group at Ebby Halliday Realtors, a powerhouse team she co-founded with her business partner, Tammy Carter, in 2020. “Tammy and I are so different that we really complement each other,” Celestina says. “She’s a deeply rooted Christian woman. We pray with our team daily.” Together, they’ve built not only a successful business but also a close-knit community of women who uplift and encourage one another.

The group’s success speaks volumes. In just a few years, they’ve grown from $15 million in sales during their first year to over $70 million annually, closing more than 200 properties each year. Celestina credits that growth to both hard work and faith. “While most people were sheltering in place during COVID, we were hustling,” she remembers. “We were busting our butts helping people buy and sell real estate.”

But for Celestina, success isn’t measured only in sales. “To me, success is all the accomplishments I have had,” she says. “We have four healthy children. They love Jesus and are good kids. I have a great husband who helps me with all the things. I have a great business partner and an amazing team. I

love teaching and educating people about real estate. Real estate has been life-changing for us.”

That love of teaching never left her. Now, she uses it to educate others about the power of real estate investment. “I love showing people how to buy a home and make money with appreciation. My husband and I have several rental properties and land investments. I love teaching people how to invest and change their lives through real estate.”

Her drive is rooted in personal experience. “When my husband and I first got married, I was laid off from my job, and he was furloughed. It was awful,” she admits. “We were so broke and financially hurting. It was a feeling I never wanted to have again. Real estate changed that for us.” That hardship lit a fire that continues to push her forward.

Today, Celestina balances her thriving business with her bustling family life. She and her

husband, Stuart—her high school sweetheart—are raising four children: Georgia Kate, Loretta Grace, Grady, and Walker. Their weekends are often spent on the road, hauling goats to livestock shows. “My kids have shown goats that we haul around showing on the weekends,” she shares. “We just had our first major stock show where one of my girls made the sale at the State Fair of Texas. It’s a really big deal.” Between stock shows, lake days in the summer, and family trips to Cabo, Celestina treasures the flexibility real estate has given her. “The time freedom that being successful in real estate gives me—I’m able to buy back my time with my kids and family,” she says.

One of her proudest career moments came when she and her husband were able to pay cash for a rental property. “That was only possible because of the success we’ve had,” she reflects. But even with milestones like that, her heart remains focused on serving others. “I want to be remembered for how I made people feel,” Celestina says.

If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.”

“I want my clients to know I’m on their side and have their best interest. I love fighting for them.”

Her advice for new agents is simple but powerful: “Learn everything you can about real estate. Latch on to a topproducing agent and absorb everything. Go see houses—make it a goal to walk through five homes a day. Your knowledge, your network, and your actions will set you apart.”

In every sense, Celestina Hillock embodies the heart of real estate—a love for people, for family, and for the opportunity to make a difference. “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life,” she says with gratitude. “I think about how blessed I am to have this knowledge and opportunity to help people every day.”

For Celestina, home isn’t just what she sells—it’s what she builds, both in her community and within the walls of her own family.

Alex KacyRODGERS + RODGERS

Alex Kacy

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN
PHOTOS BY BRAND RICH STUDIOS

When Alex and Kacy Rodgers talk about real estate, their words flow with ease—almost like they’re finishing each other’s sentences. That’s the rhythm of a couple who not only share a life together but have also built a thriving business side by side. “We would not be doing this without each other,” Alex says with a smile. “We genuinely enjoy working together.”

The Dallas-based husbandand-wife duo behind the alex + kacy team at Compass have built a reputation for excellence, earning distinctions like D Magazine’s Top Producer/Platinum Producer since 2021 and recognition among Real Producers’ Top 1000 in 2025. Yet behind every accolade lies a story of partnership, shared ambition, and a deep respect for each other’s strengths.

A Lifelong Connection

Alex and Kacy’s story began long before real estate ever entered the picture. “We’ve known each other our entire lives,” Alex says. “Our parents went to the University of Tennessee together and had us six months apart.” Though their paths intertwined through childhood, romance didn’t spark until they were both 25. The connection that had always been there evolved into something more—and it’s been growing ever since.

Now married for four years, with a 2.5-year-old daughter and a baby boy due at the end of December, the Rodgers’ partnership has only strengthened. “Our relationship is built on teamwork,” Kacy shares. “That naturally translates into how we run our business.”

From Different Paths to the Same Purpose

Before real estate, both Alex and Kacy had impressive careers. Kacy played professional football as a defensive back in the CFL and NFL, with his last team being the New York Jets. Alex built her expertise in corporate America, working in supply chain and logistics, oil and gas, and consulting.

When Kacy’s football career came to an end in 2018, they faced a pivotal question: What’s next? Their answer would change everything. “We wanted to find something to do together,” Kacy recalls. “At first, we thought flipping homes would be our path, so we got our licenses.”

But once they began helping friends and family buy and sell homes, their vision evolved. “Flipping wasn’t for us,” Alex admits. “We realized we loved working directly with people—guiding them through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.”

That realization marked the start of their journey as full-time real estate agents and developers—a journey that has seen them approach nearly $200 million in career team-wide volume.

The Moment It All Clicked Every career has a defining moment—the instant you know you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. For Alex and Kacy, that moment came early on. “On our very first deal, we negotiated a sale of $100,000 under asking with all the furniture for a townhome in Uptown,” Kacy says. “It was that ‘this is it’ moment for both of us.”

Since then, their momentum hasn’t slowed. Their ability to strategize, structure deals, and creatively navigate complex transactions has become their hallmark. “We’re highly skilled and experts in our business,” Kacy emphasizes. “We’ve treated our real estate careers like running a Fortune 500 company—creating a solid foundation and building from there.”

Balancing Business, Family, and Fulfillment While success in real estate takes grit and skill, balancing it with family life adds another layer of complexity—one Alex knows well. “Motherhood and everything that comes with it—it’s a journey,” she says candidly. “I’m still figuring out day by day how to balance mom life, wife life, and entrepreneur life.”

For Kacy, the transition from professional sports to entrepreneurship also brought personal growth. “After football, I had to figure out what was next for me,” he says. “That experience propelled me to where I am today.”

Together, they’ve learned that success isn’t a single

destination—it’s a feeling that evolves over time. “We have different definitions of success,” Kacy explains. “Because of that, I think we’ll always be successful. For me, it’s being able to provide for my family. For Alex, it’s the harmony between her roles as a mother and businesswoman.”

Chasing Family `and Freedom

Ask what motivates them today, and their answer is immediate: family and freedom. Those two words anchor everything they do. “Nothing else,” Kacy says simply. “We’re chasing both.”

Their shared vision extends beyond sales and closings. The Rodgers are intent on building something lasting— something that will stand as a legacy for their children. “We want to leave a business to our kids,” Kacy says. “Whether or not they choose to continue it, it will be there for them.”

More Than Just Work

Despite their busy schedules, Alex and Kacy make time to embrace life beyond real estate. They’ve traveled to over a dozen countries and are passionate about sports, movies, reading, and food— especially cooking and trying new dishes together. “Our lifestyle and backgrounds have allowed us to subscribe to many tribes,” Alex says. “It’s one of our superpowers. We do everything together— and we actually enjoy it.”

That shared joy, both in life and business, shines through in every aspect of

their partnership. It’s what makes the alex + kacy team more than a brand—it’s a reflection of who they are.

The Power of Perception If there’s one lesson that has stuck with them, it’s the importance of perspective. “Their perception is our reality,” Kacy shares. It’s a reminder that in real estate—and in life—how others experience your work matters as much as the work itself.

As they look ahead, Alex and Kacy are focused on leveraging their brand into new opportunities and partnerships. But no matter how big their success grows, one thing will never change: They’ll always be in it together.

Because for Alex and Kacy Rodgers, partnership isn’t just part of their business— it’s the foundation of everything they’ve built.

RANDLE

Cynthia Cynthia

Life by DESIGN

BY

PHOTOS BY JIN

KIM, URSPECIAL

When Cynthia Randle steps into a room, her energy fills it—a warm smile, a confident stride, and an unmistakable sense of purpose. As the Broker-Owner of Evolve Real Estate, Cynthia has built a career defined not just by sales or success, but by an unrelenting work ethic and the joy she brings to every interaction. “My work ethic and my smile are what set me apart,” she says. “No matter how hard things get, I keep going—and I do it with a positive attitude.”

Cynthia’s story begins far from Dallas, in Peru, where she spent her early years before moving to Texas at just nine years old. The transition wasn’t easy, but it became the foundation of her determination. “Coming to the States taught me early on that nothing worth having comes easy,” she shares. She graduated

with honors from Mesquite High School and pursued interior design in Dallas—a creative path that would later influence her real estate career.

Before entering real estate, Cynthia spent years in the luxury fashion industry, working for designers like Carolina Herrera, Intermix, and Michael Kors. She balanced that with a full-time job at an appraisal management company—two demanding roles that required focus, drive, and hustle. “I’ve always had two jobs,” she laughs. “I love staying busy and I love making money. That work ethic has followed me everywhere.”

But Cynthia’s connection to real estate started long before her first license class. She vividly recalls being twelve years old, helping her mother choose their first family home. “I went to every showing and told my mom which

house I thought she should buy,” she says, smiling at the memory. “I even told her REALTOR® I was going to be one when I grew up.”

Years later, that promise came full circle. Cynthia decided to get her real estate license not just for the flexibility and financial freedom, but for the opportunity to help others—on her own terms. “No one could tell me how much I could work or how much I could earn,” she explains. “I wanted to make a difference by being available to my clients day and night.”

Those early days in real estate were anything but easy. “No one wanted to help—it was every man for themselves,” she recalls. “I had to learn everything on my own.” She worked tirelessly, juggling multiple jobs, often skipping meals just to keep pushing forward. “I’ll never forget

eating cans of tuna for lunch and dinner,” she says. “But I never gave up. I knew if I stayed consistent and put others first, I would succeed.”

That perseverance paid off. Cynthia went from being a solo agent to leading Evolve Real Estate, a boutique brokerage that has grown from a small team of three to more than sixty agents.

“Starting my own brokerage was terrifying,” she admits. “I worried if it would work, how it would work—but I pushed through the fear.” Today, her success stands as proof that resilience and faith in oneself can turn uncertainty into triumph. “Hard work really does pay off,” she says.

When asked what she loves most about real estate, Cynthia’s answer comes easily: “The ability

doesn’t come from complaining—it comes from doing.

to help others and the freedom to decide how much work I take on. No one tells me I’ve worked past 40 hours.” That independence— and the responsibility that comes with it—drives her to give her all every single day.

Her definition of success has evolved over the years. “It changes every quarter, every year—it’s always evolving,” she says, nodding to the name of her brokerage. What once meant financial milestones now reflects fulfillment and growth. “It’s about being a present mom, leading my agents well, and making sure everyone around me feels supported.”

That focus on others is what sets Cynthia apart as a leader. She remembers what it felt like to struggle alone and has made it her mission to ensure no agent at Evolve feels that way. “I promised myself that when I became a broker, I would never let my agents feel excluded or alone,” she says. “Real estate isn’t easy—it looks easy—but it takes heart and grit.”

For Cynthia, one of the proudest moments in her journey came when her brokerage moved into its current office. “We started in a tiny 400-square-foot space,” she recalls. “A year later, we upgraded to 850 square feet, and then to a 1,500-squarefoot retail space that we got to design from start to finish.” That growth was more than just a business milestone—it was a symbol of how far her faith and perseverance had taken her.

Cynthia’s success has earned her notable recognition, including being named one of D Magazine’s Best REALTORS® for three consecutive years and featured in Modern Luxury’s Best Realtors / Modern Moms issue. Yet, she remains grounded and focused on what truly matters: people.

“My why has changed since I started,” she says. “Now it’s my son and my agents. They’re what keep me going.”

Outside of work, Cynthia cherishes time with her son and finds balance through working out, salsa dancing, and teaching. Those moments of joy and connection fuel her energy and keep her grounded in gratitude.

When she looks back, Cynthia credits one powerful piece of advice for shaping her mindset: “Stop crying—nobody cares, just work harder.” It was blunt, but it stuck. “That was before I became a broker, from my team lead,” she recalls. “It was the reminder I needed that success doesn’t come from complaining—it comes from doing.”

And do she did. Through hard work, long days, and endless determination, Cynthia Randle has built not just a career but a legacy—one powered by resilience, kindness, and an unforgettable smile.

“I want to be remembered for working hard, having a good attitude, and helping others,” she says. “If I can do that, I’ve done enough.”
