Family
The diversity of characters in our clan always makes for an interesting time. We all seem to have different opinions on just about everything. I think over the years, we have all learned what subjects should be avoided and when to just let conversations end. I am glad that we are so unique because we all bring that individuality to the dinner table. Plus, we need to set a good example for our kids. They all enjoy seeing each other and catching up. Really that is what is important, ensuring that the kids have each other going forward, that family stays close.
Christmas
Our family is a busy one, so getting together is becoming harder to do. We are starting to realize that as we get older, there are fewer Christmases ahead of us. Sure, sometimes we don’t all see eye to eye, but that isn’t a bad thing. It just means we all grew up finding our own personality and following our own life path.
Cheer
This Christmas make sure you take the time to see your family, hug them and tell them you love them!
