runch is probably one of the most popular meals of the day, thanks to social-media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat. Fortunately, foodies residing in Central Florida have a plethora of brunch options to indulge in as they snap candid photos for the gram. From I-Drive, to Pointe Orlando, and even into the nightlife scenes of Downtown Orlando, Floridians can spot a quaint brunch location at just about any Orlando street corner.
The Hampton Social
The Hampton Social
To kick off my journey, we’re going to take a quick pit stop at The Hampton Social located inside Pointe Orlando— just a hop away from IDrive. The Hampton Social is the newest addition to Pointe Orlando’s restaurant lineup, and it takes on the affluent theme of The Hamptons of Long Island. Their brunch menu items include Scottish salmon, shrimp tacos, lobster rolls and bottomless mimosas.
The Osprey
Locals and tourists in the Baldwin Park area can dive into the immaculate décor and delicious brunch options over at The Osprey. Sitting adjacent to Baldwin Park’s beautiful lake view, The Osprey offers an array of menu items such as fried green tomatoes, smoked salmon, oysters, crispy chicken sandwiches and the appetizing Osprey B.L.T.

Visitors who manage to muster up an appetite for brunch while visiting Downtown Orlando can stop by Neon Beach, located right off Orange Avenue. Similar to The Hampton Social, Neon Beach is the newest addition to the Orlando food scene, and they’re bringing a beach vibe to the concrete jungle of Downtown Orlando. Neon Beach’s brunch items include ahi tuna nachos, BBQ waffle fries, smoked Cobb salads and even fried pickles. With Orlando’s culinary scene constantly growing, diversifying and evolving, the restaurant options for a tranquil Sunday brunch with family and friends is practically endless. l
