Exhibitor Setup: Please ensure your stand is ready by 8:45 AM.
Stand space: You’ve been allocated one trestle table (6ft x 1ft). Please note, that these are narrower than standard exhibition tables. We recommend bringing a tablecloth or covering to make your stand visually appealing. There is space for one pull-up banner behind your stand.
Stand Tip: Think creatively about how you can make your stand attractive and engaging. Consider running a competition or giveaway to attract visitors and collect contact details!
Upon arrival: Please head directly to your designated stand location Your table will be marked with your name and stand number, and you will receive your exhibitor passes for the day; two passes are included as part of your exhibitor package.

Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your exhibitor experience:
Arrival & Setup: Exhibitor setup begins at 8:00 AM. Please ensure your stand is ready by 8:45 AM as the doors open to attendees at 9:00 AM.
Networking Opportunities: Make the most of dedicated networking sessions, including the Business Buzz Networking Event from 10:00 - 12:00 in the Lock29 Theatre. (Separate registration required £10 + VAT.)
Tip: Don’t forget to network with your fellow exhibitors before the event opens and throughout the day—a great opportunity to build relationships and discover potential collaborations!
Panel Discussions: Make the most of the day and attend our expert panels. Sessions like "The Green Advantage," "Thriving in Change," and "Winning the Talent War" offer insights and opportunities to connect with industry leaders and attendees.


Explore & Enjoy: Take a break and experience Lock29, home to some of Banbury’s best independent eateries. With so many delicious options on offer, there’s no need to pack a boring sandwich! Use the opportunity to taste, explore, and support local businesses during the event.
