Operation Monarch Our work on bringing a new and modern HIS is evolving as we become closer to our go-live date in September 2024. ‘Project Monarch’ has evolved into ‘Operation Monarch’ to demonstrate the initiative as a corporate priority across the organization, and to signal to our teams that we are entering its training and testing phase.
