NGI is seeking a Product Integration Engineer who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with mechanical design and components, as well as familiarity with 3D CAD systems, are considered beneficial for this position. The role involves overseeing technical aspects of product launches to support integration among customers, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, and working to streamline processes and systems for effective market introduction.
Your primary mission will be to lead the technical integration of new products, ensuring that technical requirements are clearly communicated and understood across all departments. You will develop and refine workflows for technical documentation, product knowledge management, and technical sales handovers, guaranteeing that teams are aligned on product features and specifications. By acting as the central technical contact, you will manage all product-related inquiries—technical, commercial, and marketing—by facilitating clear, accurate, and timely communication between internal experts and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve technical communication gaps between departments, developing standardized processes and tools for effective sales-technical handovers and technical documentation.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product knowledge library, focusing on technical details and supporting internal technical training initiatives.
• Translate complex technical concepts and specifications into actionable, easily understandable information for Marketing and Sales, ensuring effective market positioning and customer engagement.
• Analyze competitor technologies and prevailing technical trends in the market, providing strategic insights to enhance marketing content and product strategies.
Collaboration is essential in this role; you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Technical Department. Success requires not only strong communication skills but also a comprehensive understanding of commercial and marketing perspectives in addition to your technical expertise. Your ability to articulate technical information clearly and facilitate cross-functional dialogue will be essential to driving successful product launches and fostering internal efficiency.
You will report directly to the Head of Business Development, based in Italy, and your primary location will be NGI headquarters in Aalborg. This position requires international travel to provide support to the global sales organization.
