The 100+ EV charging stations are across all four parkade levels, so about 28 per level
Staff and medical staff can use charging stations on ANY level.
Charging is free, BUT pay-by-plate parking is required to use the stall (or a staff-parking pass).
After the three-hour maximum charging time, you must move your vehicle so the stall/station is available to others.
The parking pass program will continue and existing passholders will retain their pass
As of July 2025, if you’re on a waitlist now, the process to intake, evaluate and respond to requests for parking passes is still underway. Stay tuned.
With 755+ stalls for staff, we hope to accommodate all interested staff and medical staff.
Whether there will be a change in rates will also be confirmed during readiness planning.
On P1 there’s also a BIGGER STAFF-ONLY CYCLING CENTRE
that’s secure and available 24/7
There are stalls for 200 bikes, plus day lockers, showers, washrooms, bike repair and tire pump areas, water bottle filling stations and outlets for e-bike charging.
The entrance is streetside off National Avenue.
The stairwell has NEW bike-friendly runnel-ramps for tires to make it easier to move bikes in and out of the Centre.
To keep you safe ~100 NEW PUBLIC EMERGENCY STATIONS are throughout the parkade, cycling centre and grounds
Push the button to talk to someone in our 24/7 Security Operations Centre on Level P2 and to trigger a strobe alarm to alert others around you.
And nearby surveillance cameras ensure the dispatcher will have eyes on you and can send a Relational Security Officer if needed.
