Right care, right place, same campus.

• Our vision includes Providence medical staff. We want you here.

• The CSRC and NSPH will form an integrated campus with an operational strategy of on-site continuum of care for patients.

• Providence medical staff will provide important services in both the new hospital and their communitybased practices.

• Providence’s strength lies in our cohesive care model, fostering collaboration across disciplines to deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• The CSRC model was developed to ensure there is a place for medical staff to perform all their work on the same campus in a convenient, connected, state-of-theart facility.

A central campus designed for excellence in health care.

• Our vision for providing quality care requires the right kind of spaces – the key to that is placing the new St. Paul’s Hospital and the CSRC on the same campus.

• We remain committed to the diverse and complex patient populations that we serve, while ensuring we have the capacity to innovate for future outpatient opportunities, as guided by the evolving needs of patients.

The CSRC advantage

• AAA building offered at competitive rates.

• Direct connection to outpatient care clinics at the new hospital via a sky-bridge. This connection will occur on floors 6 & 7, the Outpatient Care Centre floors.

• Flexible lease models will provide medical staff with autonomy for their communitybased practices, and flexibility to respond to changing practice needs and volumes over time.

• Dedicated InnovationCentre will increase collaboration and create strong synergies with researchers to deliver advances in health care for the benefit of all British Columbians.

Enhanced opportunities for outpatient care

• Approximately 90% of the current hospital’s multidisciplinary clinics will live somewhere in the acute care tower of the new St. Paul's Hospital.

• Clinic spaces will be standardized and interchangeable with innovation and collaboration top of mind. This means one space may service different clinics on different days.

• Proximity to researchers and access to state-of-the-art technology and facilities makes the CSRC a prime location for some clinics depending on the types of services they provide.

Here to support you.

Competitive Market Rates

• Providence Health Care is a non-profitorganization and will not profit from lease revenue associated with the CSRC.

• The funding to deliver the CSRC will come from the following sources: Provincial GovernmentCapital Grant(approx. 50% of the total project budget), philanthropic gifts through the St. Paul’s Foundation and the sale of other land parcels within the Station Street site in addition to some of the proceeds of the sale of the current St. Paul’s Hospital on Burrard.

• Providence is responsible for the operating costs associated with the new facility. As such, we have designed the financial model to not only offer competitive rates, but also generate sufficientreturns to uphold the space to the defined standard.
